Please find below  my opposition to the LEGALLY BINDING  WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty.

I have found that the World Health Organization’s (WHO’s) “Zero Draft” the new agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response, called WHO CA+, is significantly flawed.  Due to the evidence and information provided below I oppose the WHO CA+ Treaty.

(1)WHO failed miserably in preventing the spread of COVID-19, the WHO CA+ draft would dramatically expand WHO authority to declare a pandemic and, thereby, trigger provisions in the treaty that would re-allocate resources and encourage governments to waive intellectual property rights

(2)New Zealand is already playing an active part in planning the WHO CA+ without consultation of the public of New Zealand’s input. The Government have been deliberately non-transparent as to the WHO CA+ and its purposes, aims, goals as to its intention as to the WHO Pandemic Treaty (Accord)

(3)The proposed Treaty is due to be introduced at the 77^th World Health Assembly in May 2024.  If New Zealand agrees and are compliant to the WHO CA+ this will risk  further increased significant tax payer payments  as to the allocation  to the added expenditure it will cost our country

(4)The World Health Organization has already miserably failed since the pandemic first evolved on many accounts, yet it appears that members of the New Zealand Government are supporting and even promoting the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord)

(5)The draft of the WHO CA+ clearly focuses on significantly strengthening, expanding the powers of the World Health Organization which I note signed a ‘Partnership Memorandum with the World Economic Forum on 13^th June 2019.

(6)The WHO/ WEF is now  a Public-Private Partnership. The UN was never originally declared as such when it was created.  Obviously through the extraordinary super powers awarded to the WHO would also reward the Multi-stakeholder Corporations that WEF represents., therefore there is a massive conflict of interest that would effectively bring multistakeholder corporations, and those represented by the WEF huge wealth and power in the realms of  global politics and economies. The WEF is the whisperer in the ears of the WHO.

(7)The ZERO draft of the International Pandemic Treaty focuses on hugely expanding the authority, powers of World Health Organization, which give WHO the super powers to trample on ‘intellectual property rights’ and the redistribution of knowledge and technology. The WHO will become the only one, so called source of ‘Truth’, therefore having the ability to shut down the ‘True’ source of Truth., this is very dangerous.

 (8)WHO International Health Regulations 2005 failed miserably when it came to accessing China’s part in the origins of the COVID19 pandemic instead of holding them to account and responsible for their failings under the IHR2005 the WHO now parrots the CCP and even praises the Chinese regime. Therefore cannot be trusted to be such a superior force of authority over all UN Nation States.

 (9)In accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of International Laws the people of New Zealand have the right to self-determine and manage their own autonomous approach to public health. This is a ‘sovereign’ right, the people of New Zealand are the ‘sovereignty who have that right. The global superior authoritative right does not lay with the WHO to control, cause damage to society, business, infrastructure or medical, technical determinations of the people of New Zealand. The people rights in New Zealand are that of ‘self determination’

(10)The people of New Zealand have in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the Principles of International Law the sovereign right to determine, manage their own approach to public health, this notably also means ‘pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems pursuant to the autonomy of domestic policies, legislations. That is provided that within this domestic jurisdiction the control awarded to the state through the vote of the people in New Zealand ‘causes no harm, damage to the peoples of New Zealand’.

‘(11)Sadly I say there has been much damage done to the peoples of New Zealand through the governments misinformation as to the COVID19 immunizations and the mandating of these. The closures of businesses throughout New Zealand and the loss of work and income.  Also the closure of schools where many children have not returned back to school.

(12)The members of  New Zealand House of Representatives have shown themselves to be  non-transparency upon publicly  exposing the serious harms and deaths of post COVID 19 immunizations. The many law abiding decent people of New Zealand have been deliberately abused by members of the New Zealand mainstream news media that has been paid for by the Governments Journalist Fund.

 (13) A member of Parliament namely Michael Wood character assassinating, labelling people those who are grieved through loss of work and income, loss of businesses as a so called ‘River of Filth’. Amongst those people he called a ‘River of Filth’ and ‘Anti -Vaxers’ were those that had been vaxed and were suffering serious harms post immunization.  As noted, not one member of Parliament has apologised for this cruel emotional harm caused to people of New Zealand by members of the House of Representatives. 

(14)The mandating of COVID19 Immunization. The following  term has often been quoted by members of WHO and WEF,  and even members of NZ House of Representatives ‘No-one is safe until everyone is Safe’. Pfizer Chief Executive has publicly admitted that they did not test their COVID19 immunization for transmission prior to entering the global market place.  Evidence has shown us that those that have been injected with the Pfizer mRNA  Injection have still been infected by the virus.. . Obviously the people of New Zealand have been misled when it has come to mandating of COVID19 immunizations and mandates

(15)It is a huge concern that large Pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer have and continue to advise the Intergovernmental working group on the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty as to the Zero Draft which is a huge conflict of interest.

