A DIRE WARNING FOR ALL NEW ZEALANDER’S ‘CAN WE STOP THIS BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE’?

THE ‘BEEHIVE’  MASS MIGRATION BILL THESE ARE VALID REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED

UNEMPLOYMENT: 4th July 2024  ANZ reported that Job seeker numbers jump 40,000 more people are expected to be out of work by 2025 (Stuff NZ) Unemployment is rising, the number of people on Job seeker has risen by 14,000 compared to June last year. 40,000 plus people could be without a job by the end of this year. For many this is mentally challenging. Ministry Of Social Development data shows week ending June 30th 2024 there were 113,415 people work ready on job seeker support, receiving a weekly payment that supports people until they can find work. This has jumped up by 14,709 from the week ending 30th June 2023.   June 14 to June 21, 2024, recipients had jumped by 702. People on the Jobseeker Support- Health Condition or Disability also increased from 73,836 to 82,482 in the same period.

MASSIVE SHORTAGE OF JOBS: 18th April 2018 The Beehive  replayed Jacinda Ardern’s speech she made at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation in Berlin, as she shared the platform with Chanceller Angela Merkel. The topic was Progressive and Inclusive Growth, she introduced her speech embracing the fact that she had in previous years been the President of the International Union of Socialist Youth and had attended the UN during that time.. where she said she discussed the emerging financial crisis with other Socialist members, saying she sensed a global uncertainty at the time. Is universal basic income on the way?

GOVERNMENT CHOOSES MESSAGES OF FEAR OR HOPE: Then Ardern changed course with her speech to that of Globalization, saying “of course its not new, in NZ we have grappled with this issue and its impact for decades, the sense of insecurity has strengthened over the years. Globalization has been distributed disproportionately to the few, there’s a growing sense that ordinary people  are working harder and harder just to stay in the same place”, she said. Ardern then added “rapid technological change is happening in every country, even in New Zealand where the workforce faces the prospect of ‘that more than 45% of jobs will no longer exist or be completely replaced  within just 2 decades. We can offer a message of hope, or one of fear” As politicians we have a choice as to how we respond to this growing, but justifiable dissatisfaction. “We either offer a message of hope, or a message of fear” she said.. The whole of NZ Government knew about the risk of 45% unemployment within 2 decades in 2018.  Reuters News August 7th 2024  (Asia/Pacific) Refers to  NZ’s Rising Jobless Rate.  Rising unemployment in NZ, annual wage growth at 2 year low.

HOUSING: Housing Crisis in New Zealand has persists after 4 decades. 24th August 2023. Over a hundred thousand people in New Zealand are experiencing homelessness.. Increasing property costs are an economic burden, affecting the living standards and mental wellbeing of  families.  40 percent living in overcrowded homes. 14th March 2024 NZ Herlad ‘NZs Housing Crisis Has Not Eased And It’s Going To Get Worse. ANZ It’s a Case of Back To The Future says ANZ Economists as they refer to NZ’s widening Housing Deficit (30/5/2023) Surging migration and falling residential construction has seen the return of the housing deficit.

HOUSE RENTALS: Auckland’s Housing Crisis, severe shortage of housing. Rent value continues to climb, standing at $690 per week, a 6% increase from the same period last year. . Demographics reveals that renters under the age of 30 constitute the largest segment, comprising 34.3% of those actively searching for properties. Closely behind are those aged 30-39, representing 32.9% of the market. However, it’s important to note that the housing crisis extends beyond generation gaps, with significant percentages of renters in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s and above grappling with the challenges of finding suitable accommodation.

AFFORDABLE HOMES: The shortage of affordable housing in Auckland has far-reaching consequences, impacting individuals, families, and the broader community. High rental prices strain household budgets, leaving many families struggling to make ends meet. For younger generations, soaring rents pose a significant barrier to saving for homeownership, perpetuating a cycle of renting and financial instability. Furthermore, inadequate housing options contribute to overcrowding and homelessness, exacerbating social inequalities and compromising public health.

