THE GLOBAL ‘SEXUAL PREDATORS’ OF BABIES FROM BIRTH

THE WORLD HEALTH ORG., (UN) REPORTED 15TH MAY 2023  the orchestrated framework of policy makers, for Education and Health authorities and specialist the ‘Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe’ this is to apply to all UN Nations, International communities. To over-ride the teaching practices of ‘sovereign nations; in Europe and the wider International communities to Sexuality Education’. We already have this Sexuality and Relationship in every subject in NZ School curriculum but now it seems that the World Health Organization wants to extend on this. As they document a message for parents that ‘sexuality’ education starts at birth. Many European Nations have already complied to the UNs seeking to expand an already ugly evil sexual deviancy in school classrooms worldwide. The UN have now produced the International a ‘ Guide to Sexuality Education’ which was produced by UN Education 2030.

Yes, 2020- 2030 The UN Decade of Action, to leave no-one behind, everyone, everywhere at every age.. including a new born baby at birth. And the WHO are actively promoting this globally. Mid April 2023 the Commission on Population Development (UN( failed to reach a consensus on this strategy however they were given a reprieve for now. It was the Un (UNESCO) that introduced the Sexuality and Relationship School Curriculum into New Zealand and other countries worldwide, and this has been adopted widely throughout the world.  Where children talk in class about sexual desires, encouraged to watch pornography, and told they can be any sex, gender they want to be. Shh Shh we wont tell mum and dad. WHO Vision is ‘Sexuality from Birth”, the development of advocacy and training  educational teachers to teach children about ‘child fiddling, this is psychopathic control of children’s health and wellbeing, its criminal, its cruel and its evil.

If an adult was do this to a child prison would be the only place for them, incarcerated for a very long time. But here we have the State has perpetrating sexual childhood abusers. (This is my personal take on this). It makes me feel sick to the core. WHO documentation states clearly its intentions are to empower children, for children to be respectful of healthy relationships with family members, peers, friends romantic or sexual. The framework teaching “children assume consent consists of meaning ‘they can consent to sex’. That a baby holding a parents hands is about the baby having sexual feelings, sexual pleasure.  What sick evil bastards.

That ‘Sexuality education starts at birth, is firmly based on gender, equality and the acceptance of diversity. I personally believe these are Global Childhood Sexual predator and the NZ Government the puppets of these evil sexual  predators and if childhood educators that comply and agree to this sexual deviancy in the school curriculum they too are guilty by association.  WakeUpNZ. Government’s Central Planning Committees. ‘ CO-GOVERNANCE OF NEW ZEALAND’

The Three legislations to replace the Resource Management Act 1992 (RMA).. There has been heaps of concerns, controversary over Three Waters Reform however what is proposed now is even worse. I refer to the CCP as the Government ‘Centralized Control Panel. This is David Parker’s targeting not of just rural communities and farmers but also all land, businesses and home ownership in New Zealand, thus is similar to Nanaia Mahuta’s Three Waters reform but much worse. This refers to town planning consents and the natural environment. This is the worst elements of the Three Waters Reforms that will replace the RMA.

The silence of the MPS in the political cesspit of Wellington is deafening, the mainstream media hide what’s going on with his leftist socialist bias. No-one is really warning the people of New Zealand just how bad this is.  This is about, homes, businesses, land. We should be loudly, adamantly demanding the Government “Get off my dam land” Remember people that ‘Silence is Consent’. And the ‘Silence is deafening..Its very off-putting if you intend to read this proposed legislation as it is 891 pages long, heaps to digest. It was introduced just before the Christmas break and then there was the Christmas holidays submissions were to be in by Waitangi weekend, very  deliberately timed and silenced. This Bill is definitely not being promoted in the public sphere.  The proposed legislation of David Parker, the Environment Minister strips resource content and planning away from local councils, therefore people in local communities are also robbed of their voicers to be heard at a local level.

