RELATIONSHIP AND SEXUALITY PROGRAMS IN NZ EDUCATION SCHOOL CURRICULUM WERE MASKED UNDER ‘ANTI-SCHOOL BULLYING’

March 2019 UNITED NATIONS  TECHNICAL BRIEF ON THE EDUCATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION EDUCATION SECTOR was part of the outcome of the Sexuality and Relationship Programmes in the School Curriculum in New Zealand. Under the guise of planning  the implementation of a School Bullying Program worldwide numerous studies and surveys took place internally nationally worldwide as described in Part 1 of my video.

The Stop Bulling, stop Violence, stop Discrimination masked the entrenched questions and responses required of students in schools. These surveys, studies included schools students being asked a number of questions of a very personal sensitive nature around sexuality and relationships, feelings, actions etc., sexual desires. ..preferential sex partners eg girl-girl, girl boy, boy-boy and what were their sexual preferences, sexual desires these were integrated with questions and responses related to discrimination. For example:  dress, skin colour as to discrimination, (critical race theory). All to be aligned manipulated incorporated in UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals (SDGs)

SDG 5 ‘Achieve Gender Equality and SDG 3 ‘Leave non-one behind’  manipulated to include – lesbian, gay, non-binary, bisexual trans and gender diverse.(LGBT) persons, groups, communities. Which can be directly or indirectly link to trans.- gender fluid, gender diverse, LGBTQ1 etc.,

NOTE: Under the guise of education, ‘Stop Bullying ‘- Anti-bullying’  RSE Programs were included in School curriculums worldwide, in NZ- in to every class activity. The UN  designed ‘Monitoring school violence based on sexual orientation gender identity or gender expression in national and international surveys

UNESP (UN) is an UN Global Agency that collaborates with UN Member State authorities, leaders. UNESCP led the UN Agenda 2030 SDG for Education 2020-2030, ambitious goals and commitment. With education promoting a global movement based on sexuality and relationships and they call it ‘Monitoring School Violence’, at the very core  is a deliberate based on sexuality, gender identity, gender expression (SOGIE)

Worldwide an estimated 245 millions boys and girls experience school violence (UNESCO 2017). UN concluded ‘All forms of school violence is a barrier to achieving UN Agenda 2030 SDGs (SDG 4) Target  non-violent, inclusive and effective learning environments for all’). That ALL forms of violence are  seen as a barrier to achieving UN Agenda 2030 Global Goal (SDGs), an inclusive, effective learning environment for all.  Gender expression, gender non conformance, girls categorized as masculine, boys categorized as effeminate became information that was embedded in school violence, bullying.

2020 – 2030 N Agenda 2030 Global Goals (SDGs). Saying that Agenda 2030 could not succeed without this UN Global Education framework, strategy. Which included the capturing of sensitive sexual data from students, academia. The scarcity of data prevented an accurate picture of the nature and impact of school violence. Data on SOGIE majorly was pretty non-extent at National, Regional and Global levels. It was found that very few counties routinely collected data on school violence based on SOGIE.  (SOGIE is an LGBTQ acronym for Lesbian, Gay, bisexual, transgender, queer etc

Many countries found that such studies could be costly, unreliable, unsustainable. Therefore UN Member Nation Governments managed the studies because they had the power over what evolved from academia research (universities) If data was recorded  was collected by universities, academia,  NGOs that supported, promoted LGBT1 people.

The UN ‘Global Education 2030 Agenda UNESCO led the way at National, Regional and Global levels, to implement their ambitious global goals for what us called the Best Practice for Global Education 2020-2040. This was school violence physical, psychological, sexual, bullying inside and outside the classroom, off line and online. Surveys , studies were adapted, manipulated to fit directly or indirectly into UN Agenda 2030 Development goals. Approaches, questions, responses included students being questioned about certain   sexual fantasies, same sex attraction, the classification of multiple genders. Sexual attraction,  sexual behaviours, sexual desirability

Questions included: Whom have you had sexual contact and the frequency (define it) Males, female, trans , defining answers around eg sexual kissing, sexual touching, oral-genitalia sex etc., etc.,  Which of the following do you consider yourself to be?  Heterosexual, that is, straight  Lesbian or gay

The UN Technical Brief on these surveys dated March 2019 referenced the ‘ CDC Global School based student health survey/ Global Population 2018’ and Auckland University. These massive international-national  UN designed studies, survey’s purpose, deliberately highly inflated data on LGBT1 and minor reporting on Heterosexuality.)

