THERE IS STILL A SIGNIFICANT PUSH TO IMPLEMENT THE UN DECLARATION FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLES HERE IN NZ ‘VISION 40’

The UNDRIP has been legislated upon in Canada and Columbia

Major resources and infrastructure projects  and new names put on traditional street names and gathering spots. Where people don’t even recognize the characters of the names anymore (names not found in official languages)

They are starting to see their property rights being violated, taken away. Property Rights being chopped away by the Supreme Court ruling that grants Aboriginal Title to First Nations on Vancouver Island over a significant privately owned land in other areas.

This is being opposed by British Columbians however this is a Trojan Horse of the Law raising its ugly head . This is the systemic loss of autonomy for British Columbian communities and their legally owned land – their liberties and democracies.  Two classes of Society. All laws to be rewritten by Indigenous Laws.

Provincial Parks being closed to those classified as Non Indigenous Peoples. This is a two tier society.. yes radical political Marxist culturalism in British Columbia .. As many British Columbians are calling out for their Govt to STOP UNDRIP (UN Declaration On The Rights Of Indigenous Peoples NOW> Canada and Bolivia have officially adopted into legislation UNDRIP

There are many messages that reveal UNDRIP Flaws…that the UN Declaration Must Go. We should all take heed as to what is happening in British Columbia. With Indigenous Peoples having Veto Rights that others do not have. In British Columbia the Greens did all they could to push it through legislation

A whole team of provincial bureaucrats are continuing to amend British Columbia’s laws to bring them into alignment with whatever interpretation civil servants and their government lawyers have placed on the 46 Articles of UNDRIP..

UNDRIP does not align with Canadian Constitutional law, nor does it align with NZs Constitutional Arrangements and the Treaty Of Waitangi. There are two particularly problematic land and resource-related provisions in UNDRIP that are in conflict with constitutional law and Legal Property Rights

The concept of self-defined Indigenous traditional territories, and the resources within them, being “owned,” as set out in Article 26 of UNDRIP. a requirement for Indigenous “consent” of any government action that might affect those allegedly owned Indigenous territories. This is the requirement referred to as “free, prior and informed consent” set out in Article 32(2).

The issue with “owned” Indigenous territory in Article 26 lies in the breadth of its definition, which is geographically and materially inconsistent with the requirements for proof of Maori /Iwi/ Ancestry .

Indigenous Peoples Veto Rights over Legislation. Control Management of Natural Resources. A Two Class Citizenship. And Redress compensation of the entire land of NZ. Under the Scope of Provisions in the UNDRIP

UNDRIP contends Indigenous ownership of any lands that were occupied or merely used- (Compensation and Property Rights) Of Lands that people already legally own. Undemocratic. Non Compliant with NZs Constitutional Arrangements and the Treaty Of Waitangi which is still being promoted as a Partnership. (Which it is NOT)

In  Canada Mark Carney is implementing his ideological agenda’s in the implementation of the UNDRIP. Ignoring the rule of law – sowing division and confusion. But UNDRIP is gaining traction in Canada, can even influence foreign policy promoting Indigenous Rights worldwide.

Socialists – Islamists are on the same side of the coin .. the rise of woke Islamism in the West. Eco Socialism and Political Ideologies that influence political systems. Imans in Canada express solidarity with Indigenous peoples. Eco Socialism- Eco Islamism.

Islamic Financial Institution financing to gap to achieve UN Agenda 2030 SDGs. Global Development Goals (Mass Migration- Leaving No-one Behind)

RED FLAGS SHOULD BE FLYING..AS there is still this huge push within Socialist left- Labour- Green- Te Pati Maori  and their Pro Palestinian Liberation support and participation.  Socialism- Islamism both on the same side of the coin.

Mixed messages reveal UNDRIP flaws and why it must go