Co-Governance has been handed to 15 Centralised Regional Planning Committees as to the decision making around resource consents eg the deck that you may want to build at your home, new factories, businesses and the new water tank of rural property or even residential property that you may use for watering the garden. All these decisions made by non-elected bodies. Regional Planning Committees that pose  extremely costly rules, that will be strictly enforced. Owners of property whom pay their rates, having the choice taken away from them what happens on their own private owned piece of land. You own the land, the government decides what you do with it. The Government acting like a communist  style regime. 67 Elected councils will be handed over to a communist style co-governance regime of 15 Regional Planning Committee’s.

The Environment Minister himself is allowed to have a say as to who is appointed on these committees. Will ratepayers be robbed, yes they will and will they be controlled, targeted and restricted as they will. Is this a democratic process, definitely NOT, its dictatorship. There will be no hearing local communities issues, concerns because those that make the decisions will not be part of the community, they will be far away in some city somewhere. The end decision making rights will be ultimately be controlled by central govt, the political toilet bowl of Wellington. Which I call the other CCP. Central Control Panel of the people of New Zealand. They are very insulated by multi-layers of bureaucracy. David Parker has said this is NOT ‘Co-governance’. Personally I believe he is a liar, as non elected Iwi/Hapu and Treaty Of Waitangi Principles weigh very heavy within the new legislation.

1)Each local council will be allowed to have one representative on the new regional committee, therefore can be drown out by many others on that very same committee. Iwi/Hapu have at the minimum two. All Committee members must be obedient and enforce the Waitangi Tribunal demands.

2)An example given by the Tax Payers Union is “Decisions over a geo-thermal plant in Taupo would not be made in Taupo but Hamilton by non accountable, non- elected committee members. The committee will be bound by a ‘National  Planning Framework’ issued by the Environment Minister (Govt) every 9 years.

Hence there will be limits, restricts, targets land, business, house owners, owners of private property. (End Of Private Property Rights)

3) A communist planning regime embedded with the Treaty principles, made up as they go along, or those that have corruptly been endorsed by the government over time. These are strictly enforced into three new layers of co-governance.

4)Un-elected appointee’s include Iwi/Hapu whom sit on Regional Planning Committees, they have full decision making voting rights. But David Parker says this is “NOT Co-Governance”. That’s a blatant lie, and this govt should never be trusted because of their silence on this proposed legislation of ‘Central Planning Committee’s’

5)The exact number of Iwi/Hapu is just documented as minimum of two so therefore this could be much more than two. All members of the committee must be bound by the Waitangi Tribunal (Not the Treaty Of Waitangi pur-say). The Waitangi Tribunal held a meeting this resulted in “where decisions are made (referring to the Regional Planning Committees’) “Nothing less than 50/50 split to satisfy the partnership principles (There was no Partnership in the 1840 Treaty Of Waitangi)

6) A new unelected ‘National Maori Entity’ will put pressure on the new planning committee’s to ensure, enforce the Treaty principles as demanded by the Waitangi Tribunal which will have priority over public consultation on the new Regional Planning Committee’s

7)At anytime Iwi/Hapu can produce a Te Oranga Taiao (environmental wellbeing) statement dictating how the Minister of the Environment (Govt) must uphold the intrinsic relationship between Iwi/Hapu and the environment in the ‘National Planning Frameworks’. There is NO APPEAL PROCESS outlines or proposed in this legislation. BUT David Parker says “THIS IS NOT CO-GOVERNANCE”

8)Costs will significantly increase for ratepayers because of all this bureaucracy bullcrap and consents for your privately owned property will be much more difficult to obtain. This is the Governments 891 page of NZ’s Resource Management Communist Manifesto. The CCP  (Central Control Panel) An extremely radical communist type co-governance of the people of New Zealand

9) The ‘National Planning Framework’ provides direction of Regional Spatial strategies consistently managed, c controlled, an integrated co-governance framework that sets limits, targets privately owned property, includes air, indigenous biodiversity, coastal water, estuaries, fresh water, soil and other aspects of the natural environment. Identifying geographical areas are namely ‘Management Units’ Targets are namely ‘Directives’ that are mandatory environmental limits. Targets  with ‘bottom lines’ that prevent granting  resource consent.