HEALTH:  Funding for Health fails to keep up with Inflation or demand- (Doctors Union) 13th May 2024 . Taxpayers money that is earmarked for Health every year is failing to keep pace with inflation or demand,               1 in 3 NZrs are missing out on Healthcare of some kind (Said Doctors Union Report) Patients are being caught in the revolving doors of the Health System. “If you don’t get preventative care, then you end up in the emergency system. If you end up in the emergency system, you end up in the hospital. Then the Hospital cannot deliver the planned care, therefore people who need planned care deteriorate, need more support in Primary Care. Then Primary Care gets busier, can’t support people so they end up in emergency care, this is the cycle that’s happening where people cannot get their health needs met, this is just terrible

PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: Prof Robin Gauld University of Otago Centre for Health Systems said that “health funding is not sufficient to meet current demand, never has been and does now, let alone in the future, it’s a national scandal”  13th August 2024 ‘The Post’ News..A Health System On The Brink of Failure’. . Access to Primary Healthcare is a crucial yet a ¼ million Kiwi’s cannot even register with a local GP. This is a daily reality for thousands of families. Parents unable to get timely care for their sick children. Elderly patients struggling to manage chronic health conditions without regular checkups, working adults delay treatment for health issues that are left unchecked which could become serious and life threatening

G P SHORTAGE: Ripple through communities, Longer waiting times, overcrowded emergency depts dealing with issues that should be handled in Primary Care. Increased stress on Health Workforce. In Rural areas the situation is often more dire, with some communities being left with no GP services at all.

NZ MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM FAILUIRE:  This is a real threat to NZ’s public Health System. Solving the GP Crisis is not just about healthcare.. Youth Mental Health is experiencing a rolling crisis with increased waiting times (10/4/2024. NZ Mental Health Service is broken in NZ states World Mental Health Foundation. NZ Doctors say this is ‘soul destroying to see NZ Mental Health System no longer fit for purpose (Study 500 Physicians 19/9/2023)

INFRASTRUCTURE: ‘ TRANSPORT’ The $200 Billion Problem. How broken is NZ Infrastructure?  (27/3/2024 Stuff. NZ) Refers to years and years of under-investment in the current infrastructure. NZ Herald 25th June 2024 NZs Infrastructure woes. How do we fix a $1 trillion problem? The Government is being warned that it must invest in New Zealand’s ageing infrastructure – or face the prospect of a major disaster. It comes after a week of infrastructure woes, with the Defence Force plane breaking down, a track fault cancelling all trains in Auckland, widespread power cuts in Northland, and an Interisland ferry running aground. On Friday, the Aratere Inter-islander ferry was on its way to Wellington when it experienced steering failure just outside Picton. The same ferry that lost power in 2023 when 538 people were on board.

A TRILLION DOLLARS TO FIX: Investment ‘infrastructure” “The Government’s worst nightmare would be something more like last year’s Kaitaki incident if that ferry had not narrowly avoided disaster. There were 864 people on board, the ship lost power in Cook Strait and started drifting towards Wellington’s rocky south coast and issued a Mayday call. New Zealand has under-invested in core infrastructure for years, well below the average OECD spend. ASB estimates it is going to cost about $1 trillion to fix our infrastructure and bring it up to standard.

