A DIRE WARNING FOR ALL NEW ZEALANDER’S ‘CAN WE STOP THIS BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE’?

THE ‘BEEHIVE’  MASS MIGRATION BILL THESE ARE VALID REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED

UNEMPLOYMENT: 4th July 2024  ANZ reported that Job seeker numbers jump 40,000 more people are expected to be out of work by 2025 (Stuff NZ) Unemployment is rising, the number of people on Job seeker has risen by 14,000 compared to June last year. 40,000 plus people could be without a job by the end of this year. For many this is mentally challenging. Ministry Of Social Development data shows week ending June 30th 2024 there were 113,415 people work ready on job seeker support, receiving a weekly payment that supports people until they can find work. This has jumped up by 14,709 from the week ending 30th June 2023.   June 14 to June 21, 2024, recipients had jumped by 702. People on the Jobseeker Support- Health Condition or Disability also increased from 73,836 to 82,482 in the same period.

MASSIVE SHORTAGE OF JOBS: 18th April 2018 The Beehive  replayed Jacinda Ardern’s speech she made at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation in Berlin, as she shared the platform with Chanceller Angela Merkel. The topic was Progressive and Inclusive Growth, she introduced her speech embracing the fact that she had in previous years been the President of the International Union of Socialist Youth and had attended the UN during that time.. where she said she discussed the emerging financial crisis with other Socialist members, saying she sensed a global uncertainty at the time. Is universal basic income on the way?

GOVERNMENT CHOOSES MESSAGES OF FEAR OR HOPE: Then Ardern changed course with her speech to that of Globalization, saying “of course its not new, in NZ we have grappled with this issue and its impact for decades, the sense of insecurity has strengthened over the years. Globalization has been distributed disproportionately to the few, there’s a growing sense that ordinary people  are working harder and harder just to stay in the same place”, she said. Ardern then added “rapid technological change is happening in every country, even in New Zealand where the workforce faces the prospect of ‘that more than 45% of jobs will no longer exist or be completely replaced  within just 2 decades. We can offer a message of hope, or one of fear” As politicians we have a choice as to how we respond to this growing, but justifiable dissatisfaction. “We either offer a message of hope, or a message of fear” she said.. The whole of NZ Government knew about the risk of 45% unemployment within 2 decades in 2018.  Reuters News August 7th 2024  (Asia/Pacific) Refers to  NZ’s Rising Jobless Rate.  Rising unemployment in NZ, annual wage growth at 2 year low.

HOUSING: Housing Crisis in New Zealand has persists after 4 decades. 24th August 2023. Over a hundred thousand people in New Zealand are experiencing homelessness.. Increasing property costs are an economic burden, affecting the living standards and mental wellbeing of  families.  40 percent living in overcrowded homes. 14th March 2024 NZ Herlad ‘NZs Housing Crisis Has Not Eased And It’s Going To Get Worse. ANZ It’s a Case of Back To The Future says ANZ Economists as they refer to NZ’s widening Housing Deficit (30/5/2023) Surging migration and falling residential construction has seen the return of the housing deficit.

HOUSE RENTALS: Auckland’s Housing Crisis, severe shortage of housing. Rent value continues to climb, standing at $690 per week, a 6% increase from the same period last year. . Demographics reveals that renters under the age of 30 constitute the largest segment, comprising 34.3% of those actively searching for properties. Closely behind are those aged 30-39, representing 32.9% of the market. However, it’s important to note that the housing crisis extends beyond generation gaps, with significant percentages of renters in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s and above grappling with the challenges of finding suitable accommodation.

AFFORDABLE HOMES: The shortage of affordable housing in Auckland has far-reaching consequences, impacting individuals, families, and the broader community. High rental prices strain household budgets, leaving many families struggling to make ends meet. For younger generations, soaring rents pose a significant barrier to saving for homeownership, perpetuating a cycle of renting and financial instability. Furthermore, inadequate housing options contribute to overcrowding and homelessness, exacerbating social inequalities and compromising public health.

HEALTH:  Funding for Health fails to keep up with Inflation or demand- (Doctors Union) 13th May 2024 . Taxpayers money that is earmarked for Health every year is failing to keep pace with inflation or demand,               1 in 3 NZrs are missing out on Healthcare of some kind (Said Doctors Union Report) Patients are being caught in the revolving doors of the Health System. “If you don’t get preventative care, then you end up in the emergency system. If you end up in the emergency system, you end up in the hospital. Then the Hospital cannot deliver the planned care, therefore people who need planned care deteriorate, need more support in Primary Care. Then Primary Care gets busier, can’t support people so they end up in emergency care, this is the cycle that’s happening where people cannot get their health needs met, this is just terrible

PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: Prof Robin Gauld University of Otago Centre for Health Systems said that “health funding is not sufficient to meet current demand, never has been and does now, let alone in the future, it’s a national scandal”  13th August 2024 ‘The Post’ News..A Health System On The Brink of Failure’. . Access to Primary Healthcare is a crucial yet a ¼ million Kiwi’s cannot even register with a local GP. This is a daily reality for thousands of families. Parents unable to get timely care for their sick children. Elderly patients struggling to manage chronic health conditions without regular checkups, working adults delay treatment for health issues that are left unchecked which could become serious and life threatening

G P SHORTAGE: Ripple through communities, Longer waiting times, overcrowded emergency depts dealing with issues that should be handled in Primary Care. Increased stress on Health Workforce. In Rural areas the situation is often more dire, with some communities being left with no GP services at all.

