NZ DELEGATION ‘FILLING THE GENDER GAP’ ( AGENDA 2030 )‘TRANSFORMING OUR WORLD BY 2030’ IS ABSENT FROM THE BALLOT BOX.
A New Zealand Delegation Representing the Government have recently voted at the UN in favor of the Inclusion Of Gender Identity Ideology. Participating in filling the Gender Gaps (UN Global Agenda 2030) Transforming Our World. Leave No-one Behind ( UN Documented words not mine)
We did not vote for Global Agenda 2030 and it will be definitely absent from the Election Ballot Box. (Researching as to just how transparent our Government is (eem Non transparent) Sharing the following that I have recently researched through the UNDP as follows:-
SDG 5 Gender Equality (Un Agenda 2030) Transforming Our World. The Core Principle (Proviso) Is ‘To Leave No-one Behind’. UN Agencies include Transgender- Gender Diverse individuals. Whereby they describe ‘Gender Equality cannot be achieved without addressing the rights of people with Diverse Genders (SOCIESC) Sexual Orientation * Gender Identity & Expression * Sex Characteristics
The Key actions at the UN March 2026 ‘ Defending all Women in ALL their Diversity. The NZ Delegation supported the UN Theme “Rights-Justice-Action for ALL Women and Girls this is a phrase used by UN Bodies to explicitly encompass Transgender and Gender Diverse Individuals
It is well documented by the UN that there is the crucial need to ‘fill The Gender Gaps’ for Transgender- Diverse Individual Identities. UN Women and partnership organizations are increasingly integrating queer perspectives into the SDG (Global Development Goals of Global Agenda 2030 (UN) Transforming Our World 2030 (Source UNDP)
Its reported that the current SDGs (Agenda 2030) namely SDG5 that the framework is too restricted, leaves vulnerabilities referencing Transgender and Gender Diverse people.
Therefore the UN calls UN Member Nation States to address the intersecting forms of discrimination, putting Gender Diverse- Transgender people under the category of those that are left ‘furthest behind’. This fits like glove with Agenda 2030 Core Principle to ‘Leave No-one Behind’.
This does not seem to be openly politically contested in New Zealand (The Gender Gap), it mis masked by ‘Women and Girls Inequality) However UN Women and Partner organizations re increasingly integrating Trans and Gender Diverse people into the Global Agenda 2030 SDG-Global Development Goals framework (SDG 5) Documenting them as the Furthest Left Behind.
Data is reported as being limited for several SDG Goals , Indicators particularly concerning the ‘Diversity of Gender Identities’, making it difficult to measure progress for the Gender Diverse Community (Groups).
.Inclusive Mandates have been implemented where organization such as UNICEF have updated their Internal Gender Policies (2021-2030) to adopt ‘Gender Transformative Approaches’ that aim to dismantle Systemic barriers for ALL Children and Adolescents regardless of whatever Gender Identity there is
Gender Diverse- Transgender peoples are linked to multiple UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals (SDGs) beyond that of SDG 5 this also includes SDG3 (Good Health & Wellbeing) * SDG 4 (Quality Education) * SDG8 (Decent Work) * SDG10 (Reduced Inequalities). Global Agenda 2030 includes everything that touches your life.
So where does the NZ Government stand on Gender Identity Ideology? Let me take you to a very important event that happened last month (March 2026). The 70th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) at the UN. A NZ Delegation representing NZ Government participated.
The focus being on the Inclusive Language of Gender Identity Ideology. NZ Representative formed part of the Vote in Favour vs the Vote the Inclusion of Gender Identity Ideology
NZ formed part of the majority that adopted the final outcome document that retained the terms such as Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation (SOGI). The US actively objected to this and sought to remove it through failed amendment that US Representative proposed.
The NZ Delegation representing NZ Government objected to the US Proposal to define Gender strictly as Biological Male and Female at the March 2026 70th Session of the Commission on the Status of women (CSW70) which was held at the UN.
The US Delegation was the only one that voted against the final conclusion of the CSW70 gathering in March 2026. The NZ Delegation voted alongside 37 representatives of UN Nation States in favor of Gender Identity Inclusion (Ideology). The NZ Delegation was organized by the Ministry of women (NZ) that represented the govt and selected NGO delegates.
The NZ Official delegation that represented the NZ Government included senior government officials such as Kellie Coombes (Secretary for Women) and Carolyn Schwalger who is a permanent NZ Representative at the UN. And also NGO Delegate Tufuga Rhia Taonui was also a selected NGO , a member of the delegation that represented the govt
Obviously NZ Government are still reaffirming their Gender Identity Ideology to fill the UN Agenda 2030 Gender Gap. The NZ Government recently reaffirmed its commitment to UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals. Transforming Our World By 2030 through an official National Statement delivered 13th March 2026 (Transparency Zilch)
Along with 26 EU Members and other Allies NZ Delegates that represented NZ Government rejected the US led proposal to define Gender strictly as Biological Male and Female
