More than half the world’s population are currently in work and 15% of working-age adults live with a mental disorder. Without effective support, mental disorders and other mental health conditions can affect a person’s confidence and identity at work, capacity to work productively, absences and the ease with which to retain or gain work. Twelve billion working days are lost every year to depression and anxiety alone. Furthermore, people living with severe mental health conditions are largely excluded from work despite this being important for recovery. Mental health conditions can also impact families, carer’s, colleagues, communities, and society at large. Depression and anxiety cost the global economy US$ 1 trillion each year predominantly from reduced productivity.

Everyone has the right to work and all workers have the right to a safe and healthy working environment. Work can be a protective factor for mental health, but it can also contribute to worsening mental health. Work-related mental health conditions are preventable. Much can also be done to protect and promote mental health at work and support people with mental health conditions to participate fully and equitably in work. WHO has developed Guidelines on mental health at work. This is accompanied by the Mental health at work: Policy brief developed in collaboration with the International Labour Organization. Together, these products aim to improve the implementation of evidence-based recommendations for mental health at work to promote mental health, prevent mental health conditions, and enable people living with mental health conditions to participate and thrive in work.

1.Prevent workers from experiencing mental health condition  refers to psychosocial risk management among occupational health services, to prevent, monitor, propose remedial action for harm caused by psychosocial risks, especially where such a capacity may not be available for lower resourced employers.

2 Protect and promote mental health at work, strengthen capacities and opportunities act on mental health conditions at work: Develop frameworks to require, encourage the use of effective interventions to protect and promote mental health. Provide guidelines and quality assurance standards for training and other interventions used in workplaces.

Build capacities within primary care, occupational health and mental health services to recognize, respond to mental health conditions in the context of work and to support lower resourced employers.

3.Support worker with mental health conditions tpo access, thrive at work: Align employment laws with International Human Rights instrument – protect workers with mental health conditions from discrimination. Establish pathways between health, social and employment services to facilitate govt initiatives and return to work programs

The Pope saying that “everybody can follow to stop the “disturbing warming of our planet”. What kind of world do you want to leave your children to  2) Embrace Alternative Energy Sources  3)Consider pollutions effect on the poor  4) Take the bus  5) Be Humble  6) Don’t become a slave to your phone  7) Don’t trade online relationships for real ones 8) Turn off the lights, recycle and do not waste food  9) Educate yourself 10) Believe you can make a difference

However, the Pope goes way beyond his new set of Green Commandments as big companies join Vatican- affiliated council pledging inclusive capitalism (8^th December 2020) as Pope Francis partners with Corporate titans to make ‘Capitalism’ more inclusive. Corporate Virtue Signaling. The Corporate titans, the council boasts over $2.1 trillion of market capitalization and 200 million workers in 163 countries. The so called ‘Guardians’ are the council members, top executives of the world’s leading corporations involved in global intended actions involving environmentalism, social and governance matters worldwide. Corporates such as MasterCard, Dupont, Lady Lynn Forester de Rothchild, the managing partners of the Inclusive Capital Partners, that has partnered Pope Francis ‘The Vatican’

Included are the CEO’s of Merck, Johnson &Johnson, Estee Lauder, BP, Bank Of America, State Street and the president of the Rockefeller Foundation. According to Forbes, Marc Benioff, the CEO of Salesforce, is worth nearly $90 billion. William Lauder, the executive chairman of Estée Lauder, has a net worth of $3.5 billion. Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild is the founder of the Inclusive Capital Partners that partners the Pope (Vatican). She is married to Sir Evelyn De Rothschild, one of the world’s wealthiest family dynasties, estimated to be worth $20 billion. The Pope supporting the wealthy corporate shareholders, CEO’s that have massive wealth. Supporting those that accumulated huge wealth during the COVID19 Pandemic. They continue to bask in media favorable embracing attention portraying to be wonderful and caring, saving the planet. New York Times Pope Francis blesses Business Plans. Pledges towards environmental and sustainable goals that fit into the ESG Movement, gets Francis’s blessing. The Business Insider reports8th June 2020 Pope Francis joins with CEO’s of Fortune 500- De Rothschild Council. The Council for Transforming Societies, a coalition of large investors. The most globalist and interventionalist Pope since the Crusades of the 12^th Century has formalized an alliance with the largest figures in global finance with the noble banking family Rothschild. The Alliance is a joint venture they call ‘Council for Inclusive Capitalism with the Vatican’ The venture is being called one of the more cynical and has given the actors being of the most dangerous frauds being promoted since DAVOD Guru and Henry Kissinger, Klaus Schwab began to promote the ‘Great Reset’ of the world’s capitalist order.

