With both leaders reaffirming that the Internal Rules Based Order must be upheld * They both agreed to contribute to ‘Inclusivity * UN Global Agenda 2030 & its Global Development Goals (SDGs) *To transition to Low Emission Economies. Luxon welcoming Modi’s India’s leadership in the “International Solar Alliance (ISA). NZ became a member of this in 2024.. Modi also welcomed NZ in joining Coalitition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure (CDRI) that aims to make systems infrastructure resilient in order to achieve the objectives of Sustainable Inclusive Economies ( AGENDA 2030 SDGs) which NZ is a member. Both Modi & Luxon emphasized the importance of an effective ‘System Centered on the UN in tackling Global Challenges’

Luxon and Modi agreed to enhance cooperation on Digitalization. Which includes India’s exploring, collaborating in India’s Digital Payments. And Air NZ – TCS Partnership a five year deal with India’s Tata Consultancy Services to digitalize the airlines infrastructure. And the ‘India Digital Initiative ‘. Christian living in fear as church meetings (Worshipping) is interrupted violent * Churches and Christians homes are vandalized. Where officials (Police) let the perpetrators go free and throw the victims in jail. The mere accusation of conversion activities can lead to Hindu Nationalist Mob harassment, assaults * murder of Indian Christians . Many critics refer to this as Abuse by the Authorities. Stating the Modi Govt authorities & Police sometime collude with Hindu Nationalism Extremist Groups (Mobs). Turn a blind eye to the violence, dismiss motivated attacks on Christians and other Minority groups Eg Jewish and Muslims in India

The Words spoken and documented mean very little to Modi and His Govt.  (India’s Constitution) guarantees the Right To Freedom Of Conscience – The Rights to Freely Profess * Practice * Propagate Religion. Modi’s Anti Conversion Laws violate these Fundamental Rights.. The US Congress * The European Centre for Justice & Law *UK Govt & other Human Rights Advocates have evidenced statements that state that since Modi became PM in 2014 that right up to today that violent attacks on Indian Christians have significantly escalated from 2014 to 2024 increased 500%. The filing of False Police Complaints against Pastors and other Christians leading to arrests and denial of Bail hence making the Justice Process one of Punishment. Hindu’s that convert to Christianity have been denied community resources. Those that have converted face pressure to re-convert to Hinduism. Many critics have gave evidence that Modi has done nothing to stop these Hindu Nationalist Activists from attacking Christians.

2025 What Does Persecution look like in India?. Hindu Extremists view ALL Christians as Outsiders, as they aim to cleanse India of Christianity and other minority groups by using extensive violence. This violence , hostility is often driven by Hindu Nationalists that demand all Indians must be Hindu… No Other Faith Must Be Tolerated. 12 States in India have passed Anti-Conversion Laws that threaten Christians. Those that covert to Christianity face the harshest of persecution. Frequently endure physical assaults, in some cases Christian concerts are murdered. Church leaders are highly targeted. Christian homes are burned down * constant attacks * Killings have shattered all hopes and opportunities for a better future. Innocent lives are lost * families continue to be displaced

11^th August 2024 UN General Assembly UN HRC Mobs attacking Christian in India have been emboldened by Modi’s Anti-Conversion Laws to Target & Silence the Christian Minority (https://docs.un.org/en/A/HRC/57/NGO/79) Written statement* submitted by European Centre for Law and Justice, Requesting that India Repeal All Anti-Conversion Laws and Take Immediate Steps to Protect Christians from Senseless Violence. Describes Christians living in constant fear of being attacked * killed * arrested because they are Christian. This stemming from Modi’s Anti Conversion Laws that the Hindu  majority have weaponized against Christians (2024 at lease 1,570 reported attacks carried out against Christians. Ranked India as the 11^th most dangerous country in the world for Christians. Where Christians face extreme persecution every day. False allegations lead Christians to be arrested * beaten * killed and their homes ransacked.