For example Auckland University research was namely ‘Youth 2000 School Survey. The sample size was 28,000, Was conducted in 2001, 2008 and 2012 included 9-13 yr olds. Included were references to pasifika cultures, maori languages and terms for gender diversity-Gender-queer

Referenced the CDC  ‘School-based survey. Country: Global. Population: Adolescents. Age: 13-17 year olds. Sample size: Unknown. Frequency: From 2018

In Australia, for example, Intersex Human Rights Australia (IHRA) recommends using non-binary options – such as ‘X’ or ‘non-binary’ – rather than intersex in survey questions about a person’s sex or gender (Intersex Human Rights Australia, 2012)   And Australian Commonwealth Government Guidelines on the Recognition of Sex and Gender 2013. An approach that gives recognition to non-binary gender identity or sex characteristics. Examples that  identify ‘sexual jokes, comments or gestures’ – something that could be linked to SOGIE – as a specific form of bullying. Indeed, such practices are often related to a student’s perceived gender non-conformity, particularly boys who are seen as ‘effeminate’. Other studies stated that young children unsure about whom they are attracted to.

Collecting data on intersex students Due to the very small number of students who are intersex, it is highly challenging to collect meaningful data on school violence affecting such children in large surveys. .The term ‘Queer’ a reclaimed word used as an umbrella term for a range of sexual identities including LGBTI or gender questioning Queer’  interrogating of sexual gender. Survey on full-time members of the Canadian Forces; the institutionalized population, children aged 12-17 that are living in foster care, and persons living in two health regions of Quebec

25TH May 2019.. The World Health Assembly updated ‘ 21st Century , the reflecting of critical advances in science and medicine. Reframing Gender  Incongruence . Previously termed as NOT a Gender Identity Disorder. Describing a marked  incongruence between an individuals experienced/ expressed gender and the assigned sex in pre-pubertal children. Incongruence is a lack of consistency, or appropriateness as in inappropriately affect one when one is subjectively evaluated in situations that are at odds with reality. These International- National UN designed population based studies, surveys were deliberately designed and implemented into the UN ‘Global Education 2020-2030’ . Orchestrated by policy makers worldwide as the now ‘Relationship-Sexuality Programs in the NZ School Curriculum.

The UN March 2019 Technical Brief refers to “ Each individuals (school students) physical features relating to sex, including genitalia, chromosomes, hormones, physical features, gender identity differenced from their sex attributed to them at  birth. Was well documented as part of the research, study material

THE HISTORY OF OBSCENE SEXUALITY STILL TARGETS NEW ZEALAND SCHOOL CHILDREN

The Contraception, Sterilisation, and Abortion Act Abortion had been a criminal offence in New Zealand since 1866. By the 1970s it had become a deeply divisive social and political issues.

Family First NZ has quickly become a household name, advocating for families, and speaking common sense and values on a broad range of family issues in New Zealand, sharing free information on many topics on family matters particularly around Ardern’s Labour led Relationships and Sexuality Education. Family First NZ bringing awareness to parents of children of what their children are taught in the school curriculum. Warning about school sexuality, gender diversity programmes in schools that involve Mates & Dates, Rainbow Youth and Family Planning Association NZ.

It was during the third Labour Govt that the ‘Little Red Book’ was re-published in New Zealand that caused quite a controversary, then followed by ‘Under the Plum Tree’ at the beginning of the National Govt in 1976. Followed by another book entitled ‘Display Under the Palm Tree’ . The obscenity of sexual language  and images had been targeted at children from 10 years upwards.

