Stating that Legal Identity is a fundamental Right that provides a gateway to essential services, social protection and other fundamental righta (An All of Government-All Of Society Approach)

IOM (UN) Role in Global Digital Identity refers to a collaboration with partners eg;- The World Bank and the UN ensuring that UN Member States can effectively own their own Digital Identity Systems. Thus strengthening National capacity, by providing technical guidance, developing Digital Identity Toolkits for various contexts that promotes Social and Economic Inclusion and protection under a Social Justice Umbrella of Human Rights (A Human Rights Approach)- Some Animals have more Rights than Others -Tyranny of Human Rights

Digital Legal Identity allowing people to access essential services avoiding Statelessness with access to Social & Financial Protection Programms. Legal Digital Identity is described as the ‘Key Enabler’ for Global Agenda 2030 SDGs. Transforming Our Lives 2030. The UN IOM working with UN Member State Governments and Partners to develop systems to ensure recognized legal identity as a Human Rights Approach

Describing Legal Identity is Essential for All Migrants regardless of what Status they are this enable Migrants to be recognized by Law. Helps Migrants to access Regular Pathways. (Regular = Legal). Irregular Migrants  is a Non-Legal terminology to describe criminalizing Migrants  whom enter Host countries – countries of destination without official documentation (Digital Identification for All by 2030 equates to Open Borders)

Migrants of any status regardless of what status can participate, are encouraged to do so in our Political * Social * Economical Decision Making Processes. This is described as a ‘Comprehensive Inclusive Identification’ Target 16.9 Global Agenda 2030- Transforming Our Lives 2030.
