The Un / WEF Official Partnership was officially adopted 13th June 2019. With a Proviso to jointly  accelerate UN Agenda 2030 Global Goals across the world. (SDGs) Transforming Our Lives By 2030. Leaving No-one Behind- Everyone-Everywhere at Every Age. To collaborate Global Food Security * Transform Agri-food Systems. Resource Management * Digital Global Innovation * Public-Private Partnerships * Multistakeholder Capitalism

However there have been many critics that have raised multiple concerns primarily Civil Society Organizations about the Conflicts of Interests * The Influence of Private Corporation as whisperers in the ears of UN Agencies .This includes the Corporate Capture of the Global Food System and the UN FAO’s role in the Global Food Initiatives that include:-Strategic Partnerships with Corporations (a wide range of stakeholders) including UN Entities * Governments * Leaders of Civil Society and the Private Sector (The Mask they hide behind is (Eradicating Hunger- Poverty World Wide) Global Agenda 2030- SDG 1 and SDG2

The FAO (UN) works in a broader UN Framework in that of Food Security & Nutrition. Guiding Global, Regional and National efforts into Policy & Decision making. And encourages Multistake-holderism dialogue, developing common approaches to Global Food Systems. Supporting UN Member States to create coalitions of Public-Private Actors to foster Agri-food System Transformation. The deepening of institutional engagement as to Global Challenges such as Climate Change – Health – and the coined phrase ‘Sustainable Development

The WEF-UN Collaboration (Partnership) with the FAO (UN)..In 2022 they signed a Letter of Intent to facilitate the channeling of the Private Sector resources towards Transforming Agri-food Systems worldwide. The WEF launched the Food Innovation Hubs Global Initiative with FAO (UN) as the Collaborator. Leveraging Market Based Partnerships with Public-Private and Civil Society Partners to Scale Up Innovations

Critics have reported that the UNs growing collaboration with the WEF is a platform for Transnational Corporations that allows ‘Global Corporate Capture’ and a dialogue of  Global Decision Making. 240 Civil Society Organizations condemned the 2019 WEF-UN Partnership in an Open Letter stating that it ‘Delegitimizes the UN and weakens the role of UN Member States in Global Decision Making – Increasing the influence of corporations, promoting industrial, technological focused solution to Food Security which risks harming small scale farming practices, causing socio-economical problems. Favoring Corporate Interests over that of vulnerable populations-Threatening Human Rights.

Giving disproportionate power to Corporate Interests, undermining  the Democratic State Nature of the UN as it was originally set out to be. With the WEF & UN public-private relationship increasing investment in Agrifood systems, aborting traditional farming. Collaborating on Data & Digital conditions that produce WEF/UN Initiatives Eg: (One Map & the Future Market Place Playbook) With the FAO (UN) and WEF Co-publishing a White Paper titled ‘Transforming Food Systems for Country Led Innovation’

The WEF/FAO (UN) Food Summit and the Digital and Data Coalition. The WEF long standing relations with UN Agencies. The Alignment of Food Systems Transformation.  Inclusive Partnerships with common goals. The common goal of Transforming Global Food Systems. Providing Data and Stats crucial for informing Policy and Tracking Progress in the Transformation of Global Food Systems

Partnerships that are focused on attracting Investment for the Transformation of Global Food Systems, this includes how Food is Produced, Distributed and Consumed globally. The total destruction of the Free-market Enterprise Innovated Economy (The Freedom To Choose). Multistakeholder Capitalism Klaus Schwabs baby (600 Page Global Redesign Initiative 2010) Produced and adopted post the 2008-2009 World  Financial Recession. Adopted by Governments worldwide

Critics state that this approach shifts Economic Governance away from Competitive Markets towards a model of Self Appointed Group of Corporate and Political Elites. There are also many critics that view the annual DAVOS gatherings as an Undemocratic Opaque Governance Venue where powerful political and corporate leaders make decisions without accountability to the public they represent in UN Member Nation States thus diminishing National Sovereignty

Never let a Good Crisis Go To Waste. Large Corporate Interests that prioritize Conformity over Disruption. The WEF is accused of ‘Crony Capitalism’. Where Corporations use their influence to lobby for favorable regulations and protectionism through Legislations at the expense of a genuine Free-Market enterprising Innovative Economy. Corporations accused of Green Washing (ESG’s)