(16)It is a deep concern that if the New Zealand Government continues to pursue, support the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord) it would give the WHO superior authority over NZ Domestic policies. WHO would have the power to declare a pandemic globally whether New Zealand is affected or not and could have the power to reallocate resources.

(17)The Zero Draft of the WHO CA + Pandemic Treaty makes transparency and cooperation mandatory (legally Binding). Uses the word ‘shall’ when referencing facilitating accessing, sharing of research and genomic data, however there are no repercussions for ‘non-compliance’. It is evidently clear that the WHO and those drafting this treaty , and those that support, promote it have learned nothing. There is no reason to believe that China would be compliant with the obligations set out in the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord)  I also note that the  World Health Organizations failure to quietly abandon investigations into China’s incompetence to comply to the legally binding WHO Health Regulations (IHR 2005)

(18)The WHO CA+ Draft lets China off the hook. Despite China having the largest economy in the world the United Nations considers China as a developing country. Developed countries financially support developing countries when it comes to ‘common but differentiated responsibilities’ among nations. Developed countries would share the greater costs therefore  China will likely be the beneficiary of the WHO CA+ obligation for developed nation parties, among other provisions.

(19)The WHO CA+ Pandemic Treaty Zero Draft calls on the parties to tackle misleading, misinformation or disinformation. Yet the WHO  themselves have been the source of disinformation when they tweeted  “preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of COVID 19.

(20)As for the CDC on the efficacy of facial mask wearing that shifted over time, when Anthony Fauci defended flip flop accusations after shifting mask guidance, this has reported changed time and time again. There is much controversy about mask wearing. It is clearly evident that many people wear masks as chin straps. Masks do risk emotional, psychological damage to some extent. (21)A recent study found that natural immunity acquired by a COVID-19 infection was “associated with lower incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection, regardless of the variant, than mRNA primary-series vaccination. Yet WHO superior authorities under a legally binding Pandemic Treaty could mandate all populations to be vaccinated, immunized without accountability. This is very dangerous.

(22)The WHO and UN Member Nation Governments and their  so called experts have been proven wrong far too often, yet the WHO Pandemic Treaty gives WHO the global super power authority to police “disinformation. This seriously infringes on the internationally accepted right to freedom of expression. (UN International  Human Rights and NZ Domestic Human Rights Legislations)

(23)The WHO CA+ Treaty Draft emphasizes ‘Equity’. It is guided by ‘Equity’, which is defined by the absence of unfair, unavoidable or remediable differences among and within countries, including between different groups of people, whether these groups are defined socially, economically, demographically, geographically or references ‘Inequality’. The term ‘Equity’ and ‘Equitable’ appear more that thirty times in the ZERO Draft of the Treaty, however there is no clear definition what this means.

(24)The people of New Zealand have the right to have clear, concise information. (ibid., Art 3,4 (3) ). It is evidential by the ZERO Draft of the WHO CA+ Treaty that it is guided by ‘Equity’, a term that is deeply rooted in ‘Marxist’ ideology and should never be embedded in the guiding principles of any international legally binding commitment of any State, including that of New Zealand.

(25)The ZERO Draft of the CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord- Convention) commits to the term ‘Universal Health Coverage’, this is not clearly defined. I stand to be corrected, but does that mean that the Government provides the peoples of New Zealand health care, is that with or without costs to the peoples of New Zealand, and at what costs must the people of New Zealand pay?. How will this indeed affect tax payers pockets?

(26)Its obvious that if the NZ House of Representatives agree, comply to the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty domestic legislations will have to be amended.  The people of New Zealand are not awarded end decision making rights when it comes to domestic policy making.    I refer to the (Non-Legally Binding Citizens Initiated Referenda), and even if this did become ‘Legally Binding’ the people of New Zealand would have no end decision rights when it comes to Domestic Policies due to the legally binding nature of the WHO CA+ Treaty.. Therefore upon voting for political parties at election time, this means that promises made to the voting public can be over- ridden by the WHO Pandemic Treaty

(27)The WHO CA+ Pandemic Treaty (Accord) incorporates a ‘One Health’ approach framework. This includes ‘Humans, Animals-wild and domestic and all Eco-systems’. This means that the WHO under the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty has massive super superior control over every aspect of life on this planet.

(28)WHO CA+ Treaty under the classification  of ‘Climate Change’ will have the authority to restrict, control food systems, trade and travel, infrastructure, land use and property rights. This is scandalous and extremely dangerous when it comes to the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders.