LOCAL GOVT ACT 2002 ‘ THE ADDED COST TO NZ RATE PAYERS: 24th June 2024 NZ Herald ‘NZs Infrastructure  caused by a lack of long term thinking..refers to decaying infrastructure. However 2002 The Local Govt Bill, before it was passed as legislation the government knew that there was a major loophole in the Act, where businesses could not be fined, brought before the courts for dumping contaminate waste water, which could have been fixed within a month but 2 decades later and still not fixed.  27th January 2021 RNZ reported that a drafting error was stopping contamination fines, which could have been fixed within a month referring to the Local Govt Act 2002

NEGLECTFUL ‘IGNORANCE OF GOVERNMENT’ :Never mind ‘Just Blame the Farmers’ rather than admit blame themselves. An RNZ investigation found at least 270 companies had breached trade waste water consents in one year, none faced prosecution Council pleas fell on death ears for almost 20 years. In 2021 it was said that Nanaia Mahuta Local  Govt Minister needs to get her A into G and set some penalties, amend the legislation. Stuart Crosby President of Local Government NZ lobbied for 18 years for change, for the government to close the loophole. Brand name companies across NZ were breaching waste water consents several times a year. Ammonia, toxins and other hazardous wastes were being leached into drains. Ammonia eating away pipes under the ground, where vehicles and people have fallen into this broken infrastructure. 2024 and still not fixed.  The Govt preferring an Educational point of view to deal with the breaching of waste water consents rather than fining companies. A huge expense for Rates Payers to fork out.

THE STATE OF NZ ROADS: RNZ 9th January 2024 ‘They are a Laughing Stock’. Anger Over State Highway One’ ‘POTHOLES’. Several sections of NZs state highways are described as in ‘shocking condition’. The Automobile Association (AA) saying that State Highway 1 is the ‘poor shop window’ of a network riddled with potholes and road surface issues. There are reports of roads being in horrendous condition, just patches on patches. Transport Minister Simeon Brown said in the Morning Report that the State Of NZ Roads are in the 100day plan. National promised in the election $500 million dollar ‘Pothole Repair Fund’. This is merely a band-aid approach. Remember Marsden Point produced 70% of the bitumen used on NZ Roads, and the Labour led govt closed Marsden. Leaving NZrs with a boat without a paddle- sink or swim. No quick fix.. Buying international bitumen does not have the same quality as the Bitumen produced at Marsden Point.

EDUCATION: Christopher Luxon Education achievement has declined over the last 30 years, 2/3rds of students are failing to pass minimum literacy and numeracy standards for NCEA, 98% of Decile One Year 10 students failed a basic writing test, jeopardizing children’s futures.  The Education Dept  Government is failing our young, they are being dumbed down. Start teaching them their ABCs instead of their LGBTQ1+++ and stop teaching race based ideologies.

DEFICIT IN CLASSROOMS: RNZ reports 4th July 2024 ‘New Schools and Classrooms Urgently Needed In High Growth Areas, Ministry Warns. Reference was made to a Briefing Pape  April 2024 ‘ “ A roll bulge (increase) moving through secondary schools, referring to migration bringing an extra 20,800 school children. 10,400 of them to Auckland.  A briefing warned “postposing new schools could create overcrowding at existing schools in high growth areas”. Reference was made to infrastructure where school buildings are designed to fill a capacity of 1200 students and now there are 1400 students in those schools (where the water pressure drops because of the amount of flushing going on and the amount of water used.

MIGRATION ‘MASS MIGRATION’ INSANITY : The Beehive speaker Erica Stanford Minister for Immigration. ‘Unsustainable Migration’ Year 2023 – 2024 migration was 173,000 non-New Zealand citizens. Rember we have 400,000 people without jobs on the jobseeker until they can find jobs, under the Traffic Lights System, Jacinda Ardern’s words in 2018 45% unemployment in NZ within 2 decades. Homeless is still a huge problem and Rents increasing significantly. School infrastructure not coping, infrastructure needs major maintenance, waiting times for doctors, emergency depts dealing with cases that could be seen by a doctor, but several weeks waiting to see some GPs.

IMMIGRATION NZ IS CORRUPT TO THE CORE:  As Immigration staff tell of behind the scenes dysfunction to RNZ News 3rd September 2023.  Immigration officers told to ignore criminal conviction, ignore investigations, ignore warns, ignored attached documents, grant applications for work, student, visitor and residence visa’s. Take all on face value. Pass as quickly as possible. Those that pass the most get a ‘shout out” those whom are too slow get a ‘warning’ Do not query, use a streamline approach on visitors visa’s. If migration staff declined an application senior managers over-ruled it. Immigration staff were deeply unhappy about this, with some leaving their jobs. It was those that left their jobs that reported this to RNZ . Immigration NZ corrupt to the core. Surely this is a National Security Risk.