NZ MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM FAILUIRE:  This is a real threat to NZ’s public Health System. Solving the GP Crisis is not just about healthcare.. Youth Mental Health is experiencing a rolling crisis with increased waiting times (10/4/2024. NZ Mental Health Service is broken in NZ states World Mental Health Foundation. NZ Doctors say this is ‘soul destroying to see NZ Mental Health System no longer fit for purpose (Study 500 Physicians 19/9/2023)

INFRASTRUCTURE: ‘ TRANSPORT’ The $200 Billion Problem. How broken is NZ Infrastructure?  (27/3/2024 Stuff. NZ) Refers to years and years of under-investment in the current infrastructure. NZ Herald 25th June 2024 NZs Infrastructure woes. How do we fix a $1 trillion problem? The Government is being warned that it must invest in New Zealand’s ageing infrastructure – or face the prospect of a major disaster. It comes after a week of infrastructure woes, with the Defence Force plane breaking down, a track fault cancelling all trains in Auckland, widespread power cuts in Northland, and an Interisland ferry running aground. On Friday, the Aratere Inter-islander ferry was on its way to Wellington when it experienced steering failure just outside Picton. The same ferry that lost power in 2023 when 538 people were on board.

A TRILLION DOLLARS TO FIX: Investment ‘infrastructure” “The Government’s worst nightmare would be something more like last year’s Kaitaki incident if that ferry had not narrowly avoided disaster. There were 864 people on board, the ship lost power in Cook Strait and started drifting towards Wellington’s rocky south coast and issued a Mayday call. New Zealand has under-invested in core infrastructure for years, well below the average OECD spend. ASB estimates it is going to cost about $1 trillion to fix our infrastructure and bring it up to standard.

LOCAL GOVT ACT 2002 ‘ THE ADDED COST TO NZ RATE PAYERS: 24th June 2024 NZ Herald ‘NZs Infrastructure  caused by a lack of long term thinking..refers to decaying infrastructure. However 2002 The Local Govt Bill, before it was passed as legislation the government knew that there was a major loophole in the Act, where businesses could not be fined, brought before the courts for dumping contaminate waste water, which could have been fixed within a month but 2 decades later and still not fixed.  27th January 2021 RNZ reported that a drafting error was stopping contamination fines, which could have been fixed within a month referring to the Local Govt Act 2002

NEGLECTFUL ‘IGNORANCE OF GOVERNMENT’ :Never mind ‘Just Blame the Farmers’ rather than admit blame themselves. An RNZ investigation found at least 270 companies had breached trade waste water consents in one year, none faced prosecution Council pleas fell on death ears for almost 20 years. In 2021 it was said that Nanaia Mahuta Local  Govt Minister needs to get her A into G and set some penalties, amend the legislation. Stuart Crosby President of Local Government NZ lobbied for 18 years for change, for the government to close the loophole. Brand name companies across NZ were breaching waste water consents several times a year. Ammonia, toxins and other hazardous wastes were being leached into drains. Ammonia eating away pipes under the ground, where vehicles and people have fallen into this broken infrastructure. 2024 and still not fixed.  The Govt preferring an Educational point of view to deal with the breaching of waste water consents rather than fining companies. A huge expense for Rates Payers to fork out.

THE STATE OF NZ ROADS: RNZ 9th January 2024 ‘They are a Laughing Stock’. Anger Over State Highway One’ ‘POTHOLES’. Several sections of NZs state highways are described as in ‘shocking condition’. The Automobile Association (AA) saying that State Highway 1 is the ‘poor shop window’ of a network riddled with potholes and road surface issues. There are reports of roads being in horrendous condition, just patches on patches. Transport Minister Simeon Brown said in the Morning Report that the State Of NZ Roads are in the 100day plan. National promised in the election $500 million dollar ‘Pothole Repair Fund’. This is merely a band-aid approach. Remember Marsden Point produced 70% of the bitumen used on NZ Roads, and the Labour led govt closed Marsden. Leaving NZrs with a boat without a paddle- sink or swim. No quick fix.. Buying international bitumen does not have the same quality as the Bitumen produced at Marsden Point.

EDUCATION: Christopher Luxon Education achievement has declined over the last 30 years, 2/3rds of students are failing to pass minimum literacy and numeracy standards for NCEA, 98% of Decile One Year 10 students failed a basic writing test, jeopardizing children’s futures.  The Education Dept  Government is failing our young, they are being dumbed down. Start teaching them their ABCs instead of their LGBTQ1+++ and stop teaching race based ideologies.

DEFICIT IN CLASSROOMS: RNZ reports 4th July 2024 ‘New Schools and Classrooms Urgently Needed In High Growth Areas, Ministry Warns. Reference was made to a Briefing Pape  April 2024 ‘ “ A roll bulge (increase) moving through secondary schools, referring to migration bringing an extra 20,800 school children. 10,400 of them to Auckland.  A briefing warned “postposing new schools could create overcrowding at existing schools in high growth areas”. Reference was made to infrastructure where school buildings are designed to fill a capacity of 1200 students and now there are 1400 students in those schools (where the water pressure drops because of the amount of flushing going on and the amount of water used.