10)The Justice Dept documented ‘Waitangi Tribunal Interim Report on appointments to Regional Planning Committees referring to Maori appoints being Maori representatives relating to the proposed ‘Natural Built Environments Act’ and the ‘Spatial Planning Act’. The proposed legislation is all part of the National Freshwater & Geo-thermal Resources Inquiry claim (The rights and interests of Māori). The Waitangi held a discrete 3 day hearing at the Waitangi Tribunal Unit in Wellington, references were made to an application from the Māori Council as per settlement of governance entities over other Māori groups.

11)Fresh-water Iwi Leaders Group, Urban Māori, representatives, Māori landowners and other participants were involved with the discrete Waitangi Tribunal meeting. They referred to the Crowns proposed new Resource Management regime, the appointment of Māori members to Regional Planning Committees as to the authorities, groups that represent Hapu/Iwi in each region.

The process of selection would be determined by Iwi/Hapu and relevant rights, interest holders eg Maori land owners. The meeting focused on the Governments consistency with the principles of Waitangi that the Waitangi Tribunal has set out. The Waitangi Tribunal concluded that the government had been compliant to Waitangi Tribunal demands as to the Treaty  (Researched By Carol Sakey-Supporting ‘ROCK THE VOTE NZ’

WILL THE ELECTORAL LAWS CHANGE ‘PRE OR POST NEW ZEALAND 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS’ ?

Debate on extending the term in Parliament has been rejected twice already. The so called Independent Electoral Review has proposed a referendum on extending the term of Parliament from 3 to 4 yrs, two past referendums rejected this proposal so why another one. The previous polls in 1967 and 1990 were both defeated by more than 2/3rds. With the levels of distrust in this non transparent government why on earth should we give them another year to further plunder NZ?

This is the review stage, public consultation is open until 17th July 2023 and a final report goes to the government in November this year after the general election. How much clout do the people have as far as referendums are concerned in NZ if the people of NZ wanted to hold a referendum on this instead of the Government and the result concluded 2/3s opposed the extension of the parliamentary term  from 3 to 4 yrs. Citizens Initiated Referendums are Non Binding therefore it’s the govt that has the end decision making rights to make that decision not the people – citizens of NZ. Parliament could just not have a referendum and pass an amendment to the Electoral Act that requires 75% majority of the House. David Seymore quickly rubbished the whole electoral review. He said “It’s a waste of time and a major left wing beat up and does not solve a single problem that’s NZrs face.

The review in question recommend eliminating the ‘coat-tailing’ rule. Allowing a party that wins at lease one electorate seat to bring more MPs into the House, even if the party vote is below 5% threshold. ACT for instance in 2008  received just 3.65% of the party vote but took 5 seats on the back of winning the Epsom electorate. The eligible electoral voting public of New Zealand are not taken into consideration at all. The we have that very famous Left wing Build Back Budget of Grant Robertson with NZ Happiness Indicators introduced by Ardern to replace the prior GDP (Gross Domestic Product).  The Happiness Indicators one cannot even measure a  persons happiness so how can they possibly measure a countries happiness.

12th November 2022 RNZ reported PM Jacinda Ardern said that legislation will be drafted for making the voting age 16 years old. 6th June 2023 RNZ reported the Electoral Review recommends voting age lowered to 16, party threshold to 3.5%. An independent panel of experts are considering public submissions on the extended Parliamentary term of 3 to 4 years and lowering the age to vote to 16years. 58 public meeting have reported to have been held and more than 1700 submissions is now reported and a swathe of draft recommendations, they say to make electoral laws fairer.