On the Council for Inclusive Capitalism website they proclaim the typical UN doublespeak. This is a movement of the World’s business and public sector leaders, all part of the globalist master plan. The Council members make actionable commitments aligned with the World Economic Forum’s International Business Councils  to advance UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals. The WEF Global Redesign Initiative of 2010. Giga corporations that a more powerful than governments, that destroy traditional agriculture in favour of toxic agri-business, dismantling living standards. The ‘inclusive’ capitalist corporations joining forces with the Vatican, the Pope. Lady Lynn De Rothschild  is a very interesting person in the public eye of some media magnets of the past, according to the list of names who flew on the private jet of convicted child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, a name that appears is ‘de Rothschild, Lynn Forester’ . A British friend of Lady Lynn is reported to be a complicity in child sex trafficking as the partner of Jeffrey Epstein.

Lady Lynn has another long term friend named Hilary Clinton, whose husband Bill is reported to have also logged on Epstein’s Lolita Express private jet around 2 dozen times. Lady Lynn and her husband spent their honeymoon at the Whitehouse during the Clinton presidency. The Rothschild venture with the Vatican is reported to include hand picked money moguls and select foundations that call themselves ‘guardians’ . The now ‘Moral’ Guardians as they are now friends with the Pope, the Vatican.

The Guardian member list includes Rajiv Shah CEO of the Rockefeller Foundation, former partner of the Gates Foundation AGRA Scam that introduced Genetically Modified Organism Seeds in Africa. The Rockefeller Foundation has been involved in promoting a ‘pandemic lockdown’ since 2010, is a corer part of the WEF Great Reset, releasing a Rockefeller Report ‘Reset the Table: Meeting the Moment to Transform the US Food System’. Included also is the CEO of the Ford Foundation. The Ford and Rockefeller Foundations shaping the imperial American foreign policy, including the funding of the failed Green Revolution in India and Mexico, and the creation of Rockefeller funds of GMO Crops. Also DuPont, a GMO giant and chemical group is another guardian of the Council and scandal ridden vaccine and drug companies Merck and Johnson & Johnson. Merck was reported as lying about the risks of its arthritis drug Vioxx until more than 55,000 users died of heart attacks.

Johnson & Johnson have been involved in numerous frauds, including negative effects of its anti-psychotic drug Risperdal, the illegal presence of cancer causing asbestos in its baby powder, and thousands of legal actions for its role as a leading supplier of the opioid Purdue Pharma’s deadly prescription painkiller OxyContin. Other Council members, guardians of the Council that partner with the Pope, the Vatican are CEO’s of Mastercard, Bank Of America Allianz Insurance, BP. In 2016 Visa along with the US Agency for International Development was behind the catastrophic Modi experiment to introduce a ‘cashless’ economy in India. Also Guardian Mark Carney the former Bank Of England head, advocates for a ‘Cashless Society’, digital central bank currencies to replace the $. Carney is now UN Special Envoy for Climate Action and Finance. Carney is on the board of the WEF. The promoter of the Global Reset of Capitalism to impose the dystopian Agenda 2030 ‘Sustainable’ economy.