(29)Those that reside in the NZ House of Representatives are accountable to the people of New Zealand who voted them in to the political positions they hold in the New Zealand House of Representatives. To be responsible and accountable to ALL peoples of New Zealand.  Through researched evidence of viewing speeches in the House and other UN Information that New Zealand Members of Parliament are supporting, promoting and are in agreeance with the WHO ZERO Draft of the CA +.

(30) I also note that at the 77^th gathering of the World Health Assembly the final draft of the CA+ WHO International Pandemic Treaty will be produced, introduced to all UN Member Nation States to determine whether, and which UN Member States agree on the WHO International Pandemic Treaty (Accord)

(31) I therefore request that the NZ House of Representatives transparently accords the peoples of New Zealand open public debate, discussion without political intrusion as to all knowledge, information that is pertained in every ZERO draft of the WHO CA+ Pandemic Treaty as it is produced, introduced.

The draft states that the WHO CA+ “shall be subject to ratification, acceptance, approval or accession by UN Member Nation States, therefore clearly requires advice and consent under the process outlined.^{, “Circular 175 Procedure,” https://2009-2017.state.gov/s/l/treaty/c175/index.htm (accessed February 24, 2023).}

(32)I conclude that the  WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord) is highly problematic and deeply flawed and would allow the global superior powers of the World Health Organization (UN) to have authority over New Zealand’s domestic policies. One size does not fit ALL and there is no evidence of ‘trustworthiness’ as to why the people of New Zealand should support this WHO Treaty proposal.

(33)The ‘Public-Private’ partnership of the World Economic Forum with the UN is a huge conflict of interest as they are  the ‘whisperers in the ear’ of the UN, therefore also  rewarded global superiority political, economical control through the  WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord) agreeance.

Therefore, for all the above reasons , information provided I totally oppose the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty (Accord). I find it to be highly dangerous to the health and wellbeing of ALL peoples of New Zealand. I have cc’d other groups, individuals, organizations, members of parliament the above information-communication t as outlined to the NZ House of Representatives as to opposition of the WHO CA+ International Pandemic Treaty.

Australian Senator Michael Roberts published an article on UN Agenda 21 and UN Agenda 2030 calling this a conspiracy theory. Mainstream Media is corporate owned and extremely wealthy has much wealth to gain from supporting, promoting the global elite and are key players of World Economic Forums Global Redesign otherwise known as ‘The Great Reset’ and the Fourth Industrial Revolution -Global Governance (Guardian News 14/9/2016). Referencing Agenda 21/2030 (UN) as threatening to demolishing Sovereign Nations through UN Agenda 21, 2030 .that “people are waking up to the UN destroying our national sovereignty” referring to the UN Lima Declaration and the  1992 Rio Declaration (UN) – the implementation for a 21^st century global governance which is known as ‘UN Agenda 2030’

Hence Senator Michael Roberts also accused all UN Member States of sneakingly implementing Agenda 2030 blaming the Keating Govt as having implemented this under the guise of biodiversity’ and that property rights would be stolen, regulations would be passed to control people. That  climate alarmism would push UN Member Nation States be  foreign controlled, he called the UN Paris Agreement as sham. Hence using the word ‘sustainability’ to pass regulations. Roberts wanted Australia to leave the United Nations.

UN Agenda 21 like UN Agenda 2030 both being non-binding agreements are commitments made by those govts that have ratified them, once entered into that nations domestic policies becomes law (Legislative Acts). Trump said in 2017 that UN Agenda 2030 to cut carbon emissions is a “draconian financial economical burden that is imposed on America”. However once legally binding some parts with Agenda 2030 are not legally binding. The documents text is littered with modal verbs ‘should’- ‘shall’  – may’ etc., that carry a different weight. ‘Shall’ being the big one. ‘Shall’ obliges countries to undertake action within the agreement. The Paris Accord (UN) contains 117 ‘shall’s’.

The Paris Agreement reads “Each Party ‘shall’ prepare, communicate and maintain successive nationally determined contribution that it intends to achieve”. Nationally determined contributions equates to the term “UN Climate uses references to ‘pledges’ how they aim to accelerate those pledges.  UN Member States have committed to submit their nationally determined contribution, update them every 5 years as to the actions they have each taken to reduce carbon emissions, however developed countries must do this annually

Art., 4 “Support shall be provided to developing countries” Billions of dollars over a period of years, this pledge has been made collectively among all developed nations (Paid by Tax Payer dollars). The goal posts have been shifted in many cases from 2030 to 2050. All UN Member States are endorsing promoting UN Agenda 2030. This is not a conspiracy theory. At the expense of NZ Tax Payers and the livelihoods of small businesses, farming communities and the plundering of New Zealand all political cronies in the cesspit of Wellington have jumped on the UN bandwagon.