THE MASS MIGRATIONS BILL May 2024 Beehive. Amending provisions of the 2009 Immigration Act. Preparing for mass migration arrival in NZ, preserving Human Rights for Migrants. Note like other countries, where there is mass migration in Britain they have further increased their Hate Speech, censoring and monitoring laws. NZ Police website rfer to ‘Perceived Hate Speech that is likely to hurt a persons feelings, to be reported, and record on Police Data Records.

BEEHIVE’ MASS MIGRATION BILL’ READING: Sitting date 1/5/2024 Minister of Immigration Erica Stanford National Party. P[resented the Bill in Parliament saying Mass Migration Arrivals into NZ are likely. Refers to NZ Border settings. Mass Migration to NZ is very real, NZ must be prepared for mass arrivals. Irregular (means Unlawful) maritime mass migrant arrivals will have their rights ensured, upheld as if they were Regular Migrants (Legal)

UN LAUNCHES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR URGENT MISINFORMATION, DISINFORMATION:- HATE SPEECH 24TH June 2024 . Global Principles for Information Integrity address risks posed by advances in AI. Misinformation, disinformation, hate speech and other risks to the information ecosystem are fueling conflict, threatening democracy and human rights, and undermining public health and climate action. “The United Nations Global Principles for Information Integrity aim to empower people to demand their rights,” said the Secretary-General. “At a time when billions of people are exposed to false narratives, distortions and lies, these principles lay out a clear path forward, firmly rooted in human rights, including the rights to freedom of expression and opinion.”  The UN chief issued an urgent appeal to government, tech companies, advertisers and the PR industry to step up and take responsibility for the spread and monetization of content that results in harm. Building a future with Migrants (UN Expert) Geneva 18th December 2023

UN AGENDA 2030’GLOBAL  MIGRATION GOVERNANCE’ Legal frameworks must be people-centred, human rights-based and gender-responsive to ensure social inclusion of all groups in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This process must include migrants. Efforts should be made to improve the ability, opportunity and dignity of migrants to be fully integrated into societies. eliminate all forms of discriminatory narratives and hate speech against migrants. Must have access to information, adequate housing, health, development, family life, freedom of religion or belief, cultural rights, and education.

NZ GOVERNMENT STRONGLY SUPPORTS INTERNATIONAL RULES BASED ORDER: Migration is at the core of UN Agenda 2030 , global development goals for the 21st century and beyond. Mass migration does not promise to deliver  economic benefits. It puts enormous pressure on housing (the rental market) and affects home ownership, , public health services,  education, transport, infrastructure and the Health System

UN AGENDA 2030: The COVID plandemic did not quite cut the cloth so to speak. Mass Migration is quick and effective  and highly responsive, transformative in social and behavioral engineering. Not forgetting Corporate Capture (WEF feet under the table of the UN). UN documents that the Mayors Migration Council and the Mayors Mitigation Council  have been a very influencing factor in mass migration in westernized countries. Local Government such as Auckland Council are being referred to as City Governments) C40 Cities are partner in arms as to the global agenda for mass migration (noted by the UN) Auckland is a C40 City. (Noted on their website WEF Fourth Industrial Revolution.