Several of the Rothschild’s guardians are on the WEF board, also founder of Cloud Computing, and  ex Credit Suisse CEO is on the International Business Council; of the WEF. All guardians within the Council that partners with the Vatican, Pope Francis. Pope Francis chose to give the Rothschilds group of mega capitalists ‘moral’ credibility, as he has embroiled himself with partnering, being involved with those involved in the largest financial scandals, fraud. 23^rd October 2009 The Mornington Methodist Church members were planning to ring their church bell 350 times over an hour, this was just one od six Dunedin Bells that would ring to support the 350^th Day of Action. More than 4,000 events were taking place around the world on October 24^th 2009 to encourage people to reduce their carbon emissions. 600 leaflets were distributed around a neighborhood in Dunedin. 350 Dunedin collective members groups as diverse as school pupils, musicians, artists, cyclists and skateboarders collaborated Dunedin’s Day Of Action to encourage Dunedin residents to reduce their fossil fuels.(Otago Daily Times 23/10/2009)

16^th October 2008 (Pacific Scoop News) Ringing the Alarm on Climate Change (Release Anglian Church of Aotearoa. Church bells tolled up and down NZ on Saturday 24^th October 2009. This was not a ‘civil defense emergency warning’. The church bells rang for the ‘350 Day’- global pointer to cut ‘carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere’. This was promoted by three Anglican Bishops. The Auckland Synod resolution was initiated by its Diocesan Climate Change Action Group, of which the convenor was Dr Richard Milne a Population Health Scientist. Milne said, at the time “remind church communities and individuals of the need to live more sustainably, to reduce their carbon footprint

He added “It’s particularly important, to make this statement before our government enters negotiations at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen in December”. The church gave a link to their website for further information on theology, science, economics, politics of global climate change (The link for the Diocesan Climate Change Action Group)

November 2009, at the Catholic Bishops Conference ‘Church leaders urged bolder action on climate change’  calling “political leaders to strive for a strong commitment by the international community at the Copenhagen Climate Summit” for the strongest commitment by the international community at the Copenhagen Summit. October 2009 following a meeting with the Prime Minister of NZ the church leaders from the Anglican, Catholic, Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist Churches and the Salvation Army churches released a statement outlining the environmental & economic impacts of climate change, and the importance of immediate action by the whole community.

They applauded the steps that the past and present govt had taken, but felt that the urgency of the situation is not sufficiently understood, they reported. Catholic Bishop John Drew Wellington said “The world is perched on the brink of a Kairos moment”, described as a moment in the scripture  that is a moment of opportunity, grace and truth”. Bishop Drew said that “Scientists warn us that the “window of opportunity for change is very narrow”. This “narrow window of opportunity, has been heard and noted many times”. 14^th September 2022, 13 years later the World Economic Forum reports that the “UN announced “We have a narrow window of opportunity to create a better future for everyone”. They were referring to ‘global society lurching from crisis to crisis.

All the church leaders in NZ joined the World Council of Churches as they called ALL churches throughout NZ to ring their church bells at 3pm Sunday 13^th December, midway through the UN Summit in Copenhagen, to call people to prayer and action in the face of climate change. The ‘narrow window of opportunity’ repeats itself time and time again. The UN Website 20^th March 2023 14 years later, after the Church in NZ announced the “narrow window of opportunity. A major Un Report referring to the IPCC Greenhouse Emissions, a human caused climate change yet another “narrow window of opportunity” is reported by the UN.

7^th November 2022 at a High Level UN Meeting the UN Secretary General announced “We need all hands on deck for faster, bolder climate action. A window of opportunity remains open, but only a narrow shaft of light appears”. A Headline Statement for Policymakers worldwide by the IPCC 4^th October 2023 :This is a rapidly closing window of opportunity.

Climate Home News 4^th October 2023 ‘ a course correction on COP28 negotiating table refers to the “Global  Community and the window of opportunity is rapidly closing”. 23^rd April 2023 ‘Off the Charts Records’ Has Humanity finally broken. “However, a tiny window of opportunity remans open to tackle global warming”. Yes the ‘Narrow Window Of Opportunity” has been repeated time and time again. What is this window of opportunity, I have asked myself, through the many hours and years of research I have done?