Below is some of the informative history of this area which involves sexualization of New Zealand school children:-

The radical Little Red School Book appeared in NZ bookshops prior to 1972, it was published in Denmark in 1969. And republished in other countries also  The book was modelled on Chairman Mao’s cultural revolution led by his youthful red guards in the late 1960’s. The Little Red School Book was aimed at youth-teenagers  worldwide. In England it was published by 27yr old Richard Handy side. The NZ publisher was 28yr old Alister Taylor. He recruited a team of teachers and people within the Education Dept, he claimed a senior inspector to revise the English edition for local consumption (for NZ Youth)

Taylor was a former president of the NZ University Student Assoc., had worked in Nation Radio. Launched his publishing career with LRSB whilst he was chief editor of educational books for A H & A W Reed and a spare editor of the Journal of the Post Primary Teachers Assoc.,. 200 pages of the book dealt with drugs, sex and organizations including Family Planning Clinics, the Abortion Law Reform Assoc and the Homosexual Reform Society

The Little Red School Book was said,  it filled children’s minds with utopian nonsense taking control of children’s minds and children’s lives. 25 pages of the book was on the most objectionable information, that was seen to be likely to harm teenagers, as it encouraged sexual activity. “People who warn you against strong feelings and sex are as a rule afraid of both  of sex and strong feelings and don’t know enough about it. Judge for yourself, from your own experiences. The treatment of sex was about the reduction of intimacy to the level of merely animal activity. Says very little about feelings and informed children ‘The usual word for a boys sexual organ is a pXick or a cXck. A girls sexual organ described as a fXnny or a cXnt. Intercourse as fXcking

2.Children were informed about masturbation, petting various parts of the body including the sexual organs “Can all be caressed with fingers, lips, tongue. If the school will not supply a vending machine, open your own contraceptive shop. That pornography, homosexuality, there are many other forms of family life apart from marriage between a man and woman”. Referred to abortion, pornography, contraceptives

The Police Offences Act had been amended in 1954 to make it illegal to supply contraceptives to young people under the age of 16yrs. Instruction in the use of contraceptives and persuasion to use them remained illegal. By 197- contraceptive education led to the interpretation of the law permitting the ‘giving of information’ about the use of contraceptives to ‘instructing to use’’

The Secretary of Justice submitted the Little Red School Book to the Indecent Publications Tribunal. The tribunal delivered its decision in March 1972 that 50,000 copies of the book had already been sold it was decided the book was NOT indecent. The tribunal was not bothered at the physical side of the book or the dehumanizing effect, in fact they were impressed with some of the book, adolescents were the experimental guineapigs.

SPCS  ( Society  also sent individual letters of appeal and protest for Promotion of Community) fought back questioning the right of the tribunal to pass a book that encouraged breaking the law. Trevor Young MP Eastern Hutt president of the SPCS formerly requested the Minister Of Justice to allow an appeal. Individual members of the SPCS. Alister Taylor the NZ publisher of the book had prepared the market, challenged this saying there was a great need for it, for a wide spread sex education throughout communities, particularly schools. Profits from sales of the book meant that he could make a 2nd major contribution to the sexual education of children in NZ.

November 1972 the 3rd Labour Government came to power, the education portfolio went to Phil Amos who was very sympathetic to the sex education lobby. Early 1973 the Director General of Education Bill Renwick appointed a committee of 12 people, the chair person was Mr J A Ross, their task was to draft a discussion paper on health and special education.

The paper was released in December 1973 entitled the ‘Human Development & Relationships in Schools Curriculum, making recommendations, actions to improve the media, to prevent sexual exploitation and outlined the content of the school program proposed for all levels-primary, junior, secondary. That this should include petting and masturbation, contraception, homosexuality and an emphasis on different attitudes to abortion.

Compulsory at all levels. Primary school teachers could talk about the bulk of this (This was called the Ross Report-Feb 1974) There was no provision for parents to withdraw their teenagers from sex education classes. It was said by many at the time that these sex education classes were driving wedges between their children and parents.

1974 a group formed in Christchurch around Christchurch High School. The 1974 NZ Council for Education Research  circulated in every school a British Family Planning comic “To Great A Risk” which illustrated contraceptive methods Christchurch parent groups decided to act. And formed the ‘Concerned Books Assembly’. Sex education plans went ahead against a backdrop 3.of increased opposition activity by the general population. 1972 Family planning had set up ‘Advice Referral Centres’ for youth in Auckland and Christchurch and then extended this to Wellington.