Initiatives such as the Great Reset proposed by the WEF, advocating for the restructuring of the Global Economy. The lack of Democratic Engagement within UN Member Nation States and Beyond -Globally that do not reflect the interests of UN Member State or Global Population interests but those of the Economical /Political Elite. The Stakeholder Capitalism model seeks to shift responsibility beyond shareholders to a broader group of stakeholders has been criticized as rebranding of the worlds economy. And the Erosion of National Sovereignty

The increasing influence of the WEF over UN Nation State policies and the erosion of National Sovereignty is not without serious concern. The WEF pushing for Global Governance Models that by-pass Nation State Legislatures without civil societies explicit consent. The WEF Global Digital Identification Systems, * Centralized Climate Policies * International Tax Frameworks all encroachments on Nation State Government and the voting public of the Sovereign Nation State. Decision making that cannot be challenged, hence the government is not held accountable by its voting  citizens

The WEF a strong powerful proponent of the Forth Industrial Revolution which encompasses Artificial Intelligence * Automation * Biotechnology being implemented even though populations worldwide have serious concerns about this push into a Technocratic Future of Controlling Forces of Compliancy. The WEF reporting its Vision ‘A Technology Driven Future that includes Mass Digital Surveillance which is being played out rapidly across the world eight now. AI Digital Identification Global Governance (Transforming Our Live by 2030. UN Agenda 2030 SDG 16.9 Everyone is to have a digital ID by 2030) Otherwise you wont be recognized as existing.

NZ participating in the WEF Pilot ‘Digital Regulations’. Without transparency. Did the Government share this information publicly? NO. Was there any public discussion- debate with  the population of NZ. No.  WEF mass digital surveillance, monitoring and a push for a ‘cashless society’. Digital Identity Systems. Government/Corporate surveillance restricting individual autonomy- freedoms- liberties. (Judith Collins Portfolio)

COVID 19 – The WEF played an increasing significant role in shaping Global Health Policies particularly during the COVID Pandemic. Collaborating with Organizations like the WHO (UN) and major Pharmaceutical companies (Big Pharma) to influence  Vax Policies, Digital Health Passes and Pandemic Preparedness Strategies. Concerns have been raised about the WEFs role in promoting policies that benefit Bif Pharma at the expense of transparency and Public Choice. The rapid push for vaccine mandates and Digital Health Passports seen by some as an over-reach prioritizing Corporate Interests over Individual Freedoms

The WEF and the UN have positioned themselves as a global force, with zilch accountability to National Sovereignty and the people whom vote political parties in. This empowers a small global powerful elite to shape the Global Future that do not align with the broader interests of Humanity. This is a global concentration of centralized power (Top Down and Bottom Up) that poses a huge risk to our personal- individual freedoms. Where Governments engage with the WEF /UN behind closed doors when they collaboration – plan to implement the Transforming Of Our Lives before 2030. (Leaving No-One Behind..Everyone..Everywhere.. At Every Age)

We No… What They Are Doing.. They Know- We know what they are Doing.. But they still keep on Doing it.. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine is a Palestinian revolutionary Marxist group. It has been designated a terrorist organization by the EU, Japan, Canada and the US. It used to be part of the PLO but left when the PLO abandoned its goal of destroying Israel. They do not support any two state solution.

TRANSPARENCY ‘ ZILCH ’ NEW ZEALAND CLIMATE NUTTERS (COP 29)

SIMON WATT Climate Change Minister National Party return from the 11 day UN FCC Climate Change event at Batu celebrating the long years of negotiations of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Outcome 196 Parties agreed to what had been years of debate and negotiations. Outcome ‘More Renewables and yes ‘Sustainable Projects’, more investments unlocked. The prioritizing of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement to facilitate globally centralize carbon credit trading. Describing this as necessary, critical for mobilizing private capital to keep temperatures below 1.6 degrees by 2050. (The goal post  were previously moved from 2030 to 2050)

In NZ successive govts design their own initiatives to reach the same end goal. “Zero Carbons’ and Below 1.5 degrees by 2050. Farmer Mark Cameron ACT Party MP prior to becoming a MP, made various tweets about the ‘climate nutter’s’ and David Seymour has called them Climate Zealots, describing himself as a Luke Warmist’. With Mark Cameron now saying he did apologies for those tweets he made. And David Seymour’s ACT Party Climate Change Policy of 2008 being exposed publicly by the propaganda machine, first said “No, it did not exist” and then later admitting it did exist.