MIGRATION ‘MASS MIGRATION’ INSANITY : The Beehive speaker Erica Stanford Minister for Immigration. ‘Unsustainable Migration’ Year 2023 – 2024 migration was 173,000 non-New Zealand citizens. Rember we have 400,000 people without jobs on the jobseeker until they can find jobs, under the Traffic Lights System, Jacinda Ardern’s words in 2018 45% unemployment in NZ within 2 decades. Homeless is still a huge problem and Rents increasing significantly. School infrastructure not coping, infrastructure needs major maintenance, waiting times for doctors, emergency depts dealing with cases that could be seen by a doctor, but several weeks waiting to see some GPs.

IMMIGRATION NZ IS CORRUPT TO THE CORE:  As Immigration staff tell of behind the scenes dysfunction to RNZ News 3rd September 2023.  Immigration officers told to ignore criminal conviction, ignore investigations, ignore warns, ignored attached documents, grant applications for work, student, visitor and residence visa’s. Take all on face value. Pass as quickly as possible. Those that pass the most get a ‘shout out” those whom are too slow get a ‘warning’ Do not query, use a streamline approach on visitors visa’s. If migration staff declined an application senior managers over-ruled it. Immigration staff were deeply unhappy about this, with some leaving their jobs. It was those that left their jobs that reported this to RNZ . Immigration NZ corrupt to the core. Surely this is a National Security Risk.

THE MASS MIGRATIONS BILL May 2024 Beehive. Amending provisions of the 2009 Immigration Act. Preparing for mass migration arrival in NZ, preserving Human Rights for Migrants. Note like other countries, where there is mass migration in Britain they have further increased their Hate Speech, censoring and monitoring laws. NZ Police website rfer to ‘Perceived Hate Speech that is likely to hurt a persons feelings, to be reported, and record on Police Data Records.

BEEHIVE’ MASS MIGRATION BILL’ READING: Sitting date 1/5/2024 Minister of Immigration Erica Stanford National Party. P[resented the Bill in Parliament saying Mass Migration Arrivals into NZ are likely. Refers to NZ Border settings. Mass Migration to NZ is very real, NZ must be prepared for mass arrivals. Irregular (means Unlawful) maritime mass migrant arrivals will have their rights ensured, upheld as if they were Regular Migrants (Legal)

UN LAUNCHES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR URGENT MISINFORMATION, DISINFORMATION:- HATE SPEECH 24TH June 2024 . Global Principles for Information Integrity address risks posed by advances in AI. Misinformation, disinformation, hate speech and other risks to the information ecosystem are fueling conflict, threatening democracy and human rights, and undermining public health and climate action. “The United Nations Global Principles for Information Integrity aim to empower people to demand their rights,” said the Secretary-General. “At a time when billions of people are exposed to false narratives, distortions and lies, these principles lay out a clear path forward, firmly rooted in human rights, including the rights to freedom of expression and opinion.”  The UN chief issued an urgent appeal to government, tech companies, advertisers and the PR industry to step up and take responsibility for the spread and monetization of content that results in harm. Building a future with Migrants (UN Expert) Geneva 18th December 2023

UN AGENDA 2030’GLOBAL  MIGRATION GOVERNANCE’ Legal frameworks must be people-centred, human rights-based and gender-responsive to ensure social inclusion of all groups in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This process must include migrants. Efforts should be made to improve the ability, opportunity and dignity of migrants to be fully integrated into societies. eliminate all forms of discriminatory narratives and hate speech against migrants. Must have access to information, adequate housing, health, development, family life, freedom of religion or belief, cultural rights, and education.

NZ GOVERNMENT STRONGLY SUPPORTS INTERNATIONAL RULES BASED ORDER: Migration is at the core of UN Agenda 2030 , global development goals for the 21st century and beyond. Mass migration does not promise to deliver  economic benefits. It puts enormous pressure on housing (the rental market) and affects home ownership, , public health services,  education, transport, infrastructure and the Health System

UN AGENDA 2030: The COVID plandemic did not quite cut the cloth so to speak. Mass Migration is quick and effective  and highly responsive, transformative in social and behavioral engineering. Not forgetting Corporate Capture (WEF feet under the table of the UN). UN documents that the Mayors Migration Council and the Mayors Mitigation Council  have been a very influencing factor in mass migration in westernized countries. Local Government such as Auckland Council are being referred to as City Governments) C40 Cities are partner in arms as to the global agenda for mass migration (noted by the UN) Auckland is a C40 City. (Noted on their website WEF Fourth Industrial Revolution.

MASS MIGRATION IS ALREADY HAPPENING IN NZ AND ITS GOING TO GET MUCH WORSE…LOOK WHATS HAPPENING IN THE US, ACROSS EUROPE, UK..THEY LEFT IT TOO LATE.. WILL WE, NEW ZEALAND ALSO DO THE SAME?  OBVIOUSLY MIGRATION IS IMPLEMENTED GLOBALLY ADOPTED LOCALLY- NATIONALLY

THE GOVERNMENTS INSANITY OF CLOSING DOWN MARSDEN POINT OIL REFINERY KNOWING FULL WELL NEW ZEALAND RISKS ENDING UP LIKE A BOAT WITHOUT A PADDLE. ‘BEING LEFT HIGH AND DRY’

