Researching Stats NZ (Govt) I came across a news article by Stuff N Z dated 30th January 2022 ‘ Can we trust the official unemployment number?’ And how low estimates of unemployment can make Policy makers look so good, and so many people trust the stats produced by Stats NZ (Govt). I have heard people say, this is the most non transparent government ever. When it comes to Stats NZ I have to wonder if they have ever been transparent and honest, I think not. A stuff NZ article reported ‘unemployment stats are probably about double the number they headline or perhaps higher’

Stats NZ produces a variety of measures of spare capacity in the labour market. This is how Stats NZ count unemployment rate. They do not count beneficiaries or the number on Job Seeker Support. The official unemployment numbers are based on face-to-face and phone interviews with 15,000 households, each of which will have been selected to participate in Stats NZ’s Household Labour Force Survey for a period of two years. Households are selected to be a representative sample of households, and people have to take  part in the survey if selected. The employment rate is expressed as a percentage of the labour force, which is the sum of people employed and the officially unemployed. Its seasonally adjusted, taking into account unemployment tends to swing a bit between winter and summer. If you tell Stats NZ you are unemployed then you are counted as unemployed. Then the stats are seasonally adjusted to take into account unemployment that swings a bit  between winter and summer.

If you tell Stats NZ you are unemployed, are you counted in the  statistics as unemployed? Nope, its not quite like that. To be counted as unemployed in the survey, people must not have a part time job, even if its just an hour every week. For example if someone is on a Jobseeker allowance who had not been looking for work because they were taking part in some training then they probably wont be counted as unemployed

When Stats NZ updates the unemployment numbers they also measure what is called the ‘under utilisation rate’. Counts two groups of people as potential job seekers. Its not a matter of just counting the real  numbers unemployed.  But there is a case to argue that most people think about what Stats NZ consider as unemployed. When describing people with only an hour or so work per week not added to the unemployment numbers. Its all designed to make the govt look good. This is much like other key stats eg ‘inflation’ data. Is it all designed to make the government look good? Stats NZ compiles its labour market stats based on International rules, determined by the UN International Labour Organization. Thus labour market stats are comparable internationally all the way back to 1986. Zilch transparency.

Its not just as simple as one might think, there is certainly a lot of non transparency. Stats NZ (Govt) should one trust them ‘NOT ME’

SOCIAL JUSTICE- REALLY??  SOCIAL JUSTICE focuses on one segment of the population and disregards the interests of others are not the immediate focus of discussion, but who nevertheless less everyone pays the cost of decisions made , this is called by State and leftist cultural Marxists as ‘ Equal’ treatment of people by the State (Government’ sometimes called the Crown’ (the word Crown which distances the Government itself from being accountable for its actions). The State of Cultural Marxism. There are no benefits, just trade off’s.  The Common Good for All Utopia. There is no Utopia, and there will never be, and there will never be ‘equality’ either just ideologies to divide and conquer. The dark side of politics. The term that keeps being pushed on the population of New Zealand, its actually making mass civil unrest and sufferings and anxiety for the people of the nation.

The State is pushing Social Justice by including correcting injustices, imposing an arbitratory cost on another’s innocent person. UNJUSTIFIABLY serving an INJUSTICE on innocent people. There is no Justification for this, it is purely an ‘entitlement’ to various types of compensation. Welfare benefits are an example of ‘entitlements’ where there is no incentive to work, only gives the State more control over the people. The problem with a Socialist Government eventually they run out of peoples money, and the wealthy are not putting their hands in their pockets it’s the tax payers of NZ that always pay. Those that are productive are punished to serve the non-productive. Surely the best thing would be is to support small businesses, that create innovation for their employee’s. Build self worth into peoples lives, for them to become self empowered to help themselves. Labour and National Political Parties becoming to look one on the same. Both promoting fear around climate alarmism, both want to hit the rural farming community and both promote mass migration, both promote toxic agriculture. Targeting small businesses, farmers of New Zealand promoting large foreign businesses, land owners in New Zealand.