The Climate Change Policy was reported to be on ACTS website late Friday morning, but Friday evening it had disappeared, in between these hours David Seymour had a run in with the Green Party that day, which allegedly led to ACT removing their Climate Change Policy that day. Seymour stated the policy has been on the ACT website for several years. What we have now is “that was then and this is now”

What was on the ACT Party Climate Policy 2008 that caused ACT Party to remover it from their website. (Stuff NZ published a link to the policy) which I have researched. Firstly the GOAL of their Climate Change Policy ..”No New Zealand Govt will ever impose needless unjustified taxation on NZ Citizens in a misguided attempt to ‘reduce global warming. Or become a global leader in ‘carbon neutrality’.

The Background of ACT Climate Police is described as “INZ Labour Govt is determined to lead the world in the race to carbon neutrality. New Zealand can do nothing about, or have any impact on the global climate. NZ is NOT warming. No warming trend since 1970, slight warming since 1950 but of no significance. Warming moderately would be beneficial for ‘land based production’, ‘human health’ reduce household heating bills. High Sea Levels, extreme weather events are unproven conjecture

NZ’s policies to reduce emissions could not conceivably reduce global warming. Govt can pay billions of dollars to foreign govts like Russia for Carbon Credits to offset emissions it will make no difference to climate change. NOTE: Morgan Report NZ was named the biggest climate crims in the world as they continued to purchased fraudulent carbon credits from Russia and Ukraine when they knowing they were fraudulent credits, it was alleged that NZ planned to use them in 2020 to meet their obligation to UN IPCC Agreement. Other countries back away, but NZ continued on purchasing the credits because they were so cheap. Some companies kept them made profits from these

 ACT Party Climate Change Policy also included:- “Government forcing us to pay more for fuel & electricity beyond 2012. Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) lends itself to corrupt allocations of permits. Refers to seedy MMP negotiations being rammed through Parliament. Reckless distortions of NZ’s economy the cause of an ineffectual UN Kyoto Protocol emissions target (below 1.5 degrees). 1990 Emissions targets were unacceptable to the US and China

Reference made to The NZ Institute of Economic Research 2008 study Proposed ETS Scheme’  (a) The Impact of Diary  land values will fall by 40%  (b) Beef & Sheep land values will fall be 23%  (c) Annual household incomes will fall by $3,000  (d) Average hourly rate will fall be $2.30  € Annually 22,000 jobs will be lost. With ACT Party stating at the time they are the only ones opposing the ETS Scheme.

Under the heading of Freedom in ACTS Climate Change Policy: People should be free to live their lives, work how they choose, make their own decisions – unless there is scientific evidence showing their actions are not damaging the environment. NOTE: Successive Govts determine Science is settled, it is evidential ‘science is unsettled. Pseudo-science , inaccurate measuring within data models (Rubbish in and rubbish out). We humans are the people with targets on our backs.

I know they are lying, you know they are lying.. they know that we know they are lying.. but they just keep on lying. Different designs same end goals. ACT Party Climate Policy reads “Do not make rods for our own backs” referring to methane gas in calculations, the Kyoto Protocol agreement needs to be amended. The distinguishing between real pollutants and Carbon Dioxide is vital. Carbon Dioxide is necessary for Human Survival, crucial for Plant Growth. Make decisions on sound science Not beliefs and Ideologies which are increasingly divorced from reason

Use the commonsense approach  (1) ACT will repeal the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). Withdraw from the UN Kyoto Protocol. (2) Major investments will not depend on the economic viability of Hydro-power, geo-thermal power, these will stand on their own two feet. (3) Reform the Resource Management Act and the Local Govt Act 2002. The Local Govt Act 2002 was passed with a loophole that allowed companies to breach trade waste water regulations without being prosecuted, this causing major expenses for ratepayers over the last 20 plus years.

Ensure govt agencies, advisors acknowledge any conflicts of interest.  ACT Climate Policy 2008 Vote for Act we are the only Party that opposes the ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme).  COP 29 eleven day UN FCC Climate Change gathering Simon Watt Climate Change Minister celebrates. 196 countries sign up to strengthen the UN Global Governance. To achieve UN Global Agenda 2030. A corporate capture with WEF Corporate partners with their feet under UN Agency tables. (13th June 2019- UN & WEF signed a partnership memorandum as well as a Letter Of Intent. To accelerate, advance UN Agenda 2030 (A corporate capture).

