This new technology that’s transforming cities, societies, the New Urban Agenda. Algorithms are shaping the outcomes all over the place, our world and the world around us. The influence of Algorithms is massive as to influencing life itself.

Because people , governments, Organizations, groups can make any claim they want about what their Algorithm can or cannot do, but no-one can really stop them.  How do we know the benefits verses the risks of Algorithms, we do not.  Algorithms can be of great benefit in certain situations but in  situations where the State itself is the creator of these invisible pieces of code called Algorithms then we should be seriously concerned.

Algorithms are made up of small pieces of invisible code, so if these codes are invisble, why would you even believe the government, the creator of these algorithms when they report transparancy????