Jacinda Ardern was the first to introduce UN Agenda 2030 into NZ’s Domestic Policies making it legally binding, she also urged other UN Member States to follow her lead. (NZ Guineapig State). Socialist, leftist will deny that there is a risk of destroying sovereign nations and individual property rights. Many will call UN Agenda 2030  a utopian nightmare. The Guardian News earlier stated that the US pushed the idea of Agenda 21(UN), as being communism under disguise.

Al Gores book declared ‘Fear is the most powerful enemy of reason’. Gore’s ‘Inconvenient Truth’ showed animations of Florida, San Francisco, Shanghai, Netherlands, Bangladesh and Manhattan all being swamped by oceans. Gore said “IF” Greenland and Antarctica broke up and melted, then talked about ‘rising seas’ and a hundred million refugee’s fleeing from ‘rising seas’

Biden addressing the US Senate in 1987 predicted a catastrophe of Biblical Proportions for the Entire World from Global Warming, he said “In the next new years global warming, should it occur in accord with the direst predictions would be a catastrophe of biblical proportions for the entire world”.

1989 a Senior UN Environmental Official said that a UN study predicted “Entire Nations Would Be Wiped Off The Face Of The Earth From Rising Seas If The Global Warming Trend Is Not Reversed By Year 2000’. That ‘coastal flooding and crop failures would create an exodus of ‘eco-refugees’ that would threaten political chaos said Noel Brown from the New York office of the UN Environmental Program (UNEP). UNEP stated there was only a 10 year window (the window of opportunity for the New Normal) before the greenhouse effect would go beyond human control, that nations They said the government only had a 10 year window before the greenhouse effect would go beyond human control, that nations globally would be wiped off the map and millions of people displaced, 1/6^th of Bangladesh would be flooded, displacing a ¼ of its 90 million population. Predicted that warming melts polar ice caps, ocean levels will rise up to 3 feet, enough to cover the Maldives and other flat island nations (UN Official Associated Press Interview reference to Coastal Regions). 1995 UN Study predicted ‘Rising Seas’ would cause most of the beaches on the East Coast of the US to disappear by 2020.

He told the conference “These figures are fresh, some of the models suggest to Dr Maslowski that there is a 75% chance that the entire north polar ice-cap during the summer months could be entirely ice-free within 5 to 7 years.

In 2009 Al Gore claimed new research showed the Artic could be ice free within 5 years. Al Gore was speaking at the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit.  He told the conference “These figures are fresh. Some of the models suggest to Dr. [Wieslav] Maslowski that there is a 75 per cent chance that the entire north polar ice cap, during the summer months, could be completely ice-free within five to seven years.’”  (Frank James, “Al Gore Slips On Artic Ice; Misstates Scientist’s Forecast,” NPR, 12/15/09)  Al Gore announced on 15^th December 2009 said he reported wrongly “it’s unclear how he arrived at this, I would never try to estimate likelihood at anything as exact as this”

John Kerry Secretary of State appeared with a French Official publicly said “There is only 500 days to avoid Climate Chaos”. (31^st May 2014) The French Foreign Minister remarked “President Obama and John Kerry and himself had committed to reach success on this important matter”  In 2019 Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Greta Thunberg predicted ‘The world will end by 2030, hence pushing UN Agenda 2030, accelerating the partnership agreement signed by the UN with the World Economic Forum to accelerate UN Agenda 2030 (Replace the Free-market global economy with Multi-stakeholder Corporate Capture).  Greta Thunberg claims in her 2019 book ‘No-one is too small to make a difference’ refers to UN Agenda 2030 “we will be in a position to set off an irreversible chain reaction beyond human control, that will lead to the end of civilization as we know it”

Media headlines that are not repeated today, perhaps far to many people have woken up to the wealthy global propaganda machine:- “It’s the time of famines, they will get worse and most disastrous by 1975. Birth control may have been accomplished by making it involuntary by sterilizing agents into staple foods, drinks, water. Roman Catholics should be pressured into birth control (Salt Lake City Tribune 17/11/1967 reported Stanford University biologist Paul Ehrlich-(Socialist/Marxist).

“Everyone will disappear in a cloud of blue steam by 1980. This situation will get continuously worse un less we change our behaviour”. Pushing global populations to change their behaviour by using continuous tactics of fear through crisis events. (New York Times 10/8/1969).  Scientist predicts a new ice age by the 21^st Century. Air pollution may obliterate the sun, cause a new ice age in the first third of the next century (The Boston Globe 4/4/1970).

