Police could have detailed recorded data on you without you even being aware of it.

If you hurt some-one feelings that can be reported and recorded by the police for future reference

Data is about to become more detailed.

Self determined Hate Crime can be used subsequently in an unrelated court case, can be reflected upon by the judicial.
