NZ DEFENCE FORCE ‘AUTHORIZATION- SHOOT TO KILL CHRISTIANS WITH TRADITIONAL VALUES FOR VIDE0

NZ Defence Force’s Authorized Authority ‘Shoot on Sight’ – Shoot To Kill Christians with Traditional Values’. This is not Fake News – It’s a Truth Bomb that could explode in the governments face.  This very concerning information originated from a group of  Ex NZ Defence Force Personnel whom were mandated under duress during COVID19.

They established a group called ‘United We Stand NZ’. They  produced a short video into the public arena and documented evidence of a late 2025 NZDF Burham Simulated Training Program that’s entirely different from any previous NZDF Training Programs. The video revealed scenarios where the fictional opposing force  (The Adversary Enemy) are  described as a Christian Community with Traditional Values

The Christian Community were given a fictious name (DSM).  The  fictional Pacific country where they lived was called Belisia. Scenarios  document troops managed periods of Civil Unrest in Belisia.. The Christians with Traditional Values were given the fictitious name (VPF) Visayan Peoples Front. The country they lived in closely resembled the South Island of NZ.

Scenarios include NZDF authorized to use ‘Lethal Force’ – ‘Shoot to Kill On Sight’  *The Christian Community with Traditional Values- whom are described as Violent Extremists. The community of Christians with Traditional Values  opposed in Islamization (Defended their Faith).  . For the NZDF this being a ‘High-Readiness Inter-operability Training Exercise. These Training Exercises were used for Junior Non-Commissioned Officer Courses (JNCO) within the (3rd Combat Service Support Battalion – 3RCW.

Penny-Marie & Michelle Scott (Independent Investigate Media Reporters produced a video , that’s out in the public arena. Due to their concerns as to the Burham Military Camp Video . They describe the Simulated NZDF Scenarios “Like a Cut & Paste Culture War”. Their You Tube Video is titled ‘Why Are NZ Army Training To Kill Christians’? In their video is included the short United We Stand NZ Video con Christians with Traditional Values as ‘The Enemy On The  Map’.

Penny-Marie & Michelle Scott have now sent a letter of concern to the Leaders of the Three Party Coalition & their MPs. Which includes a number of questions that require a response. Also an OIA (Official Information Request) by S E Shaw has been sent to the NZDF. This also has a number of concerning questions waiting to be responded to. With similar serious concerns as to ‘Painting/Framing  Christians with Traditional Values as Extreme Violent Adversary Enemy’.

Questions includes:- When, How and Whom developed –(Approved) this Training Program where Christians with Traditional Values are the Enemy. And why is this Training Program entirely different from previous Training Programs? And how widely does the NZDF use this Training Program. In 2023 the US produced an Army Training Program called DATE ‘P’. Simulated scenarios are Countries/Regions with fictious names. NZDF started using this in 2023 shortly after it was produced by the US

RNZ Article in June 2025 confirmed that  NZDF at Burnham Military Camp were using the US DATE Army Standard Training Program. Therefore this entire difference in who the Adversary enemy being  a Christian Community described as Violent Extremists ‘Shoot to Kill On Sight’ is a relevantly new Training Program. In the Penny-Marie & Michelle Scott video they include some very interesting points.

Such as- what other groups would treat Christians with Traditional Beliefs as their Enemy in NZ. And what do they have in common with NZ Defence Force?…                              The NZDF are LGBTQ1 + Inclusive. Have Pride Accreditation.& The Rainbow Tick (This being an Ideological Conflict with Christians that hold Traditional Values) Seen as the Adversary Enemy. (A Threat Group)

What other entities would see Christians with Traditional Values as an Adversary Enemy (A Threat Group)? Central & Local Government * Govt Agencies *NGO’s * Academia (Uni Students-Lecturers etc.,) Also are included in having an Ideological Conflict with Christians that have Traditional Values.  For example -Mark Mitchell (Police Minister) strongly opposes Destiny Church Protests *Auckland Council & NZTA made Destiny Church an Adversary Enemy when members of Destiny Church  scrubbed out the Rainbow Crossing in K Road. Auckland. (This is being an  Ideological Conflicting scenario)