10 Years of international negotiations, discussions, debates finally COP29 agrees on Article 26 of the Paris Agreement. The United Nations global centralization of the Emissions Trading Scheme. Simon Watt- Parliament is not discussing the notorious complexity, the risks, harms to the community. He is not talking about the banks that are pushing our farmers into enforcement of their emissions portfolio’s. Targeting farmers with rural lending costing farmers more than others. Consequently pushing the price of food up. Effects us all. No Farmers No Food.

The totalitarian dictatorship worldwide to control humanity. The weaponizing of the weather, the weaponizing of health. Transparency zilch. Climate models inaccuracies. Lies, corruption– rubbish in and rubbish out . More  information to follow on how many millions of NZ dollars are funding this massive scam. How the ACT Party has just skirted around the edges, tipping their toes into the scam but never taking a deep dive to expose the massive scam this is costing New Zealanders. And since NZ COP 29 will cost a lot more.

TRANSPARENCY ‘ ZILCH ’ NEW ZEALAND  CLIMATE NUTTERS (COP 29)

New Zealand climate nutters skirt around the edges and never take a deep dive to protect the interests of NZ Citizens.  David Seymour authored a book titled ‘Own Your Own Future’ A Liberal Vision of New Zealand in 2017′ describing himself as a ‘luke warmist’. But also stating that whatever NZ does as far as Climate Policy is concerned it will make zilch difference to climate change. We are just being Good Global Citizens’ Simon Watt National Party Climate Change Minister returns from the 11 day UN International Climate Change gathering celebrating 196 party’s agreeing to negotiations that had taken 10 years to achieve. Like all MPs he skirts around the edges but will not publicize the true guts of Article 6, what it really entails and how will New Zealanders be impacted. Zilch transparency.

Chief Air Marshal Kevin Short Chief of New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF)..2020-2025 LGBTTiQ + Plan Report includes the following :- Recognizing, responding participating with the LGBTQ1+ community, with top down leadership for a inclusive Defence Force  (LGBTQ 1 + Inclusive Military) In 2014  the NZDF was recognized as being the worlds most LGBTQ1+ Inclusive Military by the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies. In late 2019 were awarded the Tainbow Tick. The NZDF accomplished their pledge towards being a more diverse inclusive organization.

 Next being the LGBTT1Q+ Inclusion Plan formalizing the Inclusive Diversity od NZDF and the LGBTT1Q + Community. Liz Huckerby Chief People Officer. The LGBTTQ1+ NZDF Plan is described as a ‘Living Document’ which will be modified and added to. NZDF is reported to be the global leader in military LGBTTQ1+ Inclusion and celebrates, embraces this with PRIDE. With a Rainbow Tick

NZDF TERMINOLOGY OF LGBTTQ1+ ACRONYM IS USED TO REPRESENT THE RAINBOW COMMUNITY: Also inclusive of takatāpui and diverse Māori gender identities…. LGBTTIQ+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, takatāpui, intersex and queer/ questioning, and the + represents other identities not captured in the letters of the acronym.

THE ACRONYM TAKATAPUI: Embraces all Maori with diverse genders, identities, sexualities, sex characteristics includes whakawāhine, tangata ira tāne, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex and queer and emphasizes Maori cultural and spiritual identity as equal to gender identity, sexuality or having a diverse sex characteristic (Kerekere 2017). States that the Acronym used to refer to the Rainbow Community can be limiting, with changing attitudes, language used for sexual orientation and gender identity

THE ACRONYM ‘LGBT’ has evolved, changed, expanded, grown universally, nationally. (MY THOUGHTS )You can now be a ‘Furry ‘ If you wish. How would NZDF responded to cat litter boxes in their toilets? Yes acronyms have increased alright to many 100’s of gender identities universally. The NZDF state now the LGBTTQ1+ has a few more letter added.. however they do have  many more letter added to the Acronym. NZDF state there is no consensus over which acronym to use all are welcome it appears, all characteristics, all gender identities, all sexual orientations . NZDF state ‘ Not Intended to be limited)

NZDF SOURCES OF INFORMATION: Include from the PRISM  Report. The NZ Human Rights Commission – Sexual Orientation,Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) (Human Rights Commission 2020).                         The use of their terminology pronoun use. But using a different perspective for Pacific Island Countries namely  ‘MVPFAFF’.     *Mahu in Tahiti and Hawai’i;      *Vaka sa lewa lewa in Fiji;     *Palopa in Papua New Guinea;     * Fa’afafine in Samoa and American Samoa;    * Akava’ine in the Cook Islands;      *Fakaleiti or leiti in the Kingdom of Tonga;     *Fakafefine in Niue.