The Draft Recommendations are:- (1) Lowering the voting age for general elections to 16, extending overseas voting rules (2) Extending the voting rights to all prisoners, not just those sentenced to 3 or 4years jail term (3) Holding a referendum on extending the Parliamentary Term from 3 to 4 years (4) lowering the party vote threshold from 5 to 3.5%, abolishing the ‘coat and tail rule’.(5) Restricting political donations to registered voters, rather than organization, capping them at $30,000 to each party and its candidates per electoral cycle whilst reducing the amount that can be anonymously donated. (6) Re-writing the Electoral Act to modernise its language  (7) Requiring the Electoral Commission to give effect the Treaty Of Waitangi and (8) MMP

The Panel chairwoman is Deborah Hart. The Independent Electoral Review was established by the Minister of Justice Andrew Little. Deborah Hart is a highly experienced Director Lawyer and CEO. The other members of the Review Panel are Maori Academic and Political Commentator Dr. Maria Bargh, electoral law experty Prof Andrew Geddis, law student Alice Mander former Chief Electoral Officer Robert Peden, lecturer and NZ Election Study co lead Dr Lara Greaves

NOTE: These are non-elected individuals that are key people whom are making proposals as to how NZ Elections are to be, that affect every New Zealander, man woman and child. The people never elected them in to direct our country in the way elections are held in NZ. Faafoi also announced in the House that consultation included other groups such as Maori Organizations, Youth Organization, Universities and the NZ Law Society. Thus calling this a broad public, cross party support. This did not fit the term “ Broad public consultation with the people of NZ, in fact this left out probably 4 ½ million people from even being consulted

(2)Lowering the voting age to 16 should cause many voting public concern. How young is too young? Green Party are definitely for it as is Labour however they masked this by requesting a Review Panel, not wanting the public to see this as their decision.

Just because 16year olds can leave school and obtain a drivers licence does that give them the right to be part of the electoral voting in our country? How much real world experience do they have, are they still hanging onto mum and dads coat tails?  Yes there maybe a very small amount of 16 year olds that maybe interested but is that enough to lower the voting age. If the Govt holds a referendum will this be binding on the govt or non binding.? Do the voting eligible citizens of NZ actually have a ‘end decision making right? For example a 16 yr old may understand the road code but does he or she understand how families, the elderly employers, employers are effected by govt policies. ??? Its important to protect the majority of the public in New Zealand, not promoting 16 year olds that have no idea what its like to survive in this day and age.

Young people, students are the political football, a NZ Government that focuses on gender and sexuality, that now talks about requiring students to have digital licenses to protect them from online dangers. The Government is the Only Source Of Truth’ indoctrination. The Govt want this ‘Govt Only Source Of Truth’ to be the young 16year old voters to be determiners where our country is heading. Those that are taught in school to be good Global Citizens not good New Zealand Citizens, these are NZ’s very own ‘Global Shapers’ that advocate for the WEF, because that’s what they, without realising the dangers of this, or even consciously knowing it, are being manipulated, brainwashed to do.

NZ Government ‘build back better’ the Klaus Schwab’s ‘Global Redesign’ Initiative-UN Agenda 2030 SDGs-169 Targets of rebuilding institutions, education. The Global Governance. The Action Campaign for Education for ALL the Worlds children (June 23rd 2010) . Global Education Monitoring Report 2020- Choice for children and Inclusion.

Instead of lowering the voting age of 16years old shouldn’t the govt be seriously looking at the significant rise in youth crime. EG Two teenagers slitting a drivers throat murdering him in Westhaven whilst horrified people looked on in shock. Big increases in Youth Crime. Yet the stats will tell you Youth Crime has dropped. Scoop NZ reported 20th March 2023 ‘Labours lack of leadership ‘crime rate surge’  More NZrs are victims of crime, police spokesman said (Mark Mitchell). Victimization increased from 2017 – 241,000 to 2022 to over 350,000 victims a 46% increase.

Serious Assaults causing injury sky rocking from 9,800 in 2017 to 23,000 in 2021. 140% increase.  The increasing in ram-raids 886 incidents in 2022, one every 10 hrs. 551% increase since 2018. All Labour has done is decrease the prison population by 30%, repealing the 3 strikes law designed to deter repeat offenders. As the country had his 4th Police Minister in 12 months. And Labour, Greens support the lowering of the voting age. National oppose it at this stage and Act opposes it at National Level BUT would let MPs vote how they want on local government voting. Winston Peters had his say on One News saying the recommended electoral changes are disastrous (6/6/2023). Will lead to instability. Peters said “HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE CRIMINAL COURT LATELY?” Young minds are not fully developed