This is Socialism on steroids, De Growth Communism that call this promoting Social Justice that actually require fatal radical legislations. Social Justice warriors often value their own ego gratification over people benefits. They invest in Social Justice narratives. They create for themselves a ‘vested interest’ in incapacitating other people. Developing a tendency for people to feel like victims, helpless and vulnerable and not responsible for their own actions. The self-styled rescuers of the victims that created. This promotes a defeatism mindset, the labeling victim vs offender. Oppressor vs oppressed. Divide and Separate more power to the state to control the citizens of NZ. The ego’s of the anointed, the immunity of corruption, the immunity of deceit, the creators of civil unrest. NOT the wellness and betterment of all people to live with each other in peace and contentment. Social Justice is NOT a corrective solution the costs of this so called Social Justice hugely outstrips  benefits of the people, creates serious costly damage of real injustices at the hands of  Central Government and Local Govt. Social Justice and Cultural Marxism- Socialism-Woke- people are forced to take sides or just run in fear from the battlefield.

Public debates, speeches ending up in intimidation and aggression we saw the out of control crowd mob at the Posie Parker Event, where people were hurt, severely harassed as police looked on. Where is Social Justice in that may I ask? This is unjustified and criminal.  When I complained to police that were looking on that I had been assaulted 4 times, my  expensive phone stolen , water thrown over me, steel fence thrown at me.  Asking police to arrest the offenders, pointing to whom they were. Police response “Well they are very passionate in what they believe in” My response being “And so are Murders and Rapists”.  This is called Social Justice in New Zealand.

This is Marxism, socialism on steroids its communism, it’s a run-away freight train the passengers, the Govt and the paid of Main Stream media, that is used to influence peoples minds and behaviors. It’s Nazism, it just what Goebbels did in Hitlers Germany controlled the media. Used intimidation, harassment. This is a political and spiritual warfare. Anti western, targeting westernization, traditions, family structures and conservative Christianity. The Communist Manifesto “Communism abolishes external truths, it abolishes religion, it abolishes morality’. It also abolishes biology. In school ABS equates to LGBTQ+1. No XX and XY. Marx penned, what he saw as a teenagers letter saying “This heaven I have forfeited, I know it full well. My soul was once true to God, its now chosen for hell”. Marx referred this to the ‘Abolishment of Morality’. Marx explained that “the path to Utopia included the end of religious gatherings, the re-writing of history, brainwashing of the ‘uninformed’ and shutting down free speech” this being the “forcible overthrow of social conditions”.  The followers of Marx philosophy killed over 100 million people in the 20^th century.

Stalin 1929-1953 entirely cleansed Russia of all Christian churches. The Mao’s China motto was ‘Keep people stupid” this was launched in 1966 during a Social Education Campaign demanding that every citizen wake up in the morning and to worship the statue of Mao, the so called Sun God. The biggest mass murder in history were perpetrated by Hitler, Stalin and were outdone by Chairman Mao Zedong. From 1958-1962 his Great Leap Forward policy led to the deaths of over 45 million people. Mao initiated a new religion and he demanded that he was the God of this religion.

I was drawn to an article written by the NZ China Friendship Society 17^th January 2013. A woven feather cloak was to be returned to New Zealand. It had been gifted to Chairman Mao Zedong by the 5^th Maori King on April 23^rd 1957.  There was no justice, equality in China at that time. The Mao era was a very cruel one. THE WORLD HEALTH ORG., (UN) REPORTED 15^TH MAY 2023  the orchestrated framework of policy makers, for Education and Health authorities and specialist the ‘Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe’ this is to apply to all UN Nations, International communities. To over-ride the teaching practices of ‘sovereign nations; in Europe and the wider International communities to Sexuality Education’. We already have this Sexuality and Relationship in every subject in NZ School curriculum but now it seems that the World Health Organization wants to extend on this. As they document a message for parents that ‘sexuality’ education starts at birth. Many European Nations have already complied to the UNs seeking to expand an already ugly evil sexual deviancy in school classrooms worldwide. The UN have now produced the International a ‘ Guide to Sexuality Education’ which was produced by UN Education 2030.