My research refers to the Kigali Amendment of the Montreal Protocol: Disruption of Shipping and Aviation. In 2016 The Montreal Protocol was amended, the Kigali Amendment was introduced and implemented by the UN. In NZ the Ozone Layer Protection Amendment Regulation 2018 was introduced to ensure that industrialized, and developing UN Member countries reduce their HFC production, consumption over a given period of time. (All part of parcel of the UNEP Agency global Initiative to be implemented in all UN Nation States). After researching the Kigali Amendment red flags were flying when I read headline on shipping delays, less global freight traffic, endless yo-yo’s at ports around January to March 2023, this included long wait times and shipping delays.  The goal of the Kigali Amendment particularly in 2023 is to phase down the production, use of HFCs by shifting to a more Eco-Friendly initiatives worldwide, ultimately this would lead up to an 80-85% reduction in the production of HFCs by 2036

There have  been challenges in implementing the Kigali Amendment successfully as countries have been and still inaccurately estimate their emissions (ETS is a book keeping Scam). Major producers of HFC- China, US, India by May 2021 had not signed the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol (UN), however NZ Govt had agreed to the obligations under the Montreal  Protocol. Under the Ozone Layer Protection Act 1996 NZ phased out what CFC’s. HFC’s replaced CFC’s as they were documented as not causing harm to the environment. The UN Amended Agreement was enacted out under a veil of secrecy hidden from the public eyes behind the closed doors of Parliament. In October 2016 New Zealand became one of the 196 UN Member States to sign the UN Montreal Protocol on substances which were reported to deplete the ozone layer. HFCs-Fluorocarbons are commercial polymers used in commercial and domestic refrigerant, air cooling systems, aerosols, lubricants, non-stick coatings, resins, air cooling units. Plastics, leather conditioners, sealants, foam blowing agents, packing materials, industrial and domestic solvents for cleaning, water-proofing, dry cleaning, fumigants, vehicle air conditioning and many other commercial and domestic products. Ozone depleting substances were regulated in New Zealand 1st April 2022. These include chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), Hydro-bromo-fluorocarbons (HBFCs), Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) Halons, Methyl bromide, Carbon tetrachloride and Methyl chloroform. Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) have been used as a substitute for CFCs which were phased out in NZ in 2015

In 2017 the Guardian News reported that major investors warned that the car industry in the US were about to have man made global warming restrictions, therefore they must switch to low emission vehicle production. The motor industry was informed they needed to accelerate readiness for the carbon world to prosper. At this time 250 global investors with more than $24 trillion worth of assets were warned that large car companies face serious financial threats. Finance houses told car companies there is a move towards driverless vehicles that are being pioneered by Google. But this was just the tip of the iceberg as the UN International Maritime Organization in 2019 established that ocean going shipping is collectively generating too much greenhouse gas.  The EU and the IOM (UN) decided to make the cost of shipping more expensive and to reduce shipping services, hence this was reported as causing a major impact on global supply chains. In 2019 shipping companies were warned to prepare over the next two years for these certain global challenges, the changes that was about to take place. This includes how shipping companies operate on many trans-oceanic and regional routes. Significant implications as to how container lines redesign their services, huge consequence for production location choices underpinning the global supply chains. The initial phase was to start in 2023 with added costs and complexities.

New Zealand relies on Maritime transport for fuel, coal and other goods that are shipped to New Zealand. Shipping is the backbone of International trade. The UN Agency IOM have complete control of this.  IOM (UN) is responsible for regulating shipping across the world. Shipping is the most cost effective way to move grains, oil, coal etc., by containerized cargo ships that travel long distances. It is very difficult for shipping to lessen, limit CO2 as these ocean going ships consume large amounts of energy over long distance without refueling, but the UN IOM became intent in deploying net zero not just for shipping but Aviation too, their time frame being ASAP before 2030. IOM (UN) rules began in January 2024 requiring individual ships to measure and report a carbon intensity index, in the form of an annual efficiency ratio (AER). The AER function refers to the ships deadweight tonnage (DWT). How much weight the ship can carry, this includes the cargo, fuel, crew, freshwater, passengers and supplies. Plus the type of fuel the ship consumes and how far the ship has traveled in the previous year.  The IOM (UN) data collection for each ship is a mandatory annual submission for ships over 5,000 Dead Weight Tonnage (DWT)

Ships are graded as either ABCD or E. Ships graded A,B,C will be deemed compliant for that year. Ships graded D have 3 years grace during this time the ships owner has to become compliant to IOM Rules. Ships graded E have one year to become compliant. The grading criteria is reported to become tougher year by year. Non- compliant ship owners will have their vessels taken out of service, they are likely to be scrapped. A significant number of ships will be classed as non-compliant, most of these will be older ships and smaller ships which are a standard size of a container ship (Less than 8,000 TEU Capacity). Larger ships sailing routes with fewer ports will earn higher grades over that of smaller ships that call at lots of ports. Ships can slow down to reduce fuel consumption, but this also means reducing annual cargo hauling capacities of which are expensive assets and crews. The upgrading of ships means they will have to switch to fuels that generate less CO2, this will be very challenging because most other fuels do not have the energy density. Shipping companies are having to look at bio based marine fuels and other options. However this all depends on how fast suppliers can scale up production for massive quantities of fuel needed. Originally it was thought the LNG would be of advantage but the prices of LNG have skyrocketed, other considerations include hydrogen fuel, but shipping owners have concerns about this

For instance, larger ships sailing routes with fewer ports will earn higher grades over that of smaller ships that call at lots of ports. Ships can slow down their speed to reduce fuel consumption, but this also means reducing the annual cargo hauling capacity of what are expensive assets and crews. Many ships will require technical refinement, upgrading of engines and emissions controls, this could mean retrofitting of engines so they can run on alternative fuels. Changes may have to be made around the Hull, or upgrading of propellers. It was estimated at a shipping conference in January 2021 that the global shipping container industry will have to invest at least $1.5 trillion over the next 20 years to meet (UN) ION targets. (Jeremy Nixon CEO Ocean Network Express). Consequently ports of call could be dropped, schedules changed, less frequent services, maximum capacity tonnage, higher costs, few ports of call, the significant changing of shipping logistics.