3.“The oceans will be as dead as Lake Erie in the next ten years. America will be subject to water rationing by 1974 and food rationing by 1980 (Paul Ehrlich 6/10/1970 The Daily Facts Newspaper’ ) In the next 50 years the fine dust that man constantly puts into the atmosphere by burning fossil fuels could screen out much of the sunlight therefore average temperatures would drop by 6 degrees.(9/7/1971 Dr S I Rasool National Aeronautics & Space Admin Columbia University). Associated Press reported September 1978

“If sustained over several years- 5 to 10 degrees is estimated, thus triggering an ice age. “There is no end in  sight to 30 year cooling trend reports the international team of specialists”(Associated Press September 1978)

The gradual rise in sea level is threatening to completely cover the Indian Ocean nation  of 1,196 small islands within the next 30 years. As drinking water will dry up. (Canberra Times 26/9/1988-Environmental Affairs Director). Rising seas could obliterate nations by year 2000 reported UN Officials (Associated Press 1989). The west side highway that runs alongside the Hudson River will be under water, windows will be taped up, there will be no birds there, however there will be more police cars. Crime happens when heat increases. Restaurants would have signs saying “Water by request only”(1988 Jim Hansen Climate Scientist).  The Pentagon tells Bush “Climate will destroy us, Britain will be Siberia in less than 20 years. By 2020 there will be mega droughts, famine will erupt worldwide. 5 to 10 years Artic will be free of Ice in the summer  (24/6/2008 NASA Scientist and his colleague scientists-The Guardian News 21/2/2004)

Gordon Brown reported that we have fewer than 50days to save our planet from catastrophe  US Navy predict summer ice-free artic by 2016. It was stated that using complex modelling, making reports more accurate than other previous reports(9/12/2013 ‘Earth Insight Environment’-US Dept of Oceanography-The Independent 20/10/2020). ‘Only 500 days remained to avoid climate chaos (John Kerry Secretary Of State 14/5/2014-Washington Examiner). New as she announced Zealand’s Prime Minister calls a ‘Climate Emergency’ announcing that “Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time” thus pledging a ‘carbon neutral government by 2025.(The Guardian 1/12/2020).

Children in Britain’s schools being treated for ‘Eco Anxiety’ a new mental health condition causing nightmares, fear, anxiety- the teaching of climate alarmism is schools. Schools strike for Climate Action worldwide- schools teach students to make Climate Alarmism placards. School ‘Strike for Climate’ also known as ‘Fridays for Future’ (FFF), Youth for Climate, Climate Strike or Youth Strike for Climate is an international movement of school students who participate in demonstrations demanding political leaders to take action on climate.

It was reported a Socialist urban design will save NZ from Climate Change Seizing the means of production (economy)-Important ,investment  Billy Fleming a local proponent of the Green New Deal for progressive politicians like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez says urban design will play a key role (UN Human Habitat-Smart Cities-Huge Surveillance of civilians). Fleming said “things need to change, and change fast”. He referred to the Green New Deal built on 3 Pillars as being radical being built on restructuring  on how and where we live (3 Pillars-decarbonising the economy, climate adaptation and social justice)- (Newshub interview 26/9/2019

I personally believe this is deliberate psychological warfare of UN Nation populations worldwide using extreme global fear tactics to enable compliancy-control of civil society- the replacing of the Free-market Economy for a UN/WEF Corporate Capture of the worlds Economies using financial systems such as the IMF and World Bank and other large financial institutions. (WEF Global Redesign). The destruction, plundering of Sovereign Nation States, the plundering of farming communities and small businesses and a mass exodus from rural areas to urban/city UN Human Habitat Smart Cities that are highly surveillance those  ‘controlling citizens lives’. 2019 Jacinda Ardern was the guest speaker at a private gathering in New York which was hosted by Bill and Melinda Gates. She boasted to the audience that New Zealand is the first country in the world to embed UN Agenda 2030 in NZs Legislation and Regulatory framework.  UN Agenda 2030 was non-binding however once entering it into domestic policy becomes binding. The gathering was an event arranged by Goalkeeper an organization set up by the Gates Foundation in 2017 to accelerate UN Agenda 2030 with its 17 goals which include 169 targets globally.

The first in the world, the leader of human experiments, the experimental path of UN Agenda 2030, to leave no-one behind, everyone, everywhere at every age. Prior to implementing Agenda 2030 into NZs domestic policy did the opposition publically warn us, after all this is a global economic, social engineering strategy to be actioned at local level.

UN Agenda 2030 was however in the 2017 ‘Confidence and Supply Agreement’ between the Labour Party and Greens, but the name was missing, it was merely a commitment to 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Agenda 2030 featured in the 2017 Confidence and Supply Agreement between the Labour Party and the Greens – although not by name. Instead, the parties made a commitment to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that underpin Agenda 2030: And yes Jacinda Ardern became the poster child of UN Agenda 2030.

In 2018 Ardern spoke at the Conference on Sustainability in New York, she again boasted that her intention was to lead the world by embedding the UN Agenda 2030 SDGs into NZ’s domestic affairs saying :we have decided to try something no other country has done before, we have embedded the SDG Indicators into everything we do. (NZ Government chooses to do) She pointed out that traditional measures of progress for economic growth would no longer exist but these traditional methods would be replaced by new experimental indicators, “a national achievement that go far beyond growth”, she said.