THE NZDF Sources of information come from various sources. Reference to discrimination, harassment of gender identified people is reference to  (PricewaterhouseCoopers, 2016). NZ Legislation under International Human Rights Law – obligations extend to LGBTTQ1++ people include all the Furry Identities. As does the NS Human Rights Act 1993. Also the Health & Safety at Work Act 2015

NZDF SUPPORT PROMOTE PARTICIPATE IN VISIBLE. VOCAL AND VALUED .. EMBRACED LGBTTQ1+ Peoples, communities .  Highly value their Rainbow Tick. To  support the transition  gender diverse to  their preferred  gender identity. The leanings away from  Heterosexual normality- XX and XY to all gender identities that emerge that are unlimited. Participates in  the cross agency network CARN , promoting inclusion across other sectors, agencies (inclusion initiatives)sector and support agencies to implement inclusion initiatives

NZDF OverWatch’ Initiative activity is funded pout of the  Directorate of Diversity and Inclusion’s budget. The Directorate of Diversity and Inclusion demonstrating strong leadership to support LGBTTQ1++ by NZDF HR Business Partners and the NZDF Executive Committee (EXCO), the public sector via The public Service Commission and Combined Agency Rainbow Network (CARN) make LGBTTQ1+ an ongoing promotion of Inclusive Diversity Policies and Practice in Education and the Workplace.(

NZDF supporting local  LGBTTIQ+ community events, including regional events and festivals. – Partnering with other agencies and external organization’s . Actively promoting discussion around sexual orientation, gender diversity and intersex. Supporting, embracing implementing the NZDF LGBTTQ1+ Inclusion Journey (2020-2025 A Living Document) Investigate ways to expand the LGBTTQ1+ Ideology . – Support education and training necessary to ensure correct terminology is used (The appropriate pronouns for the Trans community)

NZDF – Directing that LGBTTIQ+ awareness is incorporated into diversity and inclusion training and recruit / induction training. Set the tone down the chain. To down and Bottom Up Approach. Respect Pronouns. Measure success via metrics.  Strategies and Policies of NZDF to be Rainbow Diversity and Inclusion to be considered in strategic documents, In setting out policies and procedures, work plans, recruitment.

NZDF Policies, practices  are non-heteronormative and inclusive of LGBTTIQ+. Continue to work with Employee Led Networks and conduct regular meetings working towards the formation of a Diversity council.

NZDF MILITARY – CIVILIAN  RECUITMENT: Continue to include diversity statement in job advertisements and service offerings. Ensures support for staff transition, access to unisex toilets accommodate trans personnel PROMOTE USE OF PRONOUNS NZDF WIDE: Removal of status identifiers from NZDF emails in a move away from heteronormative identifiers Continued integration with DRO and DPA to ensure. internal and external Rainbow diversity including the use of Rainbow Tick branding. NZDF SUPPLY CHAINS: Continued integration with DRO and DPA to ensure internal and external Rainbow diversity including the use of Rainbow Tick branding

PROMOTING PARTICIPATION :All NZDF including Senior Leaders to be involved in Rainbow Events (such as Pride Parades) Use trans imagery  Rainbow Diversity Training, which spans from Recruits to Senior Staff

Ensure training content includes information relevant to the LGBTTIQ+ community. That Military and Civilian recruitments continue to include diversity statement in job advertisements and service offerings.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS AS DESCRIBED BY THE NZDF  obtained from NZ Human Rights Commission 2020 PRISM REPORT.

Asexual – A person who does not experience sexual attraction to others.

Bisexual – A person who experiences romantic and/or sexual attraction to their own and other genders.

Cisgender – A person whose gender aligns with their sex assigned at birth.

Gay – A person who experiences romantic and/ or sexual attraction to people of the same gender. More commonly used in relation to males.