Yes, 2020- 2030 The UN Decade of Action, to leave no-one behind, everyone, everywhere at every age.. including a new born baby at birth. And the WHO are actively promoting this globally. Mid April 2023 the Commission on Population Development (UN( failed to reach a consensus on this strategy however they were given a reprieve for now. It was the Un (UNESCO) that introduced the Sexuality and Relationship School Curriculum into New Zealand and other countries worldwide, and this has been adopted widely throughout the world.  Where children talk in class about sexual desires, encouraged to watch pornography, and told they can be any sex, gender they want to be. Shh Shh we wont tell mum and dad. WHO Vision is ‘Sexuality from Birth”, the development of advocacy and training  educational teachers to teach children about ‘child fiddling, this is psychopathic control of children’s health and wellbeing, its criminal, its cruel and its evil.

 If an adult was do this to a child prison would be the only place for them, incarcerated for a very long time. But here we have the State has perpetrating sexual childhood abusers. It makes me feel sick to the core. WHO documentation states clearly its intentions are to empower children, for children to be respectful of healthy relationships with family members, peers, friends romantic or sexual. The framework teaching “children assume consent consists of meaning ‘they can consent to sex’. That a baby holding a parents hands is about the baby having sexual feelings, sexual pleasure.  What sick evil bastards.

That ‘Sexuality education starts at birth, is firmly based on gender, equality and the acceptance of diversity. The Three legislations to replace the Resource Management Act 1992 (RMA).. There has been heaps of concerns, controversary over Three Waters Reform however what is proposed now is even worse. I refer to the CCP as the Government ‘Centralized Control Panel. This is David Parker’s targeting not of just rural communities and farmers but also all land, businesses and home ownership in New Zealand, thus is similar to Nanaia Mahuta’s Three Waters reform but much worse. This refers to town planning consents and the natural environment. This is the worst elements of the Three Waters Reforms that will replace the RMA.

The silence of the MPS in the political cesspit of Wellington is deafening, the mainstream media hide what’s going on with his leftist socialist bias. No-one is really warning the people of New Zealand just how bad this is.  This is about, homes, businesses, land. We should be loudly, adamantly demanding the Government “Get off my dam land” Remember people that ‘Silence is Consent’. And the ‘Silence is deafening..Its very off-putting if you intend to read this proposed legislation as it is 891 pages long, heaps to digest. It was introduced just before the Christmas break and then there was the Christmas holidays submissions were to be in by Waitangi weekend, very  deliberately timed and silenced. This Bill is definitely not being promoted in the public sphere.  The proposed legislation of David Parker, the Environment Minister strips resource content and planning away from local councils, therefore people in local communities are also robbed of their voicers to be heard at a local level.

Co-Governance has been handed to 15 Centralised Regional Planning Committees as to the decision making around resource consents eg the deck that you may want to build at your home, new factories, businesses and the new water tank of rural property or even residential property that you may use for watering the garden. All these decisions made by non-elected bodies. Regional Planning Committees that pose  extremely costly rules, that will be strictly enforced. Owners of property whom pay their rates, having the choice taken away from them what happens on their own private owned piece of land. You own the land, the government decides what you do with it. The Government acting like a communist  style regime. 67 Elected councils will be handed over to a communist style co-governance regime of 15 Regional Planning Committee’s.

The Environment Minister himself is allowed to have a say as to who is appointed on these committees. Will ratepayers be robbed, yes they will and will they be controlled, targeted and restricted as they will. Is this a democratic process, definitely NOT, its dictatorship. There will be no hearing local communities issues, concerns because those that make the decisions will not be part of the community, they will be far away in some city somewhere. The end decision making rights will be ultimately be controlled by central govt, the political toilet bowl of Wellington. Which I call the other CCP. Central Control Panel of the people of New Zealand. They are very insulated by multi-layers of bureaucracy. David Parker has said this is NOT ‘Co-governance’. Personally I believe he is a liar, as non elected Iwi/Hapu and Treaty Of Waitangi Principles weigh very heavy within the new legislation.