Ardern’s ambitious project namely Indicators Aotearoa N Z, the creating of a set of indicators across varying dimensions eluding to New Zealanders future economic, cultural, social, environmental wellbeing. The introduction to the ‘Wellbeing’ Budget’ was not an innovative strategy to grow NZ’s economy it was merely the beginning phase of Ardern’s deliberate Socialist degrowth of our country. The plundering of New Zealand had begun. Ardern introduced the ‘Wellbeing Budget’. Never mind growth because she had already started taking the country into ‘degrowth’, and 2022 the global media familiarly report purposeful, deliberate ‘Degrowth’. . Ardern has said “whilst economic growth is important and something we will continue to pursue, it alone does no guarantee improvements to New Zealanders living standards”, and so New Zealanders living standards started to drop, as more people joined the public housing waiting list.

To publicly oppose any of Ardern’s decision making, pending legislations, regulations makes one the governments political politicking target practice. Failure to be compliant to government demands means that deliberate character assassination is deal out by the governments purchased mainstream media. Sadly far too many people in New Zealand can not, or choose not to conjure up moral courage to publicly speak out for one reason or another.

The housing crisis in New Zealand is a nightmare, the high cost of housing and sections. I have to wonder does anyone just purchase a section anymore. All I see are’ pack and stacks’ hastily being built all over Auckland. I wonder whatever happen to council bylaws etc., where a huge number of townhouses over shadow peoples property next door, stopping the sunlight, spoiling their privacy, built right close to the boundary fence line. The intensification of housing ‘Agenda 2030’ Smart Growth.

Everything is just so entrenched in an ideological global framework of so called ‘Smart ‘Cities’ which don’t look that smart to me. No gardens for the children to play in and n o apple tree to climb, eem yes my dreams of yesteryear. No children playing  with the neighbours kids in the cul-de-sac’s now its little ones in pushchairs with cell-phones in hands. Both parents having to work to survive, children put into day care during their parents working day, they have no choice of being a ‘stay at home mum’

Now its all about ‘Smart Growth’, Agenda 2030,  surveillance camera’s and the talk of transhumanism where humans meet machines and become robot like. The UN Agenda 2030 that Ardern boasted about on the global stage, as she implied that she would take the lead, the lead to control every aspect of our lives, the UN-WEF have mapped it all out. Destruction of ‘free-market enterprise economy’, replacing it with ‘multi-stakeholder Capitalist corporations’, in public-private partnership with governments worldwide. Corporations in the drivers seat, government (regime) as the back seat passenger, small businesses and rural communities – farmers are the roadkill, those that New Zealand’s socialist regime deliberately throw under their tractors. The government using the farmers as their whipping boy in their ambitious climate hoax scheme. Yes, New Zealand the ‘guineapig state’.

There is no open public debate and no justification for Ardern’s actions nor that of any of the other political cronies in the toilet bowl of Wellington… In my research I have touched on UN Agenda 21, Agenda 2030. Agenda 2050 and Agenda 2063 in on the table yet to be exposed worldwide. The UN Global Socialist States of the World. Socialism has failed miserably and caused huge suffering in the past. If you wear a blindfold and a mask around your mouth time to get rid of both and see it for what it really is. Ardern has gone replaced by Hipkins, just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic.

Yes New Zealand truly is a guineapig state number one alongside Australia for human trials. New Zealand with its one regularity agency-Pharmac. A small populated country with numerous cultures, ethnic groups that live her. For human experiment, varying cultures are important part of human trials. NZ is the first country to see the rising of the dawn which is advantageous when it comes to the rest of the world. Much needed cancer drugs for example are often too expensive for people to buy, hence more people are inclined to take part in human trials. New Zealand has one of the quickest time frames for human trials to be completed, therefore saves drug companies, research agencies lots of money. ‘Wealth NOT Health’

New Zealanders have become guineapigs of socialist experiments.  Ardern also offered New Zealanders up to be guineapigs for the World Economic Forums ‘Reimagining Regulation for the Age of AI

Back in 2013 Google chose New Zealand to be the guineapig for global tech firms. Facebook has enthusiastically used New Zealanders as guineapigs when they trailed a scheme where user pay to make their posts more prominent on friends newsfeeds. In 2011 Facebook also rolled out its timeline feature first in New Zealand in 2011 saying at the time “As a global company we need to gain perspective and insights from outside the US”

The LinkedIn social network also tested its endorsement feature in New Zealand

However Googles Project Loon is probably the most ambitious high tech test carried out in New Zealand, this aimed to bring the internet to 2/3rds of the global population currently without web  access. This involved send 30 helium filled balloons to the edge of space above the South Island, each of these balloons were carrying transmitters capable of beaming wi-fi internet access down to antennae on properties below. Googles ultimate goal was a network of thousands of these balloons thus creating a  network that provides online access to anywhere in the world.. this was Googles dream and still remains Googles dream.