Gender diverse – An umbrella term used by some who identify outside of the male/female gender binary. Being transgender can be one way of being gender diverse, but not all gender diverse people identify as transgender and vice versa.

Gender expression – refers to a person’s presentation of gender through physical appearance –including dress, hairstyles, accessories, cosmetics – and mannerisms, speech, behavioural patterns, names and personal references. Gender expression may or may not conform to a person’s gender identity.

Gender identity – refers to each person’s deeply felt internal and individual experience of gender, which may or may not correspond with the sex assigned at birth, including the personal sense of the body (which may involve, if freely chosen, modification of bodily appearance or function by medical, surgical or other means) and other expressions of gender, including dress, speech and mannerisms.

Heterosexual – A person who experiences romantic attraction and/or sexual attraction to people of a different gender.

Homosexual – A person who experiences romantic attraction and/or sexual attraction to people of the same gender.

Intersex – A person whose sex characteristics are more diverse than typical definitions for male or female bodies, including sexual anatomy, reproductive organs, hormonal patterns, and/or chromosome patterns.

Lesbian – A woman who experiences romantic attraction and/or sexual attraction to other women.

LGBTTIQ+ – An acronym of different identities within Rainbow communities, including Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual. The plus denotes inclusion of other terms not listed.

Non-binary – An umbrella term for gender identities which are neither male nor female.

PACIFIC COMMUNITIES:  Have their own culturally specific terms relating to sexual orientation and gender identities. These concepts are more or just as much about familial, genealogical, social, and cultural selfhood. Fa’afafine (Samoa & American Samoa), Leiti/ Fakaleiti (Tonga), Fakafifine (Niue), Akava’ine(Cook Islands), Pina (Tuvalu), Māhū (Taihiti and Hawaii), Vakasalewalewa (Fiji) and Palopa (Papua New Guinea).

Pansexual – A person who experiences romantic and/or sexual attraction to people regardless of their sex or gender.

Queer – A reclaimed umbrella term that encompasses identities and expressions outside of heterosexual, monogamous, and normative gender expressions.

Rainbow communities – An umbrella term commonly used in Aotearoa to describe those who have a diverse sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and sex characteristics.

Sex assigned at birth – All babies are assigned a sex at birth, usually determined by a visual observation of external genitalia. A person’s gender may or may not align with their sex assigned at birth.

Sex characteristics – refer to each person’s physical features relating to sex, including genitalia and other sexual and reproductive anatomy, chromosomes, hormones, and secondary physical features emerging from puberty.

Sexual orientation – refers to each person’s capacity for profound emotional, affectional and sexual attraction to, and intimate and sexual relations with, individuals of a different gender or the same gender, or more than one gender.

SOGIESC – An acronym including sexual orientation, gender expression and identity, and sex characteristics.

Takatāpui – A traditional Māori term which means ‘intimate companion of the same sex.’ It has been reclaimed by some Māori to describe their diverse sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and sex characteristics.

Tangata ira tāne – A te reo Māori term which roughly translates as trans man.

Transgender – An umbrella term for a person whose gender differs from their sex assigned at birth. Transgender people may be binary or non-binary, and some opt for some form of medical intervention (such as hormone therapy or surgery). Used as an adjective rather than a noun, and often shortened to ‘trans.’

Transition – Steps taken by trans people to live in their gender which may include social, legal, or medical aspects. A social transition may include changing clothes, hair, pronouns, or name; a legal transition may include changing name and/or gender marker on legal documents; and a medical transition may include medical treatments such laser hair removal, hormone therapy, or various surgeries. There are no wrong or right ways to transition; each person will have their own personal goals.

Trans man – A man who was assigned female at birth.

Trans woman – A woman who was assigned male at birth.

Transsexual – An older term considered to be outdated by some younger populations. Transsexual is not an umbrella term; those who prefer this term often see it as an important distinction from transgender. It may refer to a person who has had or is in the process of changing their body to affirm their gender

THE 2024 AND BEYOND ‘ NEW ZEALAND STATE THOUGHT POLICE’ RELEASED UNDER THE OIA ACT

NZ POLICE RELEASE HATE CRIME INFORMATION UNDER OFFICIAL INFORMATIONS ACT:  Police  release its responses to some recent Official Information Act requests where it is considered they contain data and information that has wider public interest

ONE RULE- ONE LAW- ONE TRUTH ‘PERCEIVED HATE CRIME: ( The Governance Pact for the Future- all of humanity) A global Digital Surveillance, monitoring of all Social Media Sites- Social Media Sites- Obey or pay heavy fines to the global governance (UN)

POST MARCH 15TH 2019 NZ GOVT INTRODUCED ‘ POLICE STATE ‘THOUGHT POLICING:  Beyond 2019 and beyond 2024. If a person does not like what you say to them they can report this to the police, the police will give that person a reference number, that they can use time and time again. This record can be obtained by the judiciary if a person has to attend court at any time.

