Qatar plays a dual role in International Affairs, All is not what it may look like on the world stage…

November 4-6th 2025- Produced the Doha Political Declaration. The program of Action towards implementing the 2030 Global Agenda.

14,000 Participants attended, including 40 Heads of States or Govts and over 230 Ministers, Private Sector & Intergovernmental Orgs.,  The first World Summit for Social Development took place in Copenhagen Denmark 6th – 12th March 1995. At this time it was the largest gathering of World Leaders ever assembled together Under the guise of CANZ Group (Canada-Australia & New Zealand) reaffirmed its commitment to the Global Agenda 2030.

This included ‘Eradicating Poverty in all its forms and dimension. Promoting Human Rights (Social Justice) * LGBTQ1+ Rights & ending Gender based violence (Gender not Sexual Violence). Recognizing the Self Determination of Indigenous Peoples whilst supporting UN Reforms to ensure Social Development reaches the countries most in need (NZ Govt agreed to implement- support- committed to this in November 2025

NOTE THAT QATAR THAT WAS THE HOST OF THIS (UN) WORLD POLITICAL SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT FOR WORLD LEADERS ETC., More Red Flags should be flying as Qatar has been reported for Human Rights Violations to the UN. (Money talks and Bullshite Walks). Qatar is one of the 5 largest contributor of funding to UN Agencies. But face long term accusations/ evidence of Qatar supporting * harboring Islamist Extremist Terrorist Leaders including HAMAS  * Taliban * Muslim Brotherhood

Qatar funded the UN Office  For The Coordination Of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) I Contributions in 2023 exceeding  USD $1.528 Billion. Provided funding to the UN Relief & Works Agency For Palestine Refugees (UNWRA)  Pledging $20 Million 2025 – 2026.. Qatar the top donar to the  UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) total contribution 2010 – 2024 $414 Million.

Qatar  signed 90 plus agreements with UN Agencies- this includes UNICEF *WPF *WHO etc., through ‘Qatar Charity’. In 2023 it inaugurated a ‘UN House’ in Doha so as to facilitate a closer cooperation with UN Agencies.

The Qatar Global Development Fund (QFFD) frequently commits hundred of millions of $$s to global development particularly Education For ALL & Humanitarian Aid in Africa & the Middle East. There are accusations and evidence that Qatar long hosted a political office for HAMAS and the Taliban. Qatar has been involved as mediator in talks between the US and Terrorist Group Leaders

Qatar has been described as a Diplomatic Mediator By Day and provides a Safe Haven for Leaders of Islamist Terrorist Groups at Night. Post 7th October 2023 the horrific slaughtering, murderous actions, traumatic kidnapping of  Jewish Civilians documents were discovered by the IDF showing that Qatari funding intended for GAZA Humanitarian Aid was used to support HAMAS Military Infrastructure

Qatar has been accused of allowing individuals, charities within its borders to finance Islamist Terrorists including Al Qaeda * The Muslim  Brotherhood and affiliates to Syria (Nusra Front).  Qatar has had close ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran. Qatar maintains its relationship with these leaders of Islamist Terrorist Org., (Groups)  as intended for Conflict Rec=solution and Facilitation between these Terrorist Leaders and the West and Regional Parties

In 2022 the US designated Qatar a major Non-Nato Ally, citing its critical role in counterterrorism and the hosting of the Al Udeid Airbase.  2025 reports suggest continued scrutiny of Qatars financial involvement in Syria & Gaza and other regions. With the potential for funding reaching designated terrorist organizations. However Qatar is recognized as a valuable strategic partners and a significant financier for 40 plus UN Bodies

US Lawmakers and some Human Rights Groups allege that Qatar has been a permissive environment for terror financing, specifically benefitting HAMAS * Al Qaeda 8 The Muslim Brotherhood. The US Anti Terrorism Act alleges that Qatari entities (Qatar Charity) provided financial support for terrorist organization in GAZA

America did not attend the Doha 2nd  World Political Social Development Summit that was hosted by Qatar November 4-6th 2025. However our country New Zealand was represented by CANZ (Group that represents Canada-Australia and New Zealand). Still committed and pushing the Global Agenda 2030. Iwi/Maori Identity Politics (Indigenous Rights over other NZrs Rights) and the LGBTQ1+ Ideology.

The 2nd World Political Social Development Summit is described as a unique space for World leaders * Govts * NGO’s * Academic Institutions*The UN System  * Private Sector to achieve Well-being for ALL. Referring to Demographic shifts, Rapid Technolical Environment Change. A Global Platform for Collaboration & Action engaging at the Highest level to advance this Global Sustainable Journey – UN Agenda 2030 Global Development Goals-Transforming Our Lives by 2030. Global Inclusive Political Social Development Collaboration & Implementation. -Regional Reviews  have been organized to ensure Nation State  implementation

NOTE  13the June 2019 the UN & WEF signed an official formal agreement to jointly advance, accelerate the Global 2030 Development Goals worldwide. ( further research see The Global Redesign Initiative WEF 2010 post the 2008-2009 World Recession)