The  Te Atatu Library LGBTQ1+ Children’s Storytime again Destiny Church Rally /Protest. (Christians again being the Adversary Enemy)  (Ideological Conflict with Christian)  Destiny Church Protests against Pro Palestinians (Ideological Conflict -Christians the Enemy). Yet Black Lives Matter- The huge Hikoi march (Were not seen as the Adversary Enemy by Police-NZTA)

COVID 19 Mandate Protests by Destiny Church. Brian Tamaki arrested put in Mt Eden Jail for breaking Restrictions. (America’s Cup 2021 (Prada Cup) permitted to sail under Level 3 Lockdown in Auckland (16th February 2021 NZ Herald)  Huge crowds sat closely together as they watched this in Auckland (No Arrests).

 1,000s of Protesters marched in Auckland * Wellington * Christchurch * Dunedin in Solidarity for Black Lives Matter ‘The Killing of George Floyd’ during COVID19 Lockdown 2. Majority did not wear masks. Ignored Physical Distancing. ..Police stayed back away from the protests opting for a tolerant approach. Black Lives Matter intersectionality emphasize that Black Liberation must Include Black Queer * Trans * And Gender-Non-conforming people (Ideological Conflict with the Christians that hold Traditional Values)- (Spin Off & RNZ Reported Articles)Police took a tolerant approach and stood back) Police did not take a tolerant approach with Destiny-Brain Tamaki

The New Conservative Party majority Christians included Elliot Ikilei Deputy Leaders of New Conservative gave a Freedom Speech in Aotea Sq Auckland as did Jesse Anderson whom began his speech announcing he is a Christian – as is Elliot Ikilei. There was a big Police presence. I also gave a speech that day as I had  submitted a petition objecting to the UN Global Compact Of Migration to Parliament. (I too am a Christian). Jesse Anderson was a wonderful father of a little boy whom he had in his care.

The child was removed from his care. He was targeted by Police. He broke his heart when his little boy was taken out of his care, sadly this led him to take his own life. I am Christian I was also targeted by the Police. A visit from 2 police officers warning me not to speak out or organize any protests. At one stage a line of police officers in Aotea Square shouted at me to Go Home….as I had CCTV Camera’s in my face ( Yes- Christians were the Adversary Enemy)

The Burnham Military Camp Training Program.  The Christian Community with Traditional Values. ‘The authorized use of Lethal Weapons- The Shoot To Kill On Sight’ ‘. Is described as a 5th Generation Warfare Narrative. * Language in Training Materials being used to dehumanize (Destabilize) . Push Populations towards Crisis so that  a predetermined solution can be imposed.

A Spiritual * Psychological * Ideological Warfare against Christian People with Traditional Values. Its questionable as to the potential risks- impacts on these soldiers that partake in these Training Exercises and Society itself?.. Should we be concerned? Yes I personally believe we should be highly concerned. What are the potential Risks? Afterall, in NZ many Christians still gather in prayer at Easter (Jesus crucifixion). And at Christmas celebrating the Birth Of Jesus. Many Christians still attend Church on Sundays

The ANZAC Troops WW1 often carried the bible on the battleground and at the Enemy Front Lines. There are still Prayer gathering for the ANZACs – all those soldiers that courageously fought for us &  died for us – for our Freedom & Our Liberty. Described as Christian Heroism. ANAC Commemorations (Biblical verses). The Remebrance Day Words that echo throughout NZ & Australia

The writing imprinted into Remembrance Stones from the book of Sirach ( Chapter 44) “Let us now praise those famous men and our fathers in their generation” We Shall Never Forget Them”.- (May they liveth for ever-more ) Yet, the NZDF in their Burnham Military Training Exercise Program choose the ‘Adversary enemy to be Christians with Traditional Values). Why not Islamist Terrorists whom have murdered – tortured- kidnapped – unjustly imprisoned Christians ?