Harvard Business Review ‘Making Stakeholder Capitalism a Reality.22^nd January 2020, spurred by Climate Change (Financing and Investing). As they report that ‘Larry Fink ‘BlackRock’, the worlds largest investor with $7 trillion in asset management. Reporting that his CEO’s received their annual letter “placing long term sustainability at the centre of his investment approach”, as the World Economic Forum kicks off the week as they update their manifesto, for the first time since 1973 saying “business must be the stewards of the environment, global supply chains referring to sustainable shareholders”

13^th June 2019  (6 months prior to the global pandemic) the World Economic Forum and the UN signed an official partnership memorandum. This would give much more political clout and wealth for the UN to achieve its Global Development Goals of Agenda 2030. This being a trade off, as the corporations represented by the WEF would then be the whisperers in the ears of UN Agencies. The enabling of a One World Corporate captured Governance. In the wake of the COVID 19 Pandemic, transnational corporations sought to cement their control of the global governance, ensuring they served the interests of large businesses, corporations- for a very wealthy profit rather than the wellbeing of humanity

Transnational corporations are directly responsible for many global crises we face. As we view Corporate Capture in various forums throughout the world. This is a governance, the evolution of a parallel ‘privatized multilateralism’ made up of a myriad of ‘multistakeholder’ bodies.The World Economic Forum has developed, pushed for privatization of global governance for decade. The ‘Great Reset’ is just the latest of the gradual corporate takeover of global institutions, such as the UN and other international bodies, that take critical decisions over the governance of global common goods such as food, water, health, internet and others. Civil Society Groups in 2021 produced an open letter opposing plans for a Big Tech dominated Body for Global Digital Governance’ (Source of Information ‘Transnational Institute’)4

As for the churches supporting, ringing the bells in NZ, many have stated that “Christians have a particular duty to address the moral and human implications of climate change’. The Pope declared heavy criticism at climate deniers and delayers.  He called them “skeptics and irresponsible” (CNN 4^th October 2023). However George Pell saw climate science as a dangerous religious dogma  (The Guardian 13^th January 2023). The Guardian reported that Cardinal George Pell left a legacy of ‘climate science denial’ which meant in his later years he became more distanced from his position in the Catholic Church. Cardinal Pell, for decades in newspaper columns and speeches “popularized climate denial, dismissed global heating, branded environmentalists as hysterical and in the grip of a pseudo-religion”

In one 2011 interview with the Catholic media Pell said “In the past, pagans sacrificed animals and even humans in vain attempts to placate capricious and cruel Gods. Today they demand a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions”. Pell often announced that “Climate change was mostly natural and the science is not settled”. Professor Tim Stephens an International Environmental Law expert wrote that “ Pell was prolific, wrote many climate denial pieces. He said that Pell was “ caught up in the right wing cultural view of climate change being a hoax or a conspiracy”. Cardinal Pell died in Rome aged 81, he used his position as Australia’s most senior Catholic to forcefully reject the Climate  Crisis, the Guardian reported.

On the eve of the Paris Climate conference in 2015, the former prime minister Kevin Russ publicly challenged Pell, as Cardinal Pell was climbing the ranks of seniority in the Vatican. Rudd said “It was no small matter, that Pell was muddying the ethical waters with his radical climate skepticism”.But this did not stop Cardinal Pell criticizing the so called climate science”. Like all those real scientists whom publicly speak out about this Climate Alarmism, and the IPCC flawed, corrupt Assessment Reports, they are character assassinated, just as Cardinal Pell was. Public debate is soon shut down time and time again.

However Pope Francis in 2015 released his encyclical on the environment- Laudato Si- calling for global action on climate change to mitigate the risk of serious consequences for ecosystems and humanity. Forbes reported on 9^th December 2020 that ‘Pope Francis with his Corporate Titans were to make Capitalism More Fair”.” Corporations to be Holier than thou”. Pope Francis’s virtual signaling to global populations worldwide. As he ignored the rest of society, jumped on the bandwagon of Lady Lynn De Forester Rothschild’s Corporate bandwagon. Yes, the pope spoke about the hundreds of millions of people in extreme poverty, he talked the talk but did not walk the walk. Pope Francis, the Vatican partnered with the Rothschild ‘Council for Inclusive Capitalism’ that boosts over $10.5 trillion in assets under management, companies with more than $2.1 trillion of market capitalization and 200 million workers in over 163 countries.

Today we have Eco Churches in NZ funded supported by Local Government. Auckland Council website that refers to the WEF data. Klaus Schwab ‘4^th Industrial Revolution’. Where did the caring churches of humanity go? Earlier this year I emailed the main churches in NZ requesting a ‘day of prayer’ for those jab injured, jab dead” and zilch.