9th April 2018 (Beehive) Julie Anne Genter and James Shaw were speakers in the House stated that “shipping must play its part in the global effort to halt climate change’. On the same day NZ released a statement in negotiations held in London referring to the ‘UN IOM Greenhouse Gas Strategy by UN Member States, the planned working together on ambitious outcomes as they referenced to Paris Agreement (UNFCCC). New Zealand urged the UN Agency IOM “do not miss this opportunity to adopt an effective strategy to bring greenhouse emission for global shipping under control”. The Declaration was signed by  Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Comoros, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

James Shaw stated that “New Zealand joins the Pacific Island States in urging ALL countries to redouble their efforts to ensure that the UN Agency IOM achieves a credible and ambitious result”. The government were well aware of these global disruptions to shipping yet they still pulled the plug on Marsen Point Oil Refinery. National Party Simon Watt reported “NZ will meet NZ’s Climate Change target” (12/6/2023) by super charging renewable energy, unlocking new technology, reducing agricultural emissions. National Party signed the Paris Agreement in 2015 and is committed to meeting Net Zero Target by 2050. Watt reported that National will tackle climate change in a very different way than that of Labour and the Greens. “National Party key drivers of reducing emission are agriculture, energy, transport and industry. NZ needs to double renewable energy generation” said Simon Watt. James Shaw Green Party and Simon Watt National Party travelled to COP28 UNFCC Climate Change gathering together last year.  Both on the same ‘Man Made Global Warming Con job, only different designs to get to the same  insane Zero Carbons end result

National announced they will remove the ban on Gene Technologies, give farmers the tools to reduce methane emissions through Gene Edited Crops, Feed and Livestock. Will allow landowners to earn ETS Credits through forms of ‘Carbon Capture’ (Book keeping Scam). National Party Simon Watt Climate Change Minister said “National will turbo charge new renewable projects. Solar and wind farms and geothermal, resource consents will be delivered within 1 year and consents to last for 35 years. National Party Simon Watt stated that “National has now announced the first of two parts of their climate change policy, they will release the full policy including steps to reduce transport emissions before the next election which is a couple of years away.  AS FOR THE INSANE CLOSING OF MARSDEN POINT.. ‘ALL OF GOVERNMENT’ KNEW ABOUT SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS BUT STILL CHOSE TO CLOSE DOWN MARSDEN POINT OIL REFINERY BUT THE INSANITY PERSISTS.

THE DYSTOPIAN ORWELLIAN THOUGHT POLICE IN NEW ZEALAND

NZ First introduces a Members Bill to Protect Freedom Of Speech , Described by NZ First ‘As a Vital part of Democracy to ensure that everyone can have a say – within the law. (Winston Peters May 24, 2024 )

The “Protection of Freedom of Expression Bill” will ensure that no organization or individual, when acting within the law, is unreasonably denied use of a public venue for an organized event or gathering due solely to holding a differing opinion or belief.  It achieves this by setting out responsibilities for facilitating free speech in public venues.      “A vital part of a functioning democracy is to ensure that everyone can have their say within the law” says New Zealand First Leader Rt Hon Winston Peters.

That “Public venues paid for by taxpayers and local ratepayers should be available to anyone wishing to utilize those venues, and not be exposed to the ‘thinly veiled totalitarian thought police’ that have become so prevalent in New Zealand.”  It will ensure that all organizations are granted freedom of expression, freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association, when acting within the law, utilizing any publicly owned facility.

“This Bill upholds New Zealander’s right to freedom of expression and the right to say, ‘I disagree.’” There have been multiple instances of public authorities and venues attempting to shut down, cancel, or censor organizations and speakers solely because they hold contrary views. “This cancerous cancel culture is an attack on the very fabric of New Zealand society”.  As stated in the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 – “everyone has the right to freedom of expression, including the freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and opinions of any kind in any form.”  “New Zealand First will continue to defend the right of every New Zealander to exercise that freedom.”   “We refuse to accept these basic rights being taken away by certain pressure groups, causes, or influenced authorities.”

However, there is no mention of the recommendations that were made by the Royal Commissions Inquiry Into the Christchurch Attacks concluded 1/12/2020 which significantly violate Freedom Of Speech, as programs, initiatives have been developed implemented due to the recommendations made by the Royal Commission Inquiry Into the Christchurch Attacks 15/3/2019. Which affect Freedom of Expression, freedom of speech.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern  instigated the Inquiry to  investigate State Sector Agencies including NZ Police about individuals, activists prior to 15/3/2019, in an effort to prevent future attacks of this nature. 8/12/2020 The CH Ch Royal Commission of Inquiry made 44 Recommendations that covered National Security and wider social & community matters. NZ Police themselves as a lead agency included 8 recommendations from the concluded CH CH Inquiry. The govt’s initial response to the inquiry includes updates on relevant work that was already underway prior to the CH CH Attack.