It’s been reported there is evidence that suggests young brains are still undergoing development well into a persons 20’s, not fully mature until 25yrs, not 18years old as it would apply. Neurological development is not directly proportionate to cognitive maturity, this is very complicated. But what will come next, will it be that old farts can’t vote. But then majority of us have been through massive amount of experiences, knowledge, life skills, and know about how to survive even in times of crisis we are well past hanging onto parents coat tails.   LOL So I suggest us older people have special favoured votes, and we don’t have 16 year olds voting in general elections at all. We’ll call it ‘The Great Reset’ and ‘Back to Normal’ LOL

IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO MEASURE HAPPINESS ‘NZ GOVT TELLS YOU THEY CAN’

Measuring Happiness by Metrics:  Is about quantifying what is subjective opinion. Depending on socio-economic status or culture, mood or other psychological factors, an inappropriate, inaccurate measurement of happiness. The overall quality of life varies from person to person, different lifestyles and personal preferences. Health determines life expectancy. Life expectation vary, they wax and they wane. Happiness is the state of the mind with multiple interpretations.

Psychological factors are uncertainties, the overall quality  depends on numerous multilayered  variables. The Metric Happiness Index is about the dark side of politics, academia, scientific analysis  and who interprets the data and for what purpose, and the biases that lie within the interpretation of Happiness.  Happiness is a state of the mind with multiple interpretations. The Happiness Index cannot be quantified or qualified creditably, accurately by the measurement of metrics. For instance, a person can be unhappy about something happening at home but happy at the same time in task away from their home, performing an activity, therefore that’s just one example of Metric Happiness Index being a bitter pill to swallow, statically bad metric measurements. Metrics do not take into account ones morale.

Revisiting the Kingdom of Bhutan that deported approx. 100,000 Nepalese because they did not fit  Bhutanese Buddhist traditional dress, language, religion even though they had lived in the kingdom for centuries, the Nepalese Bhutanese were imprisoned, tortured, killed and deported like criminals. Became the people of no country they could really call home. These people were invited many centuries ago by the Bhutanese to build Stupa’s for Bhutan. Stupa’s are an important part of Buddhist architecture. These are religious mounds where saints and monks remain that have been cremated are kept. But centuries later these Nepalese people whose homes had been the Kingdom of Bhutan for so long were treated with extreme cruelty. There was only to be one way of life in Bhutan and that did not include the Bhutanese Nepalese people.

The King of Bhutan in 1970 first introduced the Happiness Index into Bhutan in the early 1970’s, however the outside world were clearly taking notice by 2008 as the Bhutanese Happiness Index became known. The 4th king of Bhutan in 1972 declared ‘Gross Happiness is more important than Gross Domestic Product’.  In 2011 the UN unanimously adopted a General Assembly Resolution introduced by Bhutan and its Happiness Index approach. The  small Kingdom of Bhutan  only 23,857 square miles slightly larger than Switzerland became much more known on the global stage. It wasn’t until 2019 that Jacinda Ardern adopted the Bhutanese Happiness Index like the King of Bhutan to replace NZ’s GDP with the measurement of metrics, namely ‘happiness indicators. GDP was more transparent when it came to holding the government accountable for its spending. The Happiness Metrics model significant for non transparency, cover ups of corruption and inaccuracies.

2.When the King Of Bhutan first introduced his Happiness Index, the Buddhist population psyche overall was that of seeking contentment, training the mind. Simple ways of life that were non materialistic. This is what the Globalist power elite and Authoritarian States, the WEF and UN-Socialists, Marxists, Communists would like to  think, believe that Bhutan is the ‘Happiest place in the World’. They want you to embrace the ‘Happiness Index’.

Bhutan has entered the post modernized globalist agenda of sustainability of climate doom and gloom. Yet the Himalaya’s have three climate’s ranging the warm weather to grow oranges and colder weather to grow potatoes. The Kingdom of Bhutanese people face serious socio-economic challenges  The Kingdoms Happiness Index has 9 Domains and 33 Happiness Indicators including that od ‘Cultural Diversity and Resilience, Ecological Diversity, Bio-diversity and good governance. In the 2019 World Happiness Assessment Report Bhutan came 95th. Bhutans is weak in the Education, Health Sectors, has serious social problems, family violence, human trafficking. The health sector failings- increased cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes.