The World Council of Churches that have collaborated with Governments, Authorities on mandatory COVID 19 Jabs, and the implementing of Climate Alarmism. ECO-ANXIETY ON THE YOUNG AND THE VUNERABLE. The UN Declaration of Rights for Indigenous Peoples has been used widely in policies, globally, regionally worldwide. The UN Declaration was widely known as a ‘Declaration of Aspiration with no legal intent intended. It is non binding, majority UN Declarations are Non-binding. Non-Binding does not mean that a government whom agrees to an UN Declaration is not committed to it. The UN declaration can be used as a reference in the judicial system. When a UN Nation State agrees to sign a non-binding  The UN Declaration it then sits in a place called ‘Soft Law’, this is a great advantageous to the Govt as this can be quickly, quietly be legislated, or used for reference in the judicial system  at anytime without public interference, this is a place of non-transparency. This also applies to the agreed upon UNDRIP which John Key and Pita Sharples of the Māori Party secretly arranged to be signed, as Pita Sharples attended the UN in 2010 to sign the UNDRIP without public scrutiny in complete secretary. However it was a different story on 13^th September  2007 when the UN first adopted the UNDRIP in the UN Assembly. It was who a Labour led Government at the time what rejected the UNDRIP. Rosemary Banks was the representative of NZ who explained to the UN Assembly why NZ was rejecting this UN Declaration. She announced that the UNDRIP a number of reasons why NZ would not agree with the UN Declaration they were included in four provisions of the UN Declaration. Australia, Canada, US and NZ rejected the UNDRIP in 2007

NZ’s reasons for rejection of the UN Declaration included there were four provisions in the declaration fundamentally incompatible with NZ’s Constitutional and legal arrangements. The Treaty Of Waitangi, the Principle of Governing for the good of ALL NZ Citizens (Art 26)..

Article 28 Lands & resources redress (compensation) Article’s 19 and 32 the right of Veto over the State

(Art 26) stated that Indigenous Peoples has a right to own, use, develop, control lands and territories that had been traditionally owned, occupies or used. For NZ this meant the entire country was potentially caught up in this scope of Artic 26.

Thus this required recognition of rights to land lawfully owned by other citizens. This article implies that Indigenous Peoples have rights that others do not have. (Art 28)  again the entire country would fall within this scope on redress (compensation). The text of the UN Declaration did not take into consideration the fact that land might now be occupies or owned legitimately by others, or subject to numerous different, or overlapping indigenous claims. The UN Declaration implies that Indigenous Peoples have a right of Veto over a Democratic Legislature and over Natural Resource Management. The UNDRIP is incompatible with democratic processes, legislation and constitutional arrangements, and also implied different classes of citizenship, where Indigenous People have the right to veto over that of other groups or individuals. Other groups, individuals did not have the same rights. The Declaration does not reflect, recognize the general principles of NZ Law. The States that voted in favour of the UNDRIP viewed the UN Declaration as being an aspirational document, intended to inspire rather than have a legal effect. The term ‘Indigenous Peoples’ is now used majorly and in various ways worldwide. ‘Indigenous People and Agenda 2030 ‘, Indigenous Biodiversity, Better Indigenous Policies, The Constitutional Korero- Indigenous Futures Aotearoa, International Indigenous Council, NZ Human Rights Commission’s commitment to Indigenous Rights

In 2019 the NZ Govt and the National Iwi Chairs Forum plus the Human Rights Commission set about developing NZ’s National Action Plan to implement the UNDRIP in 2019. This was paused, postponed would be completed at another time. There is external international  and internal oversight pressure for the govt to implement the UNDRIP in NZ. However the UN have highlighted concerns over the actions of NZ Parliament as in December 2022, it passed legislation to remove Wairarapa Moana Incorporations right to seek return of their lands, territories and resources. The UNDRIP has been referenced as being contravened as a constitutional agreement, naming Te Tiriti on Waitangi and the UNDRIP rights of Indigenous Peoples.  As I have said, a Non-Binding UN Declaration referenced to that sits in the place of advantage ‘Soft Law’. As they highlight human rights breaches that are not included in higher law. Te Titiriti o Waitangi is the 1840 Maori Version of the Founding document of NZ. It never created Principles not a Partnership. It was Legislation and the Judicial that created these at a much later date in the 1980’s. The original Maori Treaty has been corrupted by the collaboration of the Iwi Elite and State Policies.