Includes -Three new key initiatives were 1) Supporting Diverse Communities. (2) Tackling harmful behavior and Discrimination (3) Keeping NZ Safe Information. The Police initiatives in response to the recommendations included

(Possible concerns with responsive actions via this channel) . Advancing information, sharing this with other agencies, stronger relationships with agencies as to persons of interest. The police’s ability to record incidents reported as ‘being of concern’ to members of the public.. Hence to record incidences of ‘Hate Speech/Hate Crime.’

RECOMMENDATIONS INCLUDED: All works frame come under the Arms Transformation Program. (Arms information platform (NZ Police) implementation of legislative changes controlling firearms in NZ) A system involving a digital platform that manages information related to fire arms, ammunition and other restricted weapons.

Police received funding from Cabinet in 2021 to strengthen existing ties, partnerships with communities across NZ. Established Te Raranga- a new program to work to improve the response to Hate Crime and Hate Incidences, to support those offended by hate crime. Te Raranga to record hate crime, to make it easier for victims to report Hate Crime. A Victim Centric Approach to Hate Crime. Over 4 years Police will make it easier for victims to report Hate Crime for Victims and their families. Te Raranga leads the newly established Advisory Group (TRAG) Strengthening work at Govt and Agency level.

TRAG Members include NZ Human Rights Commission, Internal Affairs, Crime Stoppers CertNZ, Netsafe. Between 1/1/2021 and 24/6/2021 (6 Months) Police carried out checks on every reported Hate Speech made to them and recorded all of these. 1,693 reports of Hate Crimes. Police stated that this will help them understand the experiences of individuals, communities with a new way to proceed, develop, record, manage Hate Crime in the future. Te Raranga is a partnering program where agencies, come together to reduce the harm caused by Hate in NZ

Working with He Aranga Aka a multi agency as to the likelihood of hate crime causing violent extremism, NZ Police leading the development of this program. The framework involves 7 govt agencies – Oranga Tamariki, Ministry of Social Development, education, Corrections, Health, SIS and NZ Police. NZ SIS website  Describes extremist behaviors with the intention of becoming violent.

Extreme ideologies can be based on Faith, Political Beliefs that exist on the fringes of society, outside of accepted views and beliefs of people. They may radically seek to change the nature of the govt, religion or society to create a community based on their ideology. Promoting the use of violence to advance one’s own perception of identity and/or denigrate others’ perceived identities. Promoting the use of violence to achieve a desired outcome to a specific issue.

NZ SIS investigators reviewed NZs counter terrorism investigations back to 2006 to identify common behaviors, activities. Due to relatively low number of violent extremists and terrorist acts in NZ they used events seen overseas to validate their indicators for sharing information that is analytically robust. Te Raranga  supported by Christian NGO’s includes world Vision, TEAR Fund, Christian World Service, the Forum that collaborates with the City Council and the Ministry of social Development and CERA.

Te Raranga became a Trust in 2014, to help the church, encouraging the church to be a prophetic  voice together in the City, the Nation and the World. Te Raranga- In 2014 Joseph and Lesley Lee went to Samoa on a business contract with the UN and the Samoan Govt.                          8th December 2020 Beehive source of information ‘Making NZ Safer for everyone

The government announcing a raft of initiatives in response to the recommendations made by the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Terrorist Attack CH CH 15th March 2019. Actions to promote Inclusion for all NZrs, recognizing the value of diversity. The Govt supporting diverse communities. Establishing a National Centre of Excellence to focus on diversity, Social Cohesion. Trialing support for young children to improve their self regulation, resilience and social skills.

The Govt tackling harmful behavior and discrimination by establishing the NZ Police program Te Raranga to respond to Hate Crime and Hate Incidences. Strengthening the capacity of the NZ Human Rights Commission. Implementing early intervention to prevent terrorism, violent extremism through multi agency coordination prevention program. Making changes to the Incitement provisions of the Human Rights Act, includes amending protections against discrimination, racism and risks to safety. The Minister of Diversity Inclusion and Ethnic Communities “The government is committed to ensure all people feel safe, they belong, are valued, can contribute’

Human Rights Act to include amending protections against discrimination to explicitly protect gender diverse and intersex people. Extending the Safer Communities Fund. The Govt in response to recommendation 30 established a Ministry for Ethnic Communities to increase manna improve leadership within the public sector, provide greater ability as to ongoing work to better support, respond to the needs of diverse communities. A graduate program, a National Centre of Excellence was formed to bring together academia, civil society, govt to research, prevent radicalization, social cohesion in NZ, to guide the work of policy agencies across govt.

The Royal Commission of Inquiry was clear that there was a need to improve responses, recordings of hate crime incidents, to reduce hate crime, a victim centric approach to hate incidents – hate crime to work with partners to develop restorative justice options for victims, communities, and those that cause harm. As well as this graduate programme, a National Centre of Excellence will be formed that will bring together academia, civil society and government to research the prevention of radicalization, social cohesion in a New Zealand context and guide the work of policy agencies across government

Te Raranga program improve front line practice to identify, record, manage hate motivate incidents and hate crime.  Early intervention by enhancing social Inclusion in NZ Society, proactively responding to harmful behavior. Strengthening laws against Inciting Hatred. The Minister of Justice confirmed that the Govt intended to strengthen laws relating to hate motivated activity, hate against an individual or group.

