It is well recorded that Diversity training in the workplace can threaten majority groups sense of belonging, gets into the blame and shaming and may elicit backlash and biases. What has happened to the good old fashioned, the recognition of a person’s ability, experience, skills, knowledge, qualifications, those that have done the hard graft get the job? No wonder this tyranny of human rights exists in our society today.