Govt authorities & Police collude with Hindu Nationalist extremist groups, turning a blind eye to the atrocities that are carried out against Christians. With some authorities brush these atrocities off, calling them personal or property disputes rather than  a motivated  Hindu Nationalist  attack on Christians. Government authorities and police have colluded with Hindu extremist groups and have turned a blind eye to the atrocities being carried out against Christians.(14) Some authorities even brush these atrocities aside as personal or property disputes rather than religiously motivated attacks. In Manipur India the crisis has reached a point where hundreds of lives are lost, church buildings destroyed and tens of 1,000s of people are displaced. This is not just a religious issue this is a very serious Human Rights Issue , Hindu’s must give Local officials 2 months notice before converting to Christianity so that Local officials can investigate this.

The Statement to the UN Human Rights Council from the European Centre Of Justice & Law made a Request to the UN HRC which included..Firstly the description of the motivate attacks on Christians in India ‘Are far too common’ *Govt takes no action to stop this *The fact is that Modi’s Anti Conversions Law enforcement (that the govt itself is actively taking part in the persecution of Christians in India *Supreme Court  in India have suggested that Anti-conversions laws are not compatiable with India’s Constitution * That the Court must officially implement its views* Real all Anti-Conversion Laws * Not to restrict Christians practicing their faith *India must take action to prosecute and stop religious motivated attacks from being carried out against Christians. So Indians can practice their faith without fear of being killed * beaten * attacked *harassed * arrested. India must uphold the protections enshrined in its own Constitution and the ICCPR.

November 2025 ongoing and escalating attacks against Christians in Indea. A continuation of a multi-year trend. Anti–conversion laws  & Hindutva groups are frequently cited as catalysts for violence. . Approximately 7,000 Christians demonstrated in Maharashtra cities on November 9, 2025, opposing a proposed “Freedom of Religion” bill. Reports detail incidents where mobs reportedly compelled Christian families to burn Bibles and renounce their faith. Christian families being denied burial in ancestral villages.

 Christian rights activists noted in November 2025 that anti-Christian hate crimes with a significant rise since 2014, with a high number of attacks recorded in 2025. . Indicates a Climate Of Hostility, involving disruptions to prayer meeting * vandalism * Anti Conversion Laws accusing Christians of forced conversions (False charges). Missionaries were reportedly attacked by Hindu nationalists in Northern India Domestic Terrorism in India. Modi Hindu Nationalism and his BJP Party & membership to RSS promotes India as a totally inclusive nation of Hindu Nationalism and his Anti-Conversion Act serves the purpose to impose Fear into Christian lives. Fear that Indians that concert to Christianity put their lives on the line, will be discriminated against and always have the possibility of being attacked or even killed because they are Christian

However ‘I refer to India’s Modi Domestic Terrorism.. however in essence the term ‘Terrorism’ may not be universally applied by official sources * human rights organizations * Christian Advocacy Groups. Therefore documentation includes ‘Systematic Patterns Of Violence * Harassment * Legal Persecution creating a ‘Terrifying and Dangerous Environ For Christians’. Indias current Govt under Modi as PM of Hindu Nationalism considers Christianity a threat to the Hindu National Political Ideology. Because of the significant escalation of violence against Christians India has become a dangerous place for Christians to live

Revisiting Modi and Luxon March meeting in India . Included  their shared views that ‘There must be an  Absolute Condemnation of Terrorism in All Forms & Manifestations- ..Bringing Perpetrators to Justice. Modi’s Talking the Talk’ NOT ‘Walking the Walk’. The must larger trend of escalating persecution, violent attacks  against Christians since Modi became PM of India in 2014. Law enforcement failing to protect victims, and often detaining them instead of the perpetrators. Fear prevents many incidents from being reported. November 4^th 2025 it was reported that since 2014 attacks against Christians increased by 500% under Modi Government. India is once again voted as  one of the member of the UN Human Rights Commission starting January 2026. Joining some of those other members of the  UN Human Rights Council whom are the worst Human Rights Abusers (Violators) in the world.  What a Mockery -Tyranny of Human Rights that continues to be embraced by UN Member States worldwide.