Cabinet agreed to a number of measures to improve Human Rights Act 1993 relating to Incitement to Hate against an individual or group. Establishing an engagement process with community groups to discuss changes.  (Poto Williams and Kris Faafoi).  Hate Speech is a term with varied meaning and has no single, consistent definition. What one perceives is hateful may not be perceived as hateful to another person.

Incitement to Hate Speech. Hate Speech Section 61 and 131 of Human Rights Act 1993 International obligations. Article 4(a) of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination requires States to:- Declare an offense punishable by law all dissemination of ideas based on racial superiority or hatred, incitement to racial discrimination as well as all acts of violence or incitement to such acts against any race or group of persons of another colour or ethnic origins.

This has not taken into consideration International Laws that NZ Govt has agreed to such as The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Or the International Convention of all Forms of Racial Discrimination (29th November 1972) which NZ Ratified. The point I make here is that anyone can accuse you of hate speech, incitement to hatred and discrimination . This is dystopian and is weaponized by leftist woke, who actually decides what speech falls foul of hate speech standards?

What qualifies the difference between like and detest. Is there technical or legal rules of evidence? An imagined dystopian territory. Where you can appear before the courts have your cellphone, computer taken by police. The Orwellian Thought Police, policing and imprisonment for hateful things you have not said yet. So has NZ First really covered out backs. Note NZ First Members Bill states “Everyone can have their say as long as it is within the Law.

WHAT ABOUT THE INCITEMENT TO HATE SPEECH THAT VIOLATES FREEDOM OF OPINION, EXPRESSION Where revolutionary minority leftist woke groups are protected under the Social Justice Umbrella of the NZ Human Rights Commission? Minority Revolutionary groups self determining rights over the majority population of NZ. Where does Winston stand on this???

AN ANTI-SCIENCE POLITICAL TACTIC ‘ A GLOBAL AGENDA TO CONTROL PEOPLE, PLANET FOR A VERY WEALTHY PROFIT’ AND NOT A SINGLE COW WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE. ‘THIS SURELY IS  A  CASH COW’?

June 12th 1996 Wall Street Journal reported that last week the IPCC (UN) regarded as the best source of scientific information about human impact on the earths climate released The Science of Climate Change 1995 its first new report for 5 years. This was said to be the most authoritative statement on global warming, policy makers and the press worldwide would report on the critical decisions on energy policy that would have an enormous impact on US oil and gas prices and on the international community. As always the IPCC report has been highly regarded because it is peer reviewed, that is read, discussed and modified and even re-modified by so called International experts. However this report is not what it appears to be, it is not the version that was approved by contributing scientists listed on the title page. This indeed is a very disturbing corruption of the peer reviewed process reported an expert who has more than 60 years as a member of the American Scientific Community, including service as president of both the National Academy of Sciences and the American Physical Society. His words were “ I have never witnessed a more disturbing corruption of the peer reviewed process that the events that led up to this IPCC report. Key changes were made after scientists had met and accepted what they thought was the final peer reviewed version, believing that IPCC would obey IPCC rules- a body of regulations, that’s suppose to govern the IPCC panels actions.

There is nothing in the IPCC Rules that permits anyone to change a scientific report after it has been accepted by the panel of scientific contributors and the full IPCC. Participating scientists accepted ‘The Science of Climate Change’ in Madrid, then it was accepted again in Rome.  But more than 15 sections in Chapter 8 of the report, the key chapter setting out scientific evidence for and against human influence over climate were changed or deleted after the scientists charged with examining this question had accepted the supposedly final text. These were not merely cosmetic changes, nearly all worked to remove skeptics’ with which scientists regard claims that human activities are having a major impact on climate in general and on global warming in particular.

The following passages are examples of those included in the approved report but deleted from the supposedly peer reviewed published version:-“None of the studies cited above has shown clear evidence that we can attribute the observed [climate] changes to the specific cause of increases in greenhouse gases.”

  • “No study to date has positively attributed all or part [of the climate change observed to date] to anthropogenic [man-made] causes.”
  • “Any claims of positive detection of significant climate change are likely to remain controversial until uncertainties in the total natural variability of the climate system are reduced.”

It is reported that the reviewing scientist used this original language to keep themselves and the IPCC honest. IPCC reports are often called the ‘CONSENSUD’ view. If they lead to carbon taxes and restraints on economic growth, they will have a major and almost certainly a destructive impact on economies of the world. This is no doubt deception and corruption to deceive policy makers and the public into believing that the scientific evidence shows that human activities are causing global warming. There is evidential concern as to the IPCC process as to scientific evidence a global warming. The Wall Street Journal July 11th 1996 entitled ‘Coverup in the Greenhouse’? Author Dr. Seitz, former president of the U. S. National Academy of Sciences, revealed that an unsponsored scientific report promoting global warming has been tampered with for political purposes.  That there had been protests from officials of the IPCC claiming that the revisions in their report, prior to publication “did nothing to change its emphasis”. And said that “ such unannounced change of an approved draft do not violate their rules of transparency and open review”.  However the evidence is there, and IPCC Officials quoted (Not named) by a Nature Article “The reasons for revisions to the chapter was to “ensure that it conformed to a ‘policymakers’ summary of the full report”. The response to that from the Scientific community of experts was “”Should not a summary conform to the underlying scientific report rather than vice versa?  The Wall Street Journal article pointed out that “the IPCC summary itself is a political document, is economical with the truth, has problems with selective presentations of facts, it totally ignored global temperature data gathered by weather satellite’s, because they contradict the results of the models used to predict future global warming.