The Painting/Framing Christian with Traditional Values as Violent Extremists (Shoot To Kill- Use Lethal Force). NZ Designated Terrorist List -Zilch Christian affiliated Terrorists)  After researching have questions myself which include:-

After Researching the Psychology of Combat Training (Simulation Training Exercises & Religion)  Included the  potential risks of psychologically influencing  soldiers mindsets. The impact on Society. Trust issues as to whom and whom not to trust. Biases towards Christians (where Christian are the opposing enemy) And the potential risks/harms caused by ‘Moral Injury’ and ‘Cognitive Dissonance’

Particularly when Soldiers belong to a Christian Faith Group. This conflicting with their Moral/ethical/religious conviction. Being a form of Psychological Harm. With Simulation Training Exercises often using Dehumanizing Tactics. Making the Enemy nameless (Fictitious Names) or employing specific stereotypes to create a sense of ‘Otherness– You Vs Them scenario.

Psycholical harm may occur when an individual violates their own deeply held moral beliefs (Called -Definition Crisis). Where a Christian Soldier fights the Adversary enemy who is also a Christian (The Enemy)  Causing the soldier to question the justification of the conflict. Thus causing a potential for increased distress. Studies indicate whilst Religious (Christian Beliefs) can provide Resilience.

This can also cause a conflict thus contradicting those beliefs (Eg Such as fighting a fellow believer of the Christian Faith). Which may cause a negative ability to cope which can lead to PTSD Symptoms (Post Traumatic Disorder) Thus disrupting Cognitive-Moral -Spiritual mindset, potentially causing ‘emotional-Mental-Ethical Distress thus  ‘Ineffective Training’ Often manifesting in Cognitive Dissonance/ Moral Injury

May also conflict with Morals * Beliefs (Self Identity- The Lost and the Found)The Human Spirit is a motivating force directed towards realizing Higher Orders ‘Goals’- ‘Aspirations; that grow out of the ‘Essential Self’. Perceptions of Reality can be shattered and the Spirit broken when struggling with Moral Injury/ Cognitive Dissonance. This may also impact on Psychological Wellbeing/Health causing distress & increased Mental Health Symptoms & a Great Risk of Mortality

The Disconnection from others thus impacting on Society – Public Distrust. The use of Army Training Programs where Christians with Traditional Values described as Violent Extremists ‘Use authorized Lethal Force against them’ – Shoor to Kill On Sight’. Framing /Painting Christian Faith Identity as the Enemy influences cultural narratives & potentially causes Societal Conflict-Disunity – Fragmentation- -Disharmony -Distrust -therefore has a very real potential to negatively impact on Society

Burnham Miliary Camp NZ Defence Force Training Program -…Yes- ‘A Cut * Paste  Culture Ideological Psychological Warfare’ – Using authorized Lethal Force against Christians with Traditional Beliefs ‘Calling them Violent Extremists’ and ‘Shoot To Kill On Sight’. We must demand answers as to Who developed  and Approved this NZDF Training Program at Burnham Military Camp & The reasons behind it. THE NZ PETROLEUM DEMAND RESTRAINTS ACT

Under New Zealand legislation on Oil Security = The 1976 International Energy Agreement Act (IEAA) and the Petroleum Demand Restraint Act these provide the legislative framework for NZ’s Oil Emergency measures.

The Governor General has the power to make regulations, control the use of petroleum, prohibit production, acquisition, distribution- supply of petroleum or Petroleum products under Article 4 (1) (c) IEAAAt all times when she deems there are insufficient oil supplies in NZ.

The Governor General is authorized to make regulations, demand, or to reduce the consumption of petroleum or petroleum products (Art 4 (1) IEAA

Under Article 4 of the ‘Petroleum Demand Restraints Act the Governor General may regulate the use of vehicles, vessels. Ration petrol and petrol products.