MASS MIGRATION IS ALREADY HAPPENING IN NZ AND ITS GOING TO GET MUCH WORSE…LOOK WHATS HAPPENING IN THE US, ACROSS EUROPE, UK..THEY LEFT IT TOO LATE.. WILL WE, NEW ZEALAND ALSO DO THE SAME?  OBVIOUSLY MIGRATION IS IMPLEMENTED GLOBALLY ADOPTED LOCALLY- NATIONALLY

IF YOU ARE HAPPY LET US KNOW IT “CLAP YOUR HANDS” EEM.. SILENCE IS A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY CALLED ‘HAPPINESS’

In 2019 Ardern introduced Happiness Indicators to replace NZ’s Gross Domestic Production. The GDP is a standard measure of the value created through the production of goods and services during NZ during a certain period of time. Eg: Measures income earned from production, total spent on final goods and services (Less imports). Its simply the measurement of a country’s economic health. Forbes reported on 11th July 2012 ‘NZ Ditches GDP for ‘Happiness & Wellbeing’

Describing the NZ Govt’s Happiness Index helps govts use their budgets to increase welfare of citizens instead of economic health, a policy shift for government spending. GDP had become under scrutiny as a govt planning tool with decision makers turning instead to a Happiness Index which includes ‘Happiness Indicators’. Yet GDP had been a dependable tool to determine the economic health of a country, where the nations GDP is divided by its population to determine the GDP per capita.

Ardern also in 2019 followed her news measurement of Happiness and Wellbeing of the population of NZ with a first ever ‘Well-being Budget’, where she introduced an increase of $200million in services aimed at victims of domestic violence and housing programs for the homeless population within NZ. Ardern’s new decision making policy is described as ‘progressive, one no other major country had so explicitly adopted where ‘well-being’ becoming the objective.

NZ Govt then upon unveiling its new economic framework on ‘happiness and wellbeing’ decision making, policy explained to NZrs the basis behind the Govt’s shift from GPP to the Happiness Index. There are 5 govt priorities , all must advance one of five of these priorities namely either (1) Improving Mental Health (2) Reducing Child Poverty (3) Addressing inequalities faced by Indigenous Māori & Pasifika people (4) Thriving in a Digital age  (5)Transitioning to a Low-Emissions Sustainable Economy – It was reported that  business would gain $2.1 trillion by embracing Low-Carbon Tech.

Max Harris’s book published in 2017 ‘The NZ Project’ includes text that reads “NZ an ideal nation to lead a change in global views”, NZ was to be a rockstar of all global economies by embracing these ‘Happiness indicators in the Govt’s Happiness Index’ which still is used. Forbes reported in 2019 that “NZ has always been at the forefront of change throughout the ages, and continues to be so by pioneering a community centered economic plan- Ardern’s Happiness Index.

NZ was not the first to introduce Happiness policy-decision making this originated from the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan which was distinctively known as the Buddhist Middle Way where ‘happiness is accrued from a balanced act rather than from an extreme approach’.

The term, concept of ‘Gross National Happiness’ was a concept introduced by the 4th King of Bhutan in 1972, as being described as more important than GDP. This concept was adopted into agenda 2030 (UN) Global Development Goals (SDGs) by the UN Assembly in 2011 (Resolution 65/309, thus urging UN Nation State Governments to follow the Bhutan example as a ‘fundamental human goal’

2012 Bhutan’s Prime Minister and UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon convened a High Level Meeting focusing on ‘Well-being and Happiness’, to define a new economic paradigm, spreading Bhutan’s philosophy, hence the first Happiness Report was issued. In 2012 the UN declared 20th March  ‘International Happiness Day (Resolution 66/28). A collective goal of Happiness for Un Nation States govts decision making policies…

Ardern’s 2019 Happiness Index 5 priorities :- either (1) Improving Mental Health (2) Reducing Child Poverty (3) Addressing inequalities faced by Indigenous Māori & Pasifika people (4) Thriving in a Digital age  (5)Transitioning to a Low-Emissions Sustainable Economy –(1)Improving Mental Health:- It was reported that  business would gain $2.1 trillion by embracing Low-Carbon Tech. NZ Herald reports 22/6/2023 “What has happened to the billions $$’s set aside to improve Mental Health services in NZ? There are fundamental gaps across the sector, young people in crisis-70 days to see a therapist, men struggling with depression, people with chronic conditions struggling to receive diagnosis and care. (Refers robbing Peter to pay Paul)