IPCC providing so called scientific cover for political action, misusing respected scientists who never made extravagant claims about future warming. Where politicians and activists strive for international controls on energy use which was discussed in Geneva, when parties to the Global Climate Treaty convened, those that are anxious to stipulate that science is settled, trying to marginalize the growing number of scientific critics. It was reported that the IPCC Report on global climate change has been ‘scientifically cleansed. The author of this article in the Wall Street Journal 1996 was S Fred Singer, President of the Science & Environmental Policy Project. IPCC (UN) report that Science is Settled. It is the nature of science that is never settled. You will have heard that 97% of scientists believe humans are causing catastrophic global warming requiring govt action to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere. his comes from surveyed climate related scientific studies, the results being over-simplified Many scientists whose papers were cited in this study have questioned its conclusions, suggesting that their papers were incorrectly interpreted, even accusing the author of cherry picking studies to fit the global agenda.

An UN senior official speculated that the world would be under water by the year 2000, misleading figures and stats, data continue to be peddled, and government leaders shut down any public debates. This is called an anti-science political tactic. Plus the activist mainstream media that influences populations mindsets that report that ‘Science is settled’. The New York Times  reported 10th December 2015 an article entitled “How Can Climate Science Be Settled?’. When computer models do not take into account all the variables, yet the media keep saying that climate change is settled. Science is never settled. Politicians and environmental activists and advocacy groups say that ‘climate is settled”.  The Beehive 6th December 2022 Speaker in the House was Dr Ayesha Verrall on Research, Science and Innovation focused on ‘future focused science system tackling NZ’ as big challenges on Climate Change. She referred to ‘shifting from a system with multiple small entities and strategies focusing on efforts on nationally significant priorities. Ultimately researchers, industry, government and Iwi focusing on sustained investment in new technologies and industries, that will embed Te Tiriti o Waitangi being more responsive to Iwi/Māori to improve wealth and resilience in these communities.

2nd December 2020 NZ Parliament Climate Change Declaration of Emergency references the IPCC and reducing the impact of human activity on the climate. Join 1800 jurisdictions in 32 countries to declare a climate emergency.  Seize the opportunities that a clean green reputation provides, includes the decline in Indigenous Biodiversity. Be a Carbon Neutral Govt by 2025. A declaration based on science. The UN IPCC. The declaration of global responsibility, a catalyst for change. Announcing the Carbon Neutral Programme. The ACT Party Simon Court speaker in Parliament stated that the Climate Emergency is simply a triumph of politics over practical solutions. He said “he knows that human activity has a significant impact on climate and the environment. ACT declared that the Climate Emergency was “Nothing but a Stunt”. He referred to “Stop flying MPs all over the country, wherever they like, as MPs are the only people in the world with unlimited travel budget to fly anywhere they like, whenever they want at the tax payers expense”.  However ACT believes that NZ Govt must play their part through innovation led business, engineers, scientists not through slogans and PR stunts. James Shaw embraced ‘Fridays for Climate Strikes’ school strikes for climate. Nicola Willis (National) said that the Climate Emergency Declaration will have no measurable impact on global climate change and the opposition know it. “ It won’t take a single car off the road. It won’t reduce the methane from a single cow, nor remove a single tonne of carbon dioxide from the air.  The motion before us employs all the implied drama of the word “emergency”, but it does so with zero practical effect. It is, unfortunately, yet another collection of words in place of the sincere policy and concerted action

New Zealand must take to drive down our emissions. I am very firmly of the view that climate change threatens our world and our communities, that the production of greenhouse gas emissions by people is its cause, that New Zealand must act to reduce our emissions, and, of course, that Parliament has a solemn responsibility to take steps to achieve that. Of course the National Party is on board with the global mission to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. ”. Debbie Ngarewa Packer Co leader of Te Paati Maori Party referred to “protecting Mother Earth (Goddess Gaia) and Father (Sky) and a multitude of descendants, tribes and sub-tribes that descended from the Gods through to the Treaty of Waitangi, thus supporting the motion of the Climate Emergency.  In 2018 the IPCC released a landmark report that there is 12 years left to limit climate catastrophe. (Science is settled) Packer said. As she spoke about the $300 million fund to support Maori Farmers to transition to regenerative agricultural methods.

NOTE: The London School of Economics and Political Science reported 7th February 2018 ‘More Flaws in Estimates of the Economic Impacts Of Climate Change. Is fundamentally misleading and contains apparent mistakes. Prof Toi was a coordinating lead author of the IPCC Report in 2014, criticism of Toi stated he attempted to estimate the best-fir line. Several outside reviewers involved in the process expressed concern that estimates were not meaningful. Prof Toi ‘The Economic Impacts of Climate Change’ published 12th January 2018 by the ‘Review of Environmental Economics and Policy’ that provided an update to the survey in the in the  published IPCC Report.  It was found that based on 27 estimates from 22 studies listed in the 2018 IPCC Report concluded that “the welfare impacts of initial warming are positive”. However upon close examination it was revealed the finding was unsound, based on outweighing of a single outlier study that was more than 15 years old, that had sloppy errors, like Professor Toi previous papers. (This is the report that Debbie Packer embraced as she spoke about a $300 million fund for Indigenous farmers)