The Governor General may put in place monitoring, enforcement of an emergency regime- therefore may enter premises, search properties pertaining to homes, vessels, vehicles.

This is referenced as to a ‘Given Persons Compliance with any applicable Ministerial direction. (Art 17 IEAA- Petroleum Demand Restraints Act.

According to Articl6 (1) IEAA NZ does not have a ‘Stockholding Agency’, legal stockholding obligations- (International obligations refer to 90days emergency stockholdings to be held by each country.)

The determination whether an emergency exists or not as to petroleum supplies in NZ is determined by the Governor General. This is namely the ‘triggering ‘ of operation within an Emergency Response System. (Art 3) 1 IEAA.

The 1991 Crown Minerals Act and the 2002 Civil Defence Act also contain provisions which maybe relevant to applying these emergency measures of the Petroleum Restraints Demand Act

2.The closing of Marsden Point New Zealand, petroleum supplies in NZ are reliant on tankers shipping in refined oil from overseas. Z Energy reported that its estimated 175 tankers per year are required to deliver these supplies (fuel stocks)to NZ

Marsden Point Oil Refinery was a critical link to NZ economy. 8% of Northlands Economy. 600 plus jobs were lost at the closing down of Marsden Oil Refinery.

The Oil refinery had excellent references to its reliability, safety and how well it mas maintained. NZ now relies on oil supplies from Sth Asia, there are serious ongoing concerns, tensions in the oceans as to China’s presence.

China has built military bases in islands off the coast of the Philippines and there is a continuing presence of China in small pacific islands such as the Solomon Isles.

Even though this is a contravention of International laws, this stops nothing. Therefore shipping lanes relevant to supplying Oil to NZ will remain at risk.

MP Megan Woods stated NZ goes no obtain Oil supplies from Russia, but they did obtain 2% of these from Russia. However, questionable indirectly are NZ Oil supplies from other countries, are they getting their oil supplies from Russia.

If they are indirectly yes we do obtain our oil supplies from Russia. The head of Northern Australia’s Strategic Policy Centre called out NZ Govts ‘as being naïve’ buying into outdated globalization. As the Australian Govt subsidized their two oils refineries.

NZ Government refused to subsidize the Marsden Point Oil Refinery. The Reserve Bank had $60 Billion sitting there, it’s a drop in the pocket out of $60 billion, they could have purchased Marsden Point Oil Refinery for the people of NZ.

The Australian buyer was approached by the Bill Gates team to buy Marsden Point Oil Refinery for the storage of Green Hydrogen Fuel/gas

3.Marsden Point Oil Refinery produced 58% of our petrol, 85% of jet fuel and 67% of our diesel. The pipeline infrastructure carried the refineries products to Auckland for storage and further transmission.

Coastal Oil Logistics Ltd were the shipping venture that transported the refined oil to other ports around NZ. (Source Info MBIW-GVT)

Marsden point Oil Refinery also known as ‘Refining NZ’ announced in 2020 it would develop plans to simplify refinery operations, structurally reduce costs, whilst focusing supply across NZ.

A competitive advantage to Marsden Point Oil Refinery. The company announced it would continue to evaluate a possible future staged transition to an import terminal, including exploration of a commercial framework with customers.

In 2017 during Arderns electioneering campaign she spoke about an additional pipeline from Marsden point Oil Refinery saying “ t if Marsden Point Oil Refinery “ this would leave the aviation industry endangered and vulnerable”

Question: How much petroleum does NZ hold in stock for emergencies? NZ hold ‘Ticket Stock Contracts’ for emergency use. NZ retain approx 17 days of emergency fuel stock. The Contract Ticket Stock’ is held in Spain, UK, Japan.

Already this year NZ has released approx.., 483,000 barrels of  crude oil that was held min Spain and also 299,000 barrels of Diesel held in the UK of NZ’s Emergency Stocks.