Stats NZ 2021 showed that mental wellbeing had declined since 2018. COVID-19 study as to the governments highly restrictive strategy on the NZ population caused unprecedented disruption to daily life that has caused much depression, anxiety and stress. (Improving Mental Health-Ardern’s new Happiness Indicators prove to be ‘Unhappiness indicators- but the govt will not admit this- instead covers up people, the economy seriously impacted and struggling especially around mental health)

(2)Reducing Child Poverty: 16th May 2022 ‘Govt needs to step up to address child poverty ahead of the 2022 Budget. 29th March 2011 Income Support changes fall short of what struggling households need (Research from Fairer Future Collaboration). 21st Feb 2022 Families need cash not food banks, poverty advocate warns.  22/10/2021 Govt hardship announcement ignores children with the greatest needs. 25th March 2021 Govt Housing Package ‘Ignores Elephant in the Room’ and 23rd Feb 2021 ‘Shocking, disappointing’ Child Poverty show incrementalism is NOT working”. Back in June 2020 ‘Greens proposals would lift families out of poverty’ (Ardern’s Happiness Index of Happiness Indicators turn to a Unhappiness Index)

(3)Addressing inequalities faced by Indigenous Māori & Pasika: Firstly the terminology ‘Indigenous Peoples was introduced into NZ in the early 1970’s by George Manuel the President of the Canadian Indian Brotherhood and the founder of the UN World Council for Indigenous Peoples’ when he visited NZ he met with specific Iwi/Maori politicians then hence ‘Indigenous Peoples’ came to be. This phrase was originally coined by radical activist Parkipuny of the North Tanzanian Maasai Tribe, who was a member of the Tanzania Parliament then turned activist.

The Happiness Indicators ‘ Justification for race based public healthcare. A race based Health authority. Hospital Waiting lists based on race of ancestors, prioritizing waiting lists based on race-ethnicity. Pharmacy initiatives only accessible to Māori and Pasifika. Race based tax-payer funded freebies-prezzy cards for Maori pregnant women. Dividing healthcare up by race of ancestry (blood lines). The wasting of billions $$s of tax payer funded money. What makes people of NZ Happy? What all citizens of NZ have the same opportunity in the health care system. (Ardern’s Happiness Indicators caused much unhappiness for those that are of Non- Māori ancestry that remain on the hospital waiting lists)

(4)Thriving in a Digital Age- number 4 of Ardern’s Happiness indicators in her Happiness ‘Wellbeing Budget’ NZ’s Economic wealth. IT Brief NZ reports ‘NZ Falls Behind on Digital Economic Performance’ (7/6/2022) According to Aotearoa’s Digital Priorities in 2022 a report from the Technology Users Association of New Zealand (TUANZ), supported by the global Network Readiness Index (NRI), New Zealand currently ranks 42 in the world for overall access to technology, 56 on cybersecurity, 62 for high tech exports and 69 on medium and high-tech manufacturing. The report shows that there are concerns of NZ’s digital business leaders revealing that Kiwi companies are facing shortages in hardware, tech products and digitally skilled workers

Cyber security being a huge key concern highlighted in a 2021 report (8,831 incidents were reported to CERT NZ a 13% increase on 2020, these included financial losses with a combined total of $16.8 million. (Source of information Craig Young, CEO of TUANZ,), Ministry Of Justice reported ‘Cyber security Incident that impacted coronial data’. (18/1/2023). December 6th 2022 .. It was reported that multiple govt department in NZ affected by ransomware (attack on IT provider) is feared to have disrupted dozens of organizations in NZ and several govt depts & public authorities. The Ministry Of Justice and Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) were amongst them as being impacted by the cyber attack. (Are you happy that your private information may be in the hands of crims inside and outside of NZ- Ardern’s number 4 Happiness Indicators fails miserably)

Ardern’s Happiness Indicator number 5 (Transitioning to a Low-Emissions Sustainable Economy). Shaping NZ’s Low Emissions Future’, this project has been running since 2013. NZs Emissions Trading Scheme is reported to be ETS Effective. Govt emission reductions, opportunities, policies and actions. The 2015 Household Climate Action Tool of NZs Low Emissions Future. Originated by Motu NZ receiving funding from the Aotearoa Foundation established by Julian Robertson, co-funded from Meridian Energy, Z Energy, Minister of the Environment and the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment.