July 1974 The Statutes Revision Committee recommended to Parliament repeal of the Police Offence Act 1954. The Rowling govt did not act on it. Dec 1974 a delegation from SPCS presented a petition containing 27,640 signatures against contraception education. They stressed that sexual activity,  by no means should be introduced into the school system

There was coercion by Family Planning Assoc., personnel and the Sex Magazine ‘FORUM’ subtitled ‘The International Journal of Human Relations  edition of the sexology monthly from the stable of the Penthouse Edition, featured articles, letter on sexual experimentation of all kinds in pursuit of the ‘ultimate turn-on’. The July 1976 issue led with a 4 page article on sodomasochist experiences including an interviews with promiscuous bisexual males boasting 2,000 to 3,000 lovers, letters detailing masturbation, experiments, incest, three some’s, anal sex advice on se

A Dr Robert Chantham on penis enlargement sexology supreme.  And views on incest.  The 1974 issue listed Dr Frazer McDonald, medical supervisor of Carrington Psych Hospital Auckland, Prof James Ritchie dean of the school services.  At Waikato University three other senior academics od psychology and psychiatry, also listed was Isobel Stanton a leading abortion law reform activist, a counsellor of Auckland Abortion Clinic and one of its trustee’s. She later became a member of the govt Abortion supervisory committee.

In the July  publication of ‘FORUM” Margaret Sparrow  of the Abortion Law Reform Assoc and also the Family Planning Assoc’s medical director for Wellington, also International consultants were named in the FORUM issue, this included Ted McIvor member of the Advisory Board of the controversial Sex information and Education Council of the US.

A 1974 Issue of the FORUM namely 75 And Us- US National Sex Forum, involved in the supply of sex films and other materials for sex education and Dr Mahon Potts the medical director of International Planned Parenthood US. International Planned Parenthood and NZ Family Planning Association are affiliated.

The Forum magazine was not subject to customs inspection. Although 4 issues were classified as R18. In the 1970’s Family Planning Association was already receiving significant funding from the government. In 1976 Family Planning Assoc  employed a full time Youth Education Officer whom 10 months earlier had been an editor ofc the FORUM magazine. And was chosen to be in charge of the work done in NZ Schools and FPA clinics. That all seemed ok with the government thought. The Minister Of Education.

The FORUM magazine had been advertised in the journal of the Post Primary Teachers Association on Human Development & Relationships in the schools curriculum. Teachers were suppose to benefit from this pornographic trash, the exploiting on teenagers minds with sexual material full of obscene words.

4.December 1976 Alister Taylor published ‘Under The Plum Tree’ for children aged 10 yrs plus, it included obscene explicit body images and sexual language. Intercourse, anal and oral sex. This caused a public outcry, was sent to the Indecent Publications Tribunal, 100’s of copies had already been sold, the tribunal put 3 months freeze on the sales pending classification Feb 1977 a representative of the Secretary of Justice said the book was an afoot to commonly accepted standards of decency in NZ and asked for a ruling that the book be classified as an R18.

Alister Taylor called expert witnesses to defend the book including Margaret Sparrow and education lecturer and a secondary school teacher Robin Duff who was the coordinator for the campaign for Homosexuality. The classification remained R18 “Indecent in the bands of anyone under the age of 18yrs unless such persons are being instructed by parents or professional advisors.  This opened it up for teachers to be in the guise of professional advisors. The book was not allowed to be kept in the school library otherwise prosecution may occur.

Then came the book ‘ Display Under the Palm Tree’ this was referred to the NZ Police as a result the London Bookshop in Central Wellington was convicted in 1978 for openly exhibiting the book to under age persons. The labour govt of the 1970’s  became under great pressure from within and outside their ranks. The Contraception, Sterilization Abortion Bill entered parliament in August 1977 Part 3 Clause 56 made it mandatory such sexuality courses might be prescribed by regulations under the Education Act. Clause 3 allowed people acting in place of parents- doctors, family planning personal and other people were authorised by the minister of justice to give contraceptives and contraception instruction to children. Clause 60 allowed a girl of any age to be referred for an abortion without parental consent.

To my friends and followers on Social Media l the information I have shared with you is included in a book entitled ‘A Stand For Decency’ by Carolyn Moynihan. Published in 1995. I recently picked this book up at a Lions Monthly Book Fair in Auckland.