NOTE: A Texas Court demanded that FDA share their thousands of papers that Pfizer produced to gain authority to market their jab. This information will not be available to the public until at least 2024. Therefore NZ Government know jack shit about the Pfizer drug and all its contents, however they do know that there are huge risks but continue to announce this is for the public good, benefits the public with zilch risks.

October 2022 Pfizer admitted in European Court it did not test their jab to see if it stopped transmission of the virus before it entered the global market place . Governments, including NZ Govt continues to lie to us. If a person has a COVID test and it comes up positive e, if they die within 28days of that positive test they are counted as a COVID death. This was introduced 10^th March 2022 in NZ. The World Health Org., (UN) requested that all countries align themselves in counting COVID19 deaths in this way. Therefore a suicide, a post jab death, a motor vehicle accident, being shot by the police equates to a COVID death if that person came up with a positive COVID19 test within 28 days of their death. The window of time can be expanded and has been in the UK.   ZILCH TRANSPARANCY AND THE BULL SHITE LIES CONTINUE. Just keep people in the state of fear, so they are easier to control.

As other UN Nations agreed to UN Agenda 2030 (Non-binding Agreement), Ardern had to go one step further by entering UN Agenda 2030 into New Zealand Domestic Policy hence making Agenda 2030 Binding, not only did she do this but she urged other UN Nations to follow her lead, as she boasted about this when she was a guest speaker at a Global Shapers gathering hosted by Bill and Melinda Gates.  To be UN Agenda 2030 was adopted 25^th September 2015 includes 17 Global Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 Targets to transform economy and re-engineer human behaviour, social engineering. References:- Poverty, environment, housing, energy, health, infrastructure etc.,  UN Agenda 2030 is namely a ‘soft law’, does not require a referenda, or parliamentarians to give their approval only the leaders of the Regime-government of the country in question. Sustainability is a word used for multi-stakeholder corporate capture of the world’s economy, a global introduced locally acted out advertising campaign. The 1987 Report stated ‘development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs’.

There are legal implications as to UN Agenda 2030, it was adopted by way of a  UN General Assembly resolution 70/1 that reaffirms commitment for UN Agenda 2030 implementation “in a manner that is consistent with the rights and obligations of States under International Law (Para 18) despite the faxt that the content, text of UN Agenda 2030 is NOT legally binding. This employs Human Rights as a lens.  Some of the intersections between UN Agenda 2030 and International Law may create legal obligations for UN Member Nation States

International Law and Sustainable Development:  International Law is a legal system (NOT necessarily lawful). It governs relationships between countries, has extended its scope to include international organizations and individuals. There are four recognized sources of International Law (Art 8 Statute International Court Of Justice). They are International Conventions. International Custom. General Principles of Law. Judicial Decisions. International Law is based on the mutual consent of nations as in UN treaties and conventions, or way that is practiced and then eventually becomes custom. UN Member States are legally bound by the international instrument,  through the Sovereign acts of signing and ratifying the instrument.  UN Member States may be legally bound when a practice becomes a ‘custom’, which happens when two requirements are met. (1) There must be an established State practice that must be ‘general and consistent’. (2) The practice in question must be accompanied by a sense of ‘Legal Obligation’ and ‘Accepted as Law’, thus meaning that States carry out the practice because authorities believe it is a legal obligation to do so. (3) Several UN Agenda 2030 SDGs and Targets mirror ‘Legal Obligations’ that UN Member States have already assumed under ‘Treaty Law and ‘Custom’. The UN Agenda 2030 Indicators can be used to measure compliance with ‘International Law’ where intersections exist between targets and ‘International Legal Obligations.

Human Rights ‘Law within the Global Development Indicator Framework: Preamble. Para 3- Realizing the ‘Human Rights for ALL’ UN Agenda 2030 actually breaches the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which forms part of the International Bill Of Rights. NZ Bill Of Rights 1991 and NZ Human Rights Act 1993

Human Rights for ALL:Does not fit New Zealand Governments ‘Two Tier Marxist Ideology’. It is noted that NZ Government is actually a Corporation. The sovereign (people) of New Zealand cannot be ruled by a Corporation unless they make an agreement via a ‘Contract’ with that Corporation. ‘Hereby established a corporation, to be called the New Zealand Government Property Corporation’, cannot legally action legislations but as I have said before ‘what is namely legal is not necessarily lawful’

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has the government of New Zealand registered as a corporation under the name of ‘Her Majesty The Queen Of England In Right Of New Zealand’.  Note Prince Charles has not yet been crowned as King of England. It is her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s role when a new prime minister is appointed to meet and appoint the new prime minister. But Queen Elizabeth is dead, then how can Chris Hipkin be Prime Minister? Then I question “is Chris Hipkin a fake Prime Minister” ?