The Low-Emission Future project is supported by an Advisory Board bringing perspectives from government, the private sector, academia, and NGOs from New Zealand and abroad. Motu NZ is split into 2 separate organization (Motu Economic & Motu Public Policy Research) a charitable trust that runs research programs funded by grants from various organization, including govt depts and private companies. The first funding for the injection of the Govts journalism fund $55 million for training across the Motu, to upskill journalists. (The Govts Interest Journalism Fund)

Greenpeace report that ‘Carbon Off-sets are a Scam, (10th November 2021) A Scammers dream scheme, a book keeping trick. CO2 difficult to predict. Greenwashing. It’s a mirage of reimaginations. Purchasing carbon offsets does not reduce your carbon footprint. NZ 2016 Morgan Report ‘NZ the greatest Climate Fraudsters’ Knowingly purchases climate units from crimes in Ukraine and Russia. (2 Morgan Reports I that tells whom in NZ were the climate crims).

The Morgan Report includes evidence of NZ being the biggest climate cheats in the world, buying fraudulent credit to meet international emissions reduction targets. The calling for NZ Govt to protect NZs clean green corrupt free image. And Climate Cheats 2: The Dirty Dozen Businesses. Act Party and National behind closed doors decided to continue using the fraudulent carbon credits. All political parties in parliament were fully aware of this, said nothing until the Morgan Report was published then did the blame game. All to blame. (The Morgan report can be downloaded online)

Ardern’s Happiness Indicator number 5 (Transitioning to a Low-Emissions Sustainable Economy). Shaping NZ’s Low Emissions Future’. NZ Govt Emissions Trading Scheme, the world’s biggest climate cheats. A Govt Socialist funded leftist propaganda machine ($55 million dollar funding). The ETS Scheme of Stakeholder Capitalism -PPP- Public-Private Partnerships . Using these four sets of tools, managers can build a base of steward shareholders that are sure to offer their support for companies’ stakeholder-centered initiatives.(Harvard Business Review). Reducing consumption of the worlds resources and energy. Abolishing growth as a social objective using less resources, living differently “You will own nothing, but you will be happy). WEF Schwabs ‘Great Reset’ His 2010 Global Redesign Initiative and Ardern’s Happiness Index to replace GDP in NZ 2019.

The Spinoff reported 11th October 2022 ‘Degrowth is growing in popularity. Newsroom reported 25th sept 2023 Political and Business leaders living in Fantasy land. In the old days when “greenies” talked about “limits on growth” and “peak” this and that, they were commonly dismissed as being dreamers or living in Fantasyland. Gradually it has become clear that though some of the timing may have been wrong, the direction was right. .. The perpetual myth. No shortages, no climate-induced calamities, no wars. Just that sweet tune of market forces in the background

My favorite this week was an effort from business cheerleader-in-chief McKinsey. It contributed to its fellow Fantasy dwellers a study on how we could achieve net zero and acceptable global living standards this decade. (That is not a mistype, they are serious.) In Fantasyland, where all dreams come true, finance and technology come to the rescue. Or in consultant speak “Productivity-driven growth lifts incomes and raises living standards while unlocking the financing capacity needed for a low-emissions future.” You can smell the rich stream of fees on their breath.