The Himalaya’s have three climate variances. Bhutan has been embedded with Agenda 2030 (UN) Sustainability Development Goals. There is the prohibiting of exporting of timber, wood is used to heat homes by using cast iron stoves. Bhutan although geographically isolated is landlocked by powerful dangerous neighbours-India and China. In Bhutan’s north – Tibet has been swallowed up by China and India’s power is fast increasing in this globalized world. Bhutan like most UN Nation member states are embedded in this global psychological warfare, repression, oppression and recession, unemployment and poverty. There are no sign posts for the Kingdom of Bhutan, it is a isolated geopolitical place that is vulnerable to corruption, violence and political opportunism.

There are massive problems, inaccuracies when it comes to the Happiness Index and the Wellbeing of the Nation. Happiness is too subjective has far too many facets, people experience emotions in different ways. Metric measures of Happiness are inaccurate, incorrect, inappropriate cannot measure personal happiness. Whether it be a Global Happiness Index or New Zealand’s Happiness Index, it’s a sham and therefore corrupt. Happiness Economics this is nonsense, there are numerous biases and this is dam right counter productive, hides government failures and the way they spend tax payer funds, non transparency easier to achieve. Does not measure how people feel from one minute to the next, from one day to the next, from one week to the next let alone annually or in a Happiness Metric Index budget that is introduced to the people of NZ recently.

The Kingdom Of Bhutan and its Happiness Index embraced by the 2019 Labour led government, where Ardern was praised worldwide for her Happiness Index initiative. Bhutan- New Zealand the people face restrictions on freedom of speech, on peaceful assembly. In Bhutan restrictions on domestic and international mobilization and also Human trafficking.

The Happiness Metric Index” And Happiness 15 Minute  Smart Cities. Smart approaches to measuring happiness mean mobilizing an ever increasing array of mobile apps, behavioral data that aims to sense, explain our measurements of happiness. A popular approach for authoritarian government, the Happiness Metric Measurement an approach to move beyond economic growth to ‘communist de-growth’ where Behavioral Economists are highly influential in public policy agenda’s on the world stage. The Happiness Index of Smart Cities:  Informed by predictive behavioral analytics, wearable emotional sensing, mass surveillance, tracking your mobile phone, where you are, whom you are with, virtual doctors appointments, individuals mapped, measured and managed.

Measuring Happiness, redefining observable behaviour, monitoring a persons mental aspects. Economists working in ‘Happiness Studies’ in neuroscience, genetic evidence and comparable measures to define what happiness means. The serious limitations, what’s happening within our minds and what’s happening in our personal outside world. Where people who have mental health issues can report they are happy, but suicide rates are high. New Zealand, Denmark and Finland all have high Suicide rates but Happiness Indexes yet were assessed relatively happy on the World Happiness Report. NZ with the highest Youth Suicide rate in the developed world. Happiness based policy making: Is a vague term that means different things to different people, its impossible to come up with a definition that captures all aspects of happiness and wellbeing for every person. Philosophers studied happiness for thousands of years but have  failed to arrive at a single definition.

The Nature Of Happiness: There is no simple theory about the nature of happiness. Happiness is extremely complex, multi-faceted, multilayered, cannot be reduced to a metric formular. So what do we do, do we call it out for what it is – inaccurate, a lie, corrupt. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the time..

Do we journey down the path of being so called Happiness Metric Index pheasants or do we pursue the ‘Freedom of Choice’. Do we adapt to each of us being quantified, measured or do we embrace our individual identity, preserve our dignity and self worth as unique individual human  beings.? Measuring Happiness in quantitative metric terms is a disillusionment, this in reality is about re-engineering society, re-engineering peoples behaviours, destroying personal identity, destroying peace and happiness, this is what is being pursued behind the political closed doors of the cesspit in Wellington.