UN Agenda 2020 ‘human rights for ALL’ (Preamble para 3) is unrealistic. UN/WEF/NGO’s and all their cohorts are seriously breaching, violating International and National Human Rights for example Freedom of Speech, Freedom Of Assembly, Freedom Of Religion. NZ Bill Of Rights 1990 ‘Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment that includes jabs. Individuals freedom to choose is taken away by being pressured, coerced, mandated or lose ones income, making  people reliant of an authoritarian regime that is already seriously harming New Zealanders.

UN Agenda 2030 SDGs 1 & 2: Article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights stipulates that everyone has the right to “an adequate standard of living… including adequate food” and “to be free from hunger”. United Nations Member States that are parties to the Covenant thus have a legal obligation to fulfil Goals 1 and 2. Far too many people in New Zealand have an inadequate standard of living. 67,000 people on the backlog of the hospital waiting list.  Approx. 25,000 people waiting on the Social Housing list.  RNZ reported 2^nd August 2022 41,000 New Zealanders will bed down without adequate access to housing tonight. WSWS.Org report 9/9/2022 ‘New Zealand’s worsening homelessness crisis driven by property speculation, soaring rents and not enough public housing’. Salvation Army reported in a Winter Appeal 2022 they have provided more than 90,000 food parcels in NZ, as New Zealanders are struggling to put food on the table.

NOTE: UN Agenda 2030 and UN Member States Obligations to Comply: With Indicators 1.1.1.1.1 and 1.2.2 measure the prevalence of poverty that policy makers must verify compliance with the legal obligations, commitments of UN Agenda 2030. To demonstrate that the SDGs are not merely aspirational but are reinforced legally, a responsibility of UN Member States. This must be acted put universally. (Universally- by everyone in every case)

UN Agenda 2030 (para 5 of Resolution 70/1). Un Agenda 2030 is of an unprecedented scope and significance, is accepted by ALL countries, is applicable to ALL. Goals and Targets that involve the ENTIRE world, a ‘New Global Obligation’. (an obligation equates to an action that is morally bound). The obligations, commitments that the NZ Government (Corporation) has agreed to are anything but moral. Global Obligations: Have not yet received adequate legal recognition, regulation and realization.

The UN Agenda SDGs As Legal Stimulant: Legal does not necessarily mean ‘Lawful’. There is no clear correspondence between the SDGs and International Laws. International Law comprises of ‘hard law’. Binding treaties, agreements are ‘customary laws’, otherwise known as ‘soft law’. Soft Law for example relates to Non-binding but still significant  legal guidelines, policy declaration, codes of conduct or UN General Assembly resolutions. Soft Law often precedes the codification of ‘international norms; and ‘practices’ into binding law, in two principal ways through ‘soft law’ instruments for example as in UN General Assembly Resolutions that may become binding, codification in a treat or transformation into ‘customary international law’. UN Member States may choose to codify the principles, declaration and policy prescriptions that have been introduced by the UN General Assembly in treaties, thus transforming them from voluntary influential instruments into legal obligations. UN Agenda 2030 does not explicitly create new legal obligations, but the intersections between international law and the SDGs stimulates greater compliance. A more plausible route to create legal obligations out of an aspirational plan in this case UN Agenda 2030, therefore UN Agenda 2030 is the formation of customary international law (Soft Law)

If a significant number of States pursue the SDGs, they may become legally binding as custom. There is no timeline for that transformation; it does not necessarily take long. It is simply a matter of enough States undertaking the practice with a discernible sense of obligation. However Jacinda Ardern decided to take the lead and urged others to also follow her, when she introduced UN Agenda 2030 into Domestic Policy. Ardern was a guest speaker at a gathering arranged by Bill & Melinda Gates for the ‘WEF Global Shapers’. Ardern boasted to the audience that NZ is the first nation in the world to enter UN Agenda 2030 into NZ domestic policy, hence making the non-binding UN Agenda 2030 binding (Legally not necessarily lawful)

If enough States abide by Goal 17 and authorities believe that they have a legal obligation to do so, related targets may become customary international law and have the same force of law as an investment treaty pursuing this very goal.

Rooting the UN Agenda 2030 SDGs in concrete as legal principles ultimately serves Global Corporate capture. However  does seriously violate  International and National Human Rights. UN Agenda 2030 is devoid of Common Laws as at the very heart  of Common Law is ‘Firstly Do No Harm’. There is no doubt massive harm is in the process of being done to populations, economies across the world.