You may well ask ‘how did this terminology ‘Indigenous Peoples’ come about, where did it originate from? It certainly was not a term used in 1840 at the signing of the Maori Version of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Its is said that ‘many groups’ whom identify as ‘Indigenous’ do not claim to be ‘First People’. Many who did claim to be ‘First People’ do not claim to be Indigenous Peoples. 1989 Indigenous identity evolved by a man named Moringe ole Parkipuny he was a Maasai Radical Activist, a former member of the Tanzanian Parliament. He travelled around the US and met up with the Navajo Nation in South West America, he was invited to stay with them for a short visit on their reservation. Parkipuny at this time introduced them to the term ‘Indigenous People’. He was very outspoken, propelling his radical activism. He also became linked with international circles of other tribal nations, Mexico and Canada etc., to sharpen their understanding of the term ‘Indigenous Peoples’. Parkipuny allied himself with International workgroups for ‘Indigenous Affairs’ this was established in Copenhagen.

He later visited Geneva, by this time the ‘Indigenous’ groundwork had been done and had started its journey of transformation and the racial flavour of the term ‘Indigenous Peoples’ had intensified. Thus serving as a partition distinguishing that of white settlers and non European owned lands. In the 1960’s- 1970’s Liberation movements were flourishing. In NZ the Polynesian Panthers worked with Nga Tamatoa to rally for Indigenous/Māori Rights. In the US it was Red Power, the American Indian Movement and the International Indian Treaty Council. All aspired, were promoting pushing the ‘de-colonization agenda, eventually ‘Indigenous Peoples’ become a term that became globalized. Parkipuny had successful remodeled the old Latin noun ‘Indigena’ which was originally formed by combining ‘Indu’ (meaning ‘in’ or ‘within’ with the verb gignere (meaning to ‘beget’). To Beget is to ‘bring a child into existence by the process of reproduction. Is also reference as to ‘procreate, generate (Offspring), to cause, produce as an effect. The definition is too difficult to describe

Therefore the UN has no official definition for ‘Indigenous Peoples’ they have left this up to other to self determine themselves as ‘Indigenous Peoples’. Through the conclusion of the UN ‘Indigenous Peoples’ became one Global Identity of various peoples. Today over ½ billion people have claimed they are ‘Indigenous Peoples’. Being ‘first’ does not necessarily make people ‘Indifenous People’ A handful of Gaelic Monks and back then, the Vikings were the first to arrive in Iceland, yet Icelanders are touted as ‘Indigenous Peoples’ by the UN. Scandinavians can trace most of their ancestry to Siberian Reindeer herders, yet Scandinavians are listed in the UN Indigenous Peoples World Book. There has been protest at the UN Assembly when a mixed race of Afrikaners and Khoi Pastoralists read a speech at a UN Forum about ‘Indigenous AFFAIRS’. Hundreds of delegates walked out in protest, as people had been identifies as Indigenous people, without their knowledge or consent. Much is to do with reimagining’s, re-story telling, the idyllic  romanticism of history of a bygone era. Māori Scholar Evan Poata-Smith wrote about the pressure to adopt identities that are primordial, naturalistic and unchanging. If you fail to follow this path, you risk being looked at as inauthentic”.  The ideology of establishing a one world identity of ‘Indigenous Peoples’ for a widely diverse array of peoples worldwide. Includes that of widely, aggressively promoting ‘decolonization as a social revolution.

One of an imprisonment of oppression and victimization. Globalized, regionalized, nationalized identity politics. Legislated to cause civil unrest in Nations States, which is a political globalized agenda. This hurts ALL people, it’s a Human Rights Tyranny. People in Australia, NZ and North America have even sent petitions to British Royalty, one of these was T W Ratana, who appealed to the League of Nations in 1923 and 1924. With no references to the term ‘Indigenous Peoples’. George Manuel was the President of the Canadian Indian Brotherhood, he also established the International Indigenous Peoples Council at the UN belonged to Activist networks he expanded and entrenched the term ‘Indigenous Peoples as an identity in 1971.