‘A Stand For Decency’ refers to Patricia Bartlett and the Society for Promotion of Community Standards 1970-`1995 ‘The Sex Education Debate ‘ Page 54. The SPCS fought long and hard against the obscene language and images that were displayed in certain books that were published to exploit children’s minds by sexual deviancy  and still we continue the fight to stop sexual obscenity out of our schools in NZ.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE. THE REGIME HAVE DUMBED DOWN EDUCATION ’16 YR OLDS ARE NOT FIT TO VOTE’ (THE MINISTRY OF TRUTH ‘EDUCATION’ )

21st November 2022 Ardern promises Bill to lower voting age to 16years old after a discrimination ruling., follows the judges ruling that the existing age of 18yrs old breaches young peoples human rights. Ardern said that NZ Govt will draft legislation to lower the voting age to 16years old, after a landmark supreme court ruling.  “It is our view that this is an issue best placed to parliament for everyone to have their say,”. But the people of New Zealand , the general public have no say. If there is any opposition in parliament the cards are stacked against them by the numbers of tf the Labour coalition.

The Supreme Court hearing marked the conclusion of a 2yr case that young people should be able to vote on issues such as climate change. (After Ardern’s Government has been  indoctrinating young people on Climate Alarmism and promoting strike for climate change, workshops to make placards to promote Ardern’s Zero Carbon emissions through the school education  system. Yes the young people have already been manipulated and politicized in a Marxist Socialist Ideology of Eco Socialism

The Supreme Court ruling does not automatically guarantee the right to  vote will be extended, that can only be done by parliament… but now we have the wedge in the door that will be used with brute force and enforced by this socialist  Marxist regime of eco-socialism The legal, clear message of human rights’.  Human Rights for some but not for others obviously. Changes to the electoral law in NZ required 75% support in Parliament, so this would require support from National Party to become law. So far the National Party say they have no compelling case to lower the voting age.

The Green Party, Maori Party indicate they support it and Act oppose the lowering of the voting age to 16 yrears. However there is a thorn in the backside here for National and Act as opposing the lowering the voting age and that is ‘Will the legislation be decided upon with a Party Vote or a Conscience Vote?

Climate Action  has certainly been Labours tool of actions, Climate Action School Strikes. Brazil, Cuba, Austria, Malta have voting ages of 16years and up. 16 yr olds can vote in Scottish parliamentary elections not the UK Elections though. And the insanity goes on.. David Runciman a prominent academic from the UK agued that the voting age be lowered to 6yrs old, saying that ageing populations meant now young populations are massively  outnumbered thus causing a democratic crisis and an inbuilt bias against govts that plan the future.  If the age of 16 years is discrimination, then let me point out so is ageism discrimination, and to set it straight going on the ruling of discrimination and human rights that can mean any age.. including infants.

Green Party  statement as a response to the supreme court ruling is “We are calling on the government to come to the table with a plan to change the law to extend the voting age. “Young people deserve to have a say in the decisions that affect them, both now and in the future.”. Yep and older people have the right to come to the table to say what effects them too, and a young person of 16 years old does not fit the picture, do you really think they will care about the elderly.? But the elderly care about the young, their grandchildren and the world they will be raised in. The attorney general must now formerly notify the House Of Representatives that their legislation is inconsistent with NZs Bill Of Rights 1990. This must be actively considered by legislators and the minister in charge must respond.

SAGE Journals article “Are there any prima facie reasons that democracies might have for disenfranchising older citizens? Older persons are being targeted and politically scrutinized referencing political equality and logics of complaint. Namely equal opportunity of political influence and the disenfranchising of older citizens.

The proposals for reducing political influence of older citizens via age weighted voting. Older citizens could be deprived of their right to vote In 2019 the New York Times “Older people today hold disproportionate power because they have the numbers.

If disenfranchising older citizens ever came to play this would be very undemocratic, ageism, discrimination, loss of  basic human rights. However the come back may be Political equality. Ardern may well apply “equal opportunity of political influence by the number of those in the older age group of the general population.  But then again everyone should have equal opportunity, but we should add to this ‘Fit for Purpose.. Benefits outweigh the Risks… and the people decide.

