To fully adopt into all government policy making, decisions, regulations at Local and Central Government level the recommendation made by this report. To fully implement embed He Puapua into govt policies, the 2007 UN Declaration of Indigenous Peoples Rights.

Rosemary Banks represented NZ at the UN Assembly in 2007. Under the Labour Govt this was rejected because it was non compliant with the Treaty, the practical laws of NZ. The adoption of the UN Declaration would be Maori had Veto Rights over all others. Two class of citizens in NZ. That they would own, control all lands in NZ. (Banks stated this cannot happen has property/land is legally owned by Maori and Non Maori. They would have Veto rights over all Natural Resources.

Horomia Minister of Maori Affairs (Labour) reiterated this in a speech in Parliament in September 2017 and warned Parliamentarians about adopting this, confirming and agreeing with Rosemary Banks speech at the UN. He told the Maori Party to get their head out the clouds. This is merely a document of Aspiration.

1999 Doug Grahams speech in parliament. The Maori Council reported they were going to APEC countries to ask for their support for Maori Sovereignty. Doug Graham the Treaties Minister said “They won’t be interested”. The Maori Council reported they wanted to go back to NZ being ruled under the Declaration of Independence 1835.

Doug Graham said “Judge Timms had concluded in a court case earlier that the Te Tiriti o Waitangi had nulled the 1835 Declaration. Graham went on to say “ The Maori Council cannot have their cake and eat it too, they cant have the Treaty and its claims, and also a Maori Sovereign Nation, and he doubted they would give up the Treaty”

As for the word ‘Indigenous” it is a root Latin word has many meaning including beget- birth being born in a country etc., etc.,  The more modern version was introduced by Andrew Paull President of the Indian Brotherhood of Canada, when he died George Manual also of the Indian Brotherhood then became President of the  Indian Brotherhood. Under Pierre Trudeau Justin Trudeaus father he was given centre stage across of the nation of Canada.

George Manuel was the president of the World Indigenous Council. When they held their first forum at the UN many delegates walked out in protest as they were called Indigenous , they had not knowledge of ‘Indigenous’ and had not given anyone consent to classified as Indigenous.

1970 Geoge Manuel with a delegation from Canada visited New Zealand, he wanted to learn more about Maori and the place they live in. After going to different Maori entertainment etc., the following night he invited Maori politicians to his hotel room with a group of Maori entertainers, there he had a serious talk about Maori being called Indigenous in New Zealand.

What is introduced Globally is acted out locally. The Un and WEF 13th June 2019 signed an official partnership memorandum. One that meant that UN Agenda 2030 could be accelerated by the means of more billions of dollars and even more political clout. As UN Nation Member State leaders, corporations, academics, philanthropists were all part of the WEF regime. Hence the almighty push globally for Public/Private Multi-stakeholder Corporate Capture.

COVID19 HEALTH AND RESPONSE ACT AMENDMENT (2) 2021

The COVID-19 Public Health Response Act was enacted in May 2020, at a very early point in Aotearoa New Zealand’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, nobody knew how long we would be dealing with the pandemic and there were still a lot of unknowns about the virus. This bill aims to update that Act to better reflect developing knowledge of how long the public health response may be necessary, to address the reliance of MIQ on the general law and operational decisions, and to ensure that the empowering and enforcement provisions are suitable for preventing and managing the risk of the outbreak and spread of COVID-19.

What does this bill mean?

Provisions in the bill will make many changes to the existing COVID-19 Public Health Response Act. The legislation:

Extends the time the Act is in effect until May 2023

Increases the maximum fines and fees for infringements (with fees of up to $4000 and fines of up to $12,000 for individuals), and enables new regulations to set a sliding scale of infringement offences

Refines the powers of COVID-19 orders, including by broadening their purpose, incorporating material by reference, and improving delegations
allows for the creation of COVID-19 orders for requisitioning testing consumables and requiring labs doing COVID-19 testing to do so for the national public health response, with appropriate compensation and a disputes appeal process

Expressly recognises the ability of the chief executive of the agency responsible for MIQ (currently the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment) to impose room restrictions on people undertaking isolation or quarantine. For example, the chief executive may allow or disallow people from taking their daily exercise if they deem it necessary to ensure the health and safety of MIQ workers.

The bill also makes several changes to how Managed Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) works.