THE FOLLOWING IS DOCUMENTED ON THE NZ POLICE WEBSITE:

POLICE DATA DOES NOT MEAN THAT HATE IS MOTIVATED: Hate does not have to be proven, a motivating factor. Hate is based on a ’Persons Perception’ . In other words its self-determined.  The so called  witness to  a perceived hate speech can report this to the police. The receiver of the perceived hate speech can report this to the police

HATE SPEECH CAN BE BY WAY OF  BIAS OR PREJUDICE: Data shown does not mean that Hate has been proven to be a motivating factor. However . as of 2019 NZ Police can record ‘hate’ as a motivating factor to any crime or non-criminal incident.

RUBBISH IN- RUBBISH OUT- Data In and Data out. There has been an increase of reports since August 2019, but that does not necessarily mean the overall level of hate crime is motivated crime in NZ has grown, but rather could reflect increased awareness, improving reporting and recording of these crimes. It will be several years until the underlying level of hate motivated crime in NZ becomes clear through data

HATE CRIME IN NEW ZEALAND IS BASED ON  A PERSONS PERCEPTION: Means anyone, including the call taker, police officer, victim or witness believe that a crime was motivated by Bias or Prejudice, it will be flagged in the Police System as  ‘Perceived Hate’. Any further investigation carried out or any subsequent Court proceeding will be considered under the Sentencing Act 2002 (Section 9 (1) (h)

PERCEIVED HATE SPEECH ‘ COURT HEARINGS’. Under the Sentencing Act 2002 (1) (h) Section 9 The Judicial may determine whether hate is confirmed as the motivation for the offence before the court, whatever that offence may be.

NZ POLICE RECORD REPORTED HATE MOTIVATED CRIMES: And incidents based on a persons perception. States ‘Given the dynamic nature of Police Systems and the possibility of a future investigation- outcomes, records and data may have changed, or could change in the future since the data was originally released.

HATE MOTIVATION OR PREJUDICE: Where Police records an offence and identifies the Hate or Prejudice formed part of or whole of the motivation behind the offence this file is flagged as ‘Hate Crime’. Any recorded offences can be flagged for having a ‘Perceived Hate’ as a contributing factoir. Police have developed a working definitions in relation to hate crime, hate incidents and hate speech as adopted from a broad landscape of definitions and terminology across agencies and communities within Aotearoa NZ and internationally for Police specific operational purposes

CAPTURE THE DATA ON FLAGGED AS HATE CRIME: Police definition of Hate Crame is Perception Based. For each offence flagged as perceived hate police are required to capture the ‘protected characteristic’ targeted, were targeted. Police can record multiple ‘Protected Characteristics’ against each offence.

PERCEIVED CHARACTERISTIC OF HATE CRIME: The subcategory of Protected Characteristic, there is a ‘Perceived Characteristic’ which provides more glandular data about the identity of the person targeted by that offence. BREAKDOWN OF ALL HATE CRIME INCIDENTS JANUARY 2023 – FEBRUARY 2024  (OIA Request & Response)  By the type of offence reported  Again using Hate Crime as defined by the Police  as a ‘Potential Hate’ motive’.  Protected Characteristic and Perceived Hate Crime . Police are committed to continuing the development of reporting capabilities, to provide more detailed data when they are able to do so

HOW MANY CHARGES OF HATE CRIME HAVE POLICE LAID?: OIA Request to NZ Police 4th April 2024   Also what are  * outcome of these cases where a charge was laid . The response to this OIA Request by NZ Police was 1 Page which read : Police systems do not currently facilitate automatic reporting on the outcome of hate related occurrences.

NZ POLICE ‘GATHERING OIA REQUESTED INFORMATION: Will require significant manual work or creation of new reporting systems. Therefore your request is refused under Section 18f of the OIA as the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation of research.