When the hydo lake levels are low, the wind stops turning the turbines and the sun goes to sleep   NZ is completely reliant on coal for these Electricity Companies. The Electricity Companies that have major government investments made in them.

Hence Climate Emergency, is bullcrap as the government in declaring an emergency was importing dirty industry nasty cheap polluting coal from Indonesia.  The Govt destroying N Z Economy deliberately so.

Recommendations include ‘ an adaptable incentive regime that includes sanctions- public reprimands, economic sanctions .   The World Trade Organization (UN) have enormous power when it comes to controlling Nations- economically, socially and otherwise.

International Socialism, World Trade Organization and the World Economic Forum all supported  and promoted by the International Parliamentary Union.  The International Parliamentary Union consists of 178 Parliaments globally. New Zealand is included as a member of the International Parliamentary Union. (All collaborating, planning a corporate capture of nations worldwide through transnationals corporations through the UN/WEF.  Under the veil of COVID19 this massive global plan has been accelerated.

International Socialism is deeply embedded in the United Nations.   The World Health Organization (UN) and WEF Power Grab is in the making, has well been planned.   The planned International Health Regulations of the WHO (UN) amendments are directed at establishing a globalist architecture, a global health surveillance structure. Of managing and reporting on global health.

This being a top down public -private global health governance. New Zealanders have no say, there are no public debates.   Also on the agenda is the WHO (UN) Pandemic Treaty, all part and parcel of the International Health Regulations. Under the umbrella of the WHO Pandemic Treaty is the control of Human, Animals- domestic and wild, plants (Crops, seeds etc., )   Helen Clark is a co-chair of the council making recommendations as to the WHO Pandemic Treaty.

 

Every political cronie in the toilet bowl of Wellington are part of this evil plan. How many of them are publicly speaking up.  challenge them.   They deserve to be challenged, they deserve to be hanged out to dry.