It creates a process for making complaints about MIQ, enables the chief executive of the responsible agency to make rules for the day-to-day operation of MIQ facilities
Makes people automatically liable for MIQ charges unless they are exempt, enables MIQ to collect contact details from people undertaking isolation or quarantine to support invoicing for MIQ charges. Shifts provisions regarding the allocation and prioritisation of spaces in MIQ from COVID-19 orders to primary legislation.

The Bill does not change any existing safeguards in the original Act, including the requirements for the House to pass resolutions to continue the Act on a periodic basis, the prerequisites for COVID-19 orders, or the requirement that all COVID-19 orders be consistent with the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990.

THE PRE-PLANNED GLOBAL STRATEGY TO JAB 95% OF NEW ZEALANDERS WITH HUMAN EXPERIMENTS

The World Health Organization (UN) have been advancing the worlds ability to decrease what they call mis-information and to increase vaccine uptake, their goal is that country’s like New Zealand have 95% vaccination rate per population. As they decrease the truth from reaching the wider public they increase the demands for a high rate of vaccines. The 95% vaccine rate refers to new vaccines eg: COVID19 Pfizer

Vaccine hesitancy was declared a Top Ten threat to global health by the World Health Organization in 2019. Consequently they launched the ‘Vaccination Demand Observatory’ in 2020 to provide equitable, action-oriented, and customized guidance to social-listening informed vaccine communications.

UNICEF (UN) spearheaded this massive project to build a sustainable network of country ‘infodemic managers’ supporting national immunization programs and their networks of community-based organizations. They integrated into a global dashboard media campaign to advance the world’s ability to decrease the impact of what they determine as misinformation in their effort to increase vaccine demand.

The Observatory provides three key functions that work together in concert: Identifying Misinformation & Information Gaps; the Field Infodemiologist Training Program (FITP); Vaccine Acceptance Interventions Lab (VAIL).

Identifying Misinformation & Information Gaps
UNICEF country offices have existing community reporting tools. Surveys, field reports, and local media sources such as newspapers and radio are highly valuable sources to alert to misinformation

Dashboards have been created, that centralize global-level insights, misinformation alerts, fact checks, and the latest resources published by The Observatory. It is busy tailoring this to fit all UN Nation countries worldwide.

UNICEF are adapting, implementing Field Infodemiologist Training Program (FITP)within individual countries.
In 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) created a new public health specialization, infodemiology, defined as the science of managing infodemics.
Since 1980, CDC has helped train more than 18,000 disease detectives in over 80 countries through its flagship global Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP).

The FETP program is a model for a sustainable program to build public health capacity. FETP provides fellowships to a select number of public health practitioners, in their home countries, to focus on learning by doing. Graduates receive a certificate and evaluations of the program show many remain in their home countries and serve as national leaders. Yes this has been going on for a very long time.
The Field Infodemiologist Training Program (FITP) provides a competency-based, mentored workforce development training program to highly skilled individuals to become infodemiologists in their home country. These professionals will either be based in their home organization or UNICEF country offices, and will work closely with UNICEF country teams, government offices, other multilateral partners, and UNICEF’s existing networks of community based organizations as an infodemic manager.

Helen Clark is a key player in a Global Alliance to target hesitancy to vaccines to demand them, she took part in two high powered virtual meetings that focuses on Vaccine Hesitancy in October 2021.

The massive protests worldwide as to the loss of freedoms through the rollout of these human experiments has threatened Multilateralism (The UN Public Private partnership of the WEF / UN Global Governance).

The UN are reporting that Nationalism is now a threat to Multilateralism. (Nationalism equates to being loyal to your own country, putting your own countries interests first), this is a consequence of millions of people worldwide demanding their freedoms that have been deliberately eroded by their governments. Hence there is this massive push by the UN and UN Member country governments to target vaccines hesitancy as it is rocking the boat of globalism (The UN/WEF Global Governance)

THE UNITED NATIONS (UN) STRUCTURE IS BEING THREATENED

There are escalations of serious concerns as UN’s multilateralism becomes threatened by Nationalism.

For decades the cooperation and interconnectedness of many Western nations has come together under a collaborative banner of shared political and economic interests. Now social, political and economic uncertainty has wakened millions of people to the need to protect their sovereign nations, countries from this global Socialist Eco-Political monster that has severely eroded Human Rights, Civil Liberties, Freedoms worldwide.