1)Each local council will be allowed to have one representative on the new regional committee, therefore can be drown out by many others on that very same committee. Iwi/Hapu have at the minimum two. All Committee members must be obedient and enforce the Waitangi Tribunal demands.

2)An example given by the Tax Payers Union is “Decisions over a geo-thermal plant in Taupo would not be made in Taupo but Hamilton by non accountable, non- elected committee members. The committee will be bound by a ‘National  Planning Framework’ issued by the Environment Minister (Govt) every 9 years.

Hence there will be limits, restricts, targets land, business, house owners, owners of private property. (End Of Private Property Rights)

3) A communist planning regime embedded with the Treaty principles, made up as they go along, or those that have corruptly been endorsed by the government over time. These are strictly enforced into three new layers of co-governance.

4)Un-elected appointee’s include Iwi/Hapu whom sit on Regional Planning Committees, they have full decision making voting rights. But David Parker says this is “NOT Co-Governance”. That’s a blatant lie, and this govt should never be trusted because of their silence on this proposed legislation of ‘Central Planning Committee’s’

5)The exact number of Iwi/Hapu is just documented as minimum of two so therefore this could be much more than two. All members of the committee must be bound by the Waitangi Tribunal (Not the Treaty Of Waitangi pur-say). The Waitangi Tribunal held a meeting this resulted in “where decisions are made (referring to the Regional Planning Committees’) “Nothing less than 50/50 split to satisfy the partnership principles (There was no Partnership in the 1840 Treaty Of Waitangi)

6) A new unelected ‘National Maori Entity’ will put pressure on the new planning committee’s to ensure, enforce the Treaty principles as demanded by the Waitangi Tribunal which will have priority over public consultation on the new Regional Planning Committee’s

7)At anytime Iwi/Hapu can produce a Te Oranga Taiao (environmental wellbeing) statement dictating how the Minister of the Environment (Govt) must uphold the intrinsic relationship between Iwi/Hapu and the environment in the ‘National Planning Frameworks’. There is NO APPEAL PROCESS outlines or proposed in this legislation. BUT David Parker says “THIS IS NOT CO-GOVERNANCE”

8)Costs will significantly increase for ratepayers because of all this bureaucracy bullcrap and consents for your privately owned property will be much more difficult to obtain. This is the Governments 891 page of NZ’s Resource Management Communist Manifesto. The CCP  (Central Control Panel) An extremely radical communist type co-governance of the people of New Zealand

9) The ‘National Planning Framework’ provides direction of Regional Spatial strategies consistently managed, c controlled, an integrated co-governance framework that sets limits, targets privately owned property, includes air, indigenous biodiversity, coastal water, estuaries, fresh water, soil and other aspects of the natural environment. Identifying geographical areas are namely ‘Management Units’ Targets are namely ‘Directives’ that are mandatory environmental limits. Targets  with ‘bottom lines’ that prevent granting  resource consent.

10)The Justice Dept documented ‘Waitangi Tribunal Interim Report on appointments to Regional Planning Committees referring to Maori appoints being Maori representatives relating to the proposed ‘Natural Built Environments Act’ and the ‘Spatial Planning Act’. The proposed legislation is all part of the National Freshwater & Geo-thermal Resources Inquiry claim (The rights and interests of Māori). The Waitangi held a discrete 3 day hearing at the Waitangi Tribunal Unit in Wellington, references were made to an application from the Māori Council as per settlement of governance entities over other Māori groups.

11)Fresh-water Iwi Leaders Group, Urban Māori, representatives, Māori landowners and other participants were involved with the discrete Waitangi Tribunal meeting. They referred to the Crowns proposed new Resource Management regime, the appointment of Māori members to Regional Planning Committees as to the authorities, groups that represent Hapu/Iwi in each region.

The process of selection would be determined by Iwi/Hapu and relevant rights, interest holders eg Maori land owners. The meeting focused on the Governments consistency with the principles of Waitangi that the Waitangi Tribunal has set out.
