Was a major table-top exercise on major political and policy decision making that would emerge if a global catastrophic biological event was to occur.

The one I find most interesting is John Hopkins Bloomberg Centre For Health Security – namely EVENT 201’ which took place on October 18th 2019. Only e months before the emergence of the COVID19 Pandemic. Of course Fact Checkers- and the usual participants- NGO’s- Govts etc., have said “Nothing to See Here- Its nothing to do with the emergence of the COVID 19 Pandemic”

The 18th October 2019 ‘201’ Global Pandemic Table-top Exercise was held at the Pierre Hotel in New York. The Global Pandemic Exercise concluded with Recommendation including a Call of Action for Public-Private Partnerships for a Global Pandemic Preparedness Response. Enteroviruses are a group of RNA viruses that include polioviruses, coxsackieviruses, echoviruses, and others. The IPCC ignored crucial peer reviewed literature showing that normalized disaster losses have decreased since 1990, human mortality due to extreme weather has decreased by more than 95% since 1920. The IPCC cherry picked from literature and drew opposite conclusions, claiming increases in damage and mortality due to anthropogenic climate change.  These are just two of the conclusion of the report ‘The Frozen Climate View’ of the IPCC. These are very flawed IPCC Reports that NZ Government and other governments worldwide are using to wreck our economies. * IPCC misleads policy makers by focusing on an implausible worst-case emissions scenario. There is also another much larger report . The IPCC cherry picking literature. The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC published by Clintel Foundation is a must to read. One that should be used to target all those political cronies in the cesspit of Wellington.

* IPCC wrongly claimed the estimate of climate sensitivity is above 2.5°C; it is more likely below 2°C

An international team of scientists from the Clintel network has analyzed several claims from the Working Group 1 (The Physical Science Basis) and Working Group 2 (Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability) reports. This has now led to the report The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC.

It has introduced a new hockey stick graph, which is the result of cherry-picked proxies. And it has ignored temperature reconstructions that show more variability in the past, such as the well-documented Little Ice Age.

The IPCC claims there is an acceleration in the rate of sea-level rise in recent decades. Clintel has shown this claim is flawed, because the IPCC ignores decadal variability in sea level. We also show that its sea-level tool – made available for the first time – shows a mysterious and improbable jump upward in 2020. On top of that, the IPCC is ‘addicted’ to its highest emissions scenario, so-called RCP8.5

IPCC has done a poor job of assessing the scientific literature. All countries rely on the IPCC reports to support their climate policies and most of the media blindly trust its claims. The Clintel report The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC shows that this trust is not justified.
Clintel has reported the following “In our view the IPCC should be reformed, and should include a broader range of views”. Scientists with different views, such as Roger Pielke Jr and Ross McKitrick, to participate more actively in the process is a necessary first step. If, for some reason, such inclusion of different views is unacceptable, the IPCC should be dismantled

Sometimes they gave them a few dollars. But the price was high: The Sri Lankan peacekeepers wanted sex from girls and boys as young as 12.
This extremely sad story unfolded and many more like it..“I did not even have breasts,” said a girl, known as V01 — Victim No. 1. She told U.N. investigators that over the next three years, from ages 12 to 15, she had sex with nearly 50 peacekeepers, including a “Commandant” who gave her 75 cents. Sometimes she slept in U.N. trucks on the base next to the decaying resort, whose once-glamorous buildings were being overtaken by jungle.
An Associated Press investigation of U.N. missions during the past 12 years found nearly 2,000 allegations of sexual abuse and exploitation by peacekeepers and other personnel around the world — signaling the crisis is much larger than previously known. More than 300 of the allegations involved children, the AP found, but only a fraction of the alleged perpetrators served jail time.
Legally, the U.N. is in a bind. It has no jurisdiction over peacekeepers, leaving punishment to the countries that contribute the troops.
The sexual exploitation of children by UN Peacekeeping forces leave behind fatherless children. In August 2022 they openly talk about the pain of being abandoned.
Information is based on 2,858 interviews with Congolese community members, including 60 in-depth interviews with victims of sexual misconduct who conceived children with peacekeepers, and 35 interviews with children who were born as a result. The research, which dates back to 2018, implicates UN personnel from 12 countries, the majority of whom were Tanzanian and South African. Mothers said these absent fathers held roles ranging from soldiers, officers and pilots to drivers, cooks, doctors and photographers.

Reuters reports ‘Haitians say underaged girls were abused by UN Peacekeepers’ Girls as young as 11 were sexually abused and impregnated by U.N. peacekeepers in Haiti and abandoned to raise their children alone, according to testimonies from more than 2,000 residents
Sexual violence is increasingly a characteristic of conflict and is often perpetrated against girls and boys in a rule of law vacuum. In some instances sexual violence has been used as a tactic of war designed to humiliate a population or to force displacement. Children who experience sexual violence suffer from long-term psychological trauma, health consequences including transmitted infections such as HIV/AIDS and early pregnancies. . These girls and their children are particularly vulnerable to all forms of exploitation including prostitution and trafficking and need special protection. Boys are also victims of sexual violence in conflict. For example, in Afghanistan the practice of Bacha Baazi (dancing boys), remains a widespread phenomenon. It is a form of sexual slavery and child prostitution in which boys are sold to wealthy or powerful men, including military and political leaders for entertainment and sexual activities.
While the UN can investigate allegations of sexual abuse and rape, peacekeeper accountability is up to the country that sends the troops. As a result, prosecutions have been rare even after media coverage and outrage

The Wall Street Journal reported that the UN Development Program has long been paying hard currency directly to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il’s government, contrary to UN rules and with lax or no monitoring of how the money is used. From at least 1998 the UNDP program for North Korea has been “systematically perverted for the benefit of the Kim Il Jong regime”
But the problem is bigger than just UNDP. As investigative journalist Claudia Rosett notes, the UNDP, while serving as coordinator of U.N. programs in Pyongyang, is “just one of about a half dozen U.N. agencies that have been operating in North Korea, including UNICEF, the UN Population Fund and the World Food Program.” Combined, these agencies have poured “close to $2 billion worth of resources into North Korea over the past decade or so, according to U.N. records.” All of them appear to conduct their work in North Korea in much the same way as UNDP. (Indeed, Associate UNDP Administrator Ad Melkert, responding to last week’s allegations, tried to justify UNDP’s actions on the ground that other UN agencies operate similarly in North Korea.)