The tide is turning as virtual meetings between the political Socialist powers of this world take part in virtual meetings, “ where to from here, and what now”? Helen Clark is a key player in building a global leadership alliance not to replace the UN, but to strengthen it.

Disadvantages of socialism include slow economic growth, less entrepreneurial opportunity and competition, and a potential lack of motivation by individuals due to lesser rewards.

Critics of socialism claims that it creates distorted or absent price signals, results in reduced incentives, causes reduced prosperity, has low feasibility, and that it has negative social and political effects.

The national economy develops relatively slowly, there is an inability to obtain profit from the use of resources and people lose the initiative to work, enthusiasm to study as doing more does not equate to more rewards. Private property and personal liberty is threatened under socialist states.
Elected, non-elected officials are knowingly are journeying into taking away private property rights. George Bush agreed to the UN Agenda 21 for the 21st century and Clinton made it US Policy. Jacinda Ardern entered UN Agenda 2030 into New Zealand’s domestic policy making, thus this international non binding UN Agenda became legally binding in New Zealand.

Ardern obsessively targets the farmers, robbing them of parts of their privately owned land making it unobtainable to be used for income. Life has become really difficult for the average farmer in New Zealand with strict audits and an over-reach in restrictive regulations. All part and parcel of UN Agenda 2030. An eco socialist political dictatorship, controlling peoples lives from the top down.

The global pandemic, the response by socialist dictatorship governments the lockdowns, restrictions to freedom of speech, freedom of movement, medical freedom and a highly noticeable political freedom have all been eroded. Isolations, social distancing human contact is a human instinct all part of human nature.
Masses of people worldwide have become spellbound, hypnotized by these ongoing messages of fear. I find it hard to comprehend people celebrating the first day of the ‘Traffic Light System’ by calling it ‘Freedom Day’

There is no ‘Freedoms Day’ for anyone, one just has less freedoms than the other person who has been vaccinated, but both lose their freedoms. The Vaccinated still have to wear masks, social distance and self isolate, they can still test positive for COVID19 PCR. Vaccinated people can be infected and transmit infection. This is all about control, I am not vaccinated and I do not wear a mask I am not an anti vaxer, I do believe in Medical Freedom.
It is people such as myself worldwide that are patriotic, loyal love New Zealand, people such as myself that demand our Human Rights and Freedoms that the UN and UN Nation Governments feel threatened by. The mass global awakening of patriotism, nationalism now threatens UN multilateralism.

UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND EDUCATIONAL PORTAL

The United Nations Association’s Educational Portal is known as the world’s largest classroom. The United Nations Association of New Zealand (UNA NZ) is known by UN Nation governments, as the people’s movement for the United Nations in New Zealand.

The United Nations Association is a national organisation made up of volunteers and members across the country. Membership is separated into regional branches, which organise and run local events, seminars, and projects. Branches span from the Northern Region, Tauranga, Waikato (group), Whanganui, Wellington and Canterbury.

On the 17th November 2021 The UNA publicised Human Rights Day Webner, this marking the 73rd anniversary of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 6th anniversary of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development which includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 Targets. A seminar is being held entitled ‘SDG’5 which is a gender approach to Human Rights challenges which incorporates sustainable development. UN Agenda 2030.

An SDG Alliance is being formed in New Zealand with different sectors of society- public, private, not-for-profit, individuals and communities will be involved in critical debate as to which of the 17 global development goals may lead, boost UN Agenda 2030 sustainable development. UNA (NZ) report that women and girls are the most affected population when it comes to Human Rights challenges. The focus is on how New Zealand benefits from adopting a gender approach in the government’s public policies.

Also other topics include, how the role of Maori women support UN AGenda 2030’s 17 ASDGs and gender equality and how migrant workers in New Zealand (host country) boost UN Agenda 2030 in their original country and their host country. UNA promote Youth Activism worldwide on climate alarmism.

Multilateralism is Globalism. The United Nations report on their official website that ‘Nationalism threatens Multilateralism’, in other words those that put their own country’s interest first, patriots of New Zealand are a threat to Globalism. Those who are patriot to their own country are being targeted and character assassinated as ‘Right Wing Extremis’t and labelling them with ‘White Supremacy’.

United Nations of New Zealand also has a prominent educational portal, that is used by teachers and students, which promotes engagement with the UN (Transforming Our World). They also promote Global Citizenship Education.