A Canadian delegation visited the South Pacific to learn about the place of the Māori in NZ, Manuel was part of the delegation that represented Canadian Indigenous Peoples. When in NZ Manuel was whished away from one exhibition to another, so he could experience the Māori entertainment. He also took the opportunity to invite Māori Politicians and a troupe of Māori entertainers to his hotel room for a somewhat serious chat about ‘Indigenous Peoples’. Manuel was fluent in the politics of Canada’s First Nations. He was interviewed by a Yukon newspaper called The Whitehorse Daily, he spoke about ‘Indigenous Peoples’ saying “We want to maintain our special status, our special rights as the original inhabitants. Indigenous Peoples fighting a White Commonwealth Nation for Land. A worldwide movement for cultural autonomy and the rights of native people, aboriginal rights. From NZ Manuel travelled to Australia, he talked with an assembly of Aboriginal students and told them to be ‘proud you are dark” and “maybe we have a reason to be prouder than the white man.” October 1975 Manuels dream materialized, the stage had been set as delegates from 19 countries founded the World Council of Indigenous Peoples. Manuel was elected President. In the lead up to the conference, attendees decided no to call themselves ‘Aboriginal people and instead named themselves ‘Indigenous Peoples’

The World Council and the UN Working Group of Indigenous Population was founded in 1982, and had regular meetings with the promise of drafting an International law. In the UN 2021 report on the ‘State of the Worlds Indigenous Peoples’ referred to the status of Indigenous Peoples remains a subject of contention. When Parkipuny the original Tanzanian voice for ‘Indigenous Peoples, appeared in Geneva the Maasai wore emblems of a primitive Africa. With spears, shields, stretched earlobes, they adorned postcards, doco’s and travelogues, books, magazines on coffee tables. Pictures of men in ostrich feathers, feathered headdresses and beaded necklaces that was after the photographers, journalists relieved them of their very expensive sunglasses and watches. Parkipuny promoted tribalism, neighboring countries like Kenya feared that this ethnic mobilization would invite insurgent violence and economic instability.

It was also said that the Masai exploited ‘Indigenous’ identity to exploit, funnel money and attention towards themselves.  Politics built around  the term ‘Indigenous Peoples’ is said to weaken domestic ties. A Hindu Rights Propaganda Website in 2020, a columnist observed “In the game of WOKE, we Hindu’s actually hold all possible cards. We are people of colour. We come from Indigenous culture that is different from the organized religions..  ”HOW CAN WE NOT BE WINNING EVERY ARGUMENT?

The United Nations and the International Labour Organization have embraced the term ‘Indigenous Peoples. But this term ‘Indigenous can also trap communities its suppose to liberate” into a globalist Eco-incarnation. Used for the Globalist Agenda as the term ‘Indigenous Peoples’ is being used to expand and promote the UN One World Globalist Agenda. NGO’s, politicians, academics, environmental activists, the UN/ WEF, and all their cohorts that collaborate with them globally, regionally and nationally. Namely Indigenous Sovereignty Mirrors. Two classes of citizenship in one nation, civil unrest the hastening the journey to destroy nation states whom are reported to be the  enemy of globalization

As the professors, academics in Harvard refer to Indifenous World Building. Indigenous lands to transform Food Sovereignty worldwide. As the Food and Agriculture Organization a UN Agency has an Alliance of Biodiversity Internal -Indigenous Food Systems. Insights on Sustainability UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals, to leave no-one behind, everyone, everywhere at every age. The Indigenous Iwi Elite voice they are speaking for ‘Our People’. Who are ‘Our People. That they call ‘Our People’ Do they have consent from those that are namely ‘Our People’ to be identified as ‘Indigenous Peoples’?  I think not. I am of the opinion this is about Self Interests of the Iwi Elite.. that are conforming and collaborating with the UN/WEF Agenda’s and their puppets in Parliament, and Local Government.