Nancy Polosi on the subject of lowering the voting age said “Its important to capture kids, by lowering the voting age to 16. Capture them in high school, when they are interested in all of this, when they are learning about the govt” Says it all don’t you think.

My personal view is that -16 year olds are not informed enough about a households basic living expenses, about decriminalization of abortion up to birth, what do they know about assisted suicide Act and its very dangerous concepts. They do not pay the grocery, electric and gas bills.  They do not possess the wisdom, maturity that comes from a number of life’s challenges, hardships and threats.

Some have argued that disenfranchising the elderly from voting would allow younger people to make the decisions. Referencing Christopher Buckleys novel ‘Boomsday’, a Generation X Blogger, and emerging PR star suggests to deal with economic, social strain of a larger Boomer population, the govt should offer people incentives to commit suicide by the age of 70 yrs. To be offered perks like free Botox, no estate fee’s, for those who opt to voluntary transition to death after retirement are to be treated as patriots and heroes on par with veterans. The novel is provoking as to what should democracies do when the interests of the elderly appear to be at odds with the interests  of the younger generations?

One proposal that has been mooted in philosophical circles is to disenfranchise the elderly- eliminate the right to vote at age 70, once citizens reach a certain age they will be less concerned with our social, political and economic future.  “WRONG  I SAY, MOST OF US ARE MUCH MORE CONCERNED THAN EVER BEFORE.”

Its been said in some circles that,  elderly people should not bear the long term consequences of political decisions and policies. Their votes are to be discounted, eliminated. Because grandma will vote against carbon taxes, so take away their right to vote. Grandma believes in traditional farming, will support the farmers, eliminate her vote.

But how about the Moral and Political equality given to All Citizens.  Older people have paid their taxes, older people have fought in wars for their country, older people have gone to war and fought for the freedoms of their country what now are they deemed, or doomed to be worthless. Ageism is discrimination and against basic human rights, only it appears in this post modernised world only some have human rights and many  others do not.

Now its up to Act and National Party to justify keeping the voting age at 18yrs. As the Conversation writes ‘The court has accepted inconsistency has not been justified, that does not mean the age limit can be justified, it just means that legislation can be found to be inconsistent with the Bill of Rights. The opposition must now provide the justification for setting the age of voting at 18 yrs old. It is said good habits start young, but so do bad habits also.

Labour, Green Party pitch is a ‘Greening of the World’ a Gaia Paganism, worshippers of the Mother Earth ‘Gaia’ accompanied by tribal feudalism. Promoting students to take time away from their education to take part in climate strikes for schools. Ardern’s too with her Zero Carbons.  Yes these students have opinions and know how to strike, and know how to get their voices heard, their minds have been indoctrinated within the education system to be eco-socialists, that does not give them the right to vote. Education has been seriously  dumbed down in New Zealand.

16 Year olds do not have the experience where they have to hold down jobs to pay for mortgages or high rent payments.  They are not paying the power bill. Schools need to teach the young how to contribute to a civilized society, not to dismantle one. Under COVID more than half of the country’s school students failed to attend school regularly, with only 46% of students nationwide meeting the benchmark for school attendance, Wellington 47%, Christchurch 49.7% all failing to get half their students to class regularly

As an example, in maths the knowledge of a 15-year-old New Zealand student equated to a student aged 13 and a half 20 years ago. There are similar problems with writing and literacy. The Education System is in decline. The dumbing down of education. Head of the offices ‘Education Evaluation Centre Ruth Shinoda told ‘Morning Report’ “ even before the pandemic only 3 in 5 children were regularly attending school “We are not prioritising school enough” she said. Four in ten parents appear to be comfortable with their child missing a week or more of school per term, which adds up to missing up to a year of school by the child reaches 16yrs old

Education in New Zealand is being dumbed down that surely enough reason to say “ Young people in a dumbed down education system are not fit for purpose to vote in the genera; elections or the local elections, the risks are much  higher than the benefits, there are no benefits only to those that have politically indoctrinated the young through NZ’s education system into a Eco Socialist Ideology of placard bearing Zero screaming kids that have never bothered to really do their own research.