The huge 25,000 acre plus area covered by Waipoua Forest in Northland is a massive archaeological treasure trove, where once a large population lived, gardened, worshipped, raised their families and died. The stone structures in the forest had been noted and written about by early Europeans, who wondered about the stone builders who had lived there. In 1983 archaeologists from Auckland University were employed by the NZ Forest Service to investigate and document these ancient structures, prior to tree felling in the area. The area under investigation was limited, confined to about 500 acres and split into five sections on both sides of the Waipoua River. It was a ‘drop in an ocean,’ but a start, a chance to document and protect the country’s heritage, to tell the people of New Zealand about an ancient civilisation, predating Polynesian settlement and acknowledged as such by the Pacific voyagers who came after them.
But most of the people of New Zealand do not know what was found in Waipoua Forest over the three year investigation, at a cost to the taxpayer then of $500,000. The detailed mapping and notes of the complex of stone walls, hearths, stone structures defined as altars by the archaeologists, incised obelisks, petroglyphs (rock carvings), standing stone circles, circular stone mounds and stone-lined waterways was instead sent away to remain hidden under a 75 year embargo, restricted until 2063. In 1988, archaeological records on the Waipoua Forest excavations were transferred from Kaikohe to the National Archives in Auckland. The Transfer of Archives form states: “Prior consultation requires approval of the Te Roroa-Waipoua Archaeological Advisory committee or other appropriate subsequent Te Roroa authority.” Te Roroa iwi around that time were engaged in a land claim of the Maunganui Bluff and Waipoua No 2 block with the Waitangi Tribunal. The transfer agreement was modified to include a 75 year moratorium and signed by DOC archaeologist Michael Taylor. It specified a 14 page index identifying all the material to be embargoed.
At the end of the archaeological excavations, all public access to the area was denied. Visitors wanting to see the stone artefacts were turned away. DOC denied access requests by historians and archaeologists, while members of the public were threatened by certain locals when they went to view the ‘stone city.’ Reasons given by DOC was that the area had been declared tapu and that it was under a Waitangi Treaty claim. Meanwhile, people who knew what was hidden in the forest waited for the release of the report on the excavations. They knew it was a significant site for the history of New Zealand. Noel Hilliam was with a group who had seen some of the radiocarbon dating data. He heard Ned Nathan (Te Roroa) exclaim “that’s 500 years before we got here!” (‘We’ referring to Maori)
In 1996, archaeological researcher Dr Gary Cook successfully challenged the legality of the embargo. Submissions to the Ombudsman lead to the release of the large body of material, but the radio carbon dates were absent. When questioned as to why the information had been hidden, The New Zealand National Archives stated that there were no access restrictions, but after numerous Official Information requests from people all around New Zealand, Associate Minister of Conservation the Hon. Phillida Bunkle confirmed that between 1988 and 1996, Te Roroa authorities fully controlled the archaeological results. She wrote: “I am advised that the papers referred to in the recent documentary were lodged in Archives without the knowledge or authority of the Department of Conservation…my department has no specific information about the restriction placed on the papers by a member of the local iwi, Te Roroa and lifted in 1996. Until then, I understand, only persons with written permission from the Pahinui Marae, near Dargaville, could gain access to the archival material. This has not been the case since 1996. In summary, the papers referred to in the recent documentary are readily available. The copies lodged with National Archives were released from formal embargo in 1996.”
But the files finally released were incomplete. There was a vital report missing from samples tested at the Radiocarbon Testing Laboratory at the University of Waikato. Data already released showed material from the excavation fell within the known occupancy of modern Maori.(The official Government date for the arrival of the first people, from Eastern Polynesia, is the late 13th century. Kupe is said to have featured in the 14th century.) But there was no sign of the data showing the much earlier date. Then, in a strange twist, this file surfaced, sent anonymously to Hokianga historian Joan Leaf, who with Noel Hilliam, had complained about the lack of access to the information in a Radio Pacific interview in 1996. The data from a food midden at Motuhuru showed a True Age date of 950 plus or minus 50. This was the missing report exclaimed over by Ned Nathan, on a 1000 year old cat’s eye shell, collected from a midden by Michael Taylor in 1986. The readings confirmed there were people living in the area now called Waipoua Forest when the ancestors of modern Maori arrived. On the same file was another reading of a pipi shell, collected from a midden excavated at Kokohuia, Omapere by Michael Taylor. It also carried the radiocarbon date of 900 plus or minus 50 years.
The figures are finally in but the truth is still out. Out of the public eye and out of official, public acknowledgement of the huge historic site that is sheltered by the Waipoua Forest. What lies hidden there speaks of a long ago race of stone builders and the ancient Waitaha Tawhito who followed and integrated to form one people. Even with many stone structures buried in a deep humus layer, the vast area where the ancient people lived is awe inspiring. At one site alone, an extensive garden area is surrounded by collapsed stone dwellings and places of worship, speaking of thousands living there in peace for a great length of time. Boundary markers separate various garden plots, with stone cairns set at even distances to provide growing places for yam. The gardens run down to the Waipoua River, where a unique microclimate and soil types would have encouraged kumara and gourd to thrive.
Amid the gardens, an astonishing discovery was made, a massive stone bearing a rectangular pattern of deeply cut grooves. At the base of the stone is one single curved line. The straight lines could have been caused by natural weathering and cracking, but this curved line was clearly shaped by a human hand. What does this ancient petroglyph signify? It looks uncannily like the carved shape of a sailing ship with its curved base and extended masts. But there is another possible explanation, proposed by Australian archaeo-astronomer Alan Seath. Alan took sightings through a compass and said that the petroglyph was a plan of the gardens, with the curved line indicating the western boundary. He indicated a direction as to where the boundary markers would be found. Within 20 metres a line of low stone cairns arranged in a curve were found, skirting the edge of a gully. On that basis, it seems likely that the other carved lines represented other garden markers. This is an astounding find and yet the petroglyph stone was not mentioned anywhere in the released documents on the DOC Waipoua Forest excavations
