The Right To Life, Liberty and Freedom

Internationally, human rights are guaranteed through treaties, customary international law and other sources of international law.
New Zealand is party to 7 core international human rights treaties of the United Nations. By signing up to these instruments, New Zealand has assumed obligations under international law to respect, protect and fulfil the human rights of everyone in New Zealand.

This means that the State must refrain from actions that interfere with or curtail the enjoyment of human rights, protect individuals and groups against human rights abuses and take positive action to facilitate the enjoyment of basic human rights.

New Zealand has also undertaken to put into place domestic measures and legislation compatible with its obligations under the treaties, and has agreed to submit periodic reports on the measures taken to give effect to its treaty obligations. Where domestic legal proceedings fail to address unjustified limitations on human rights, mechanisms and procedures for individual complaints are available at the international level to help ensure that international standards are indeed respected, implemented, and enforced.

The Bill of Rights Act 1990 is one of the most important piece of legislation in New Zealand for the promotion and protection of human rights. It sets out to affirm, protect and promote human rights and fundamental freedoms in New Zealand. It also affirms New Zealand’s obligations under the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights
António Guterres, secretary general of the United Nations reported ..The virus has been used as a pretext in many countries to crush dissent, criminalise freedoms and silence reporting (Feb 22nd 2021)

Our human family, a full spectrum of human rights: civil, cultural, economic, political, medical and social human rights are being seriously violated.

The lives of hundreds of millions of families have been turned upside down – with lost jobs, crushing debt and steep falls in income.
NZ government like other UN Nation governments are using the pandemic as a massive authority to control the people. Some countries have deployed heavy-handed security responses and emergency measures to crush dissent, criminalise basic freedoms, silence independent reporting.

The propaganda machine have blamed the huge masses that are protesting across the world demanding their human rights as anti-vaxers, or white supremacists and neo-Nazis – have exploited the pandemic to boost their ranks through social polarisation and political and cultural manipulation.

Covid-19 has given totalitarian governments have become political dictatorships that bludgeon populations with weapons of fear to ultimately control them,
human rights violations risk harming our overall health and wellbeing, especially mental and emotional health.

Ardern in her kindness talks about equality, where everyone is equally miserable. She and her political cronies in the toilet bowl of Wellinton are severely violating all human Rights nationally and internationally.