Ardern’s prioritizes ‘The Happiness Index- Happiness Indicators in NZ 2019 to replace NZ Economic Wealth for Happiness Wellbeing Fantasyland – the fairytales that have become a nightmare for NZrs I n reality. Just like the 4th King Of Bhutan his Happiness Gross National Index that was introduced to the UN assembly  in 2011.. Moving on the Buddhist Kingdom of Bhutan is in economic crisis, 90th in the Economic Freedom Score Index, The modernizing of Bhutan’s economy- Government and Corporations (PPP). The  Bhutan Monarchy was transitioned to a constitutional parliamentary system in 2008. Challenges in Bhutan Education and Healthcare Sectors Poverty and unemployment

The National University Of Singapore reported 20th March 2020 ‘The land of Gross Happiness (Kingdom of Bhutan) faces a number of socio- economic challenges. Poverty, youth unemployment remains high, healthcare system is in disarray. High incidences of violence against women. The Govt of Bhutan is reported to be more interested in pursuing happiness amongst people than encouraging the innovation to build the economy. Bhutan was ranked 95th in the World Happiness Report of 2019 among the 156 assessed countries. Ardern adopted Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness Index in 2019.

A report was prepared by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network, in partnership with the Ernesto Illy Foundation. The low ranking of Bhutan in the report affirmed the point, that behind the veil of GNH, Bhutan faces serious social problems. This low ranking also highlighted discrepancies in the third GNH survey carried out in 2015 by the Centre for Bhutan Studies and GNH, with financial support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency and the Royal Government of Bhutan.4 Many of these discrepancies were the result of the criteria and methodology used to assess the ‘happiness’ of people.

As a result of its existing socio-economic challenges, a country that famously focuses on the GNH of its people is ranked low in the World Happiness Report 2019. In order to deal with its domestic challenges, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan has made many recommendations. How successful these recommendations will be in addressing the country’s woes is left to be seen.

New Zealand Government remains with decision using Ardern’s Happiness Indicators within the Governments Happiness Index. I hear no clapping of hands “If your happy claps your hands and let me know it”. Silence on the decision making- policy making Happiness Index – for the political cronies in Parliament ‘Silence is Golden’ a Golden Opportunity. An ambitious acceleration to embrace, advance, accelerate a global Agenda, Carbon -You are the carbon they are targeting. (The Fear Factor and compliance) attributes to the Parliaments ‘Happiness Indicators’ in the Happiness Index. A Socialist Communist Degrowth.

Ardern implements the WEF Schwab’s AI Guineapig Project in NZ.  New Zealand Guinea-pig State. NZ Government embraces “we are the first” many times over. NZ the first country in the world to introduce an Algorithm Charters, extending this to all Govt agencies. Trust the Algorithms, so small that the eyes cannot see them. (all part of Ardern’s Happiness Index-Happiness Inicators)

CBDC

TANE MAHUTA THE MONEY TREE OF NEW ZEALAND ‘SAPPING YOUR MONEY’ CBDC

Central Banks are in most countries worldwide. The IMF have significantly helped achieve what Central Banks have become, totally independent and in practice no accountable to any financial system. To create a public consensus for structural reform they must purposely create a recession and to prolong it as well, thus creating a mass abuse of power, is extremely costly, manipulative and can be severely damaging to people lives

Crisis structural changes in policies and banking systems a roadmap to banking systems becoming a Central Bank Digital Currency transformation

The Bank of International Settlements are referenced to central bank rates which are higher interest  rates, this forces other institutions to increase their interest rates, makes the cost of borrowing so high that business becomes impacted negatively.

Each Central Bank I n each UN Nation States  their national currencies are owned by the State. Declining growth and corporate profit risks weakening a country’s currency. The Reserve Bank NZ (NZ Central Bank) has now been named ‘Te Patea Mahuta’. This is New Zealand’s future of CBDC (Reported 6/12/2021). Includes the description of key terms  used to support the RBNZ

Tane Mahuta has become the mandate, the future of money in NZ. RBNZ  have reported that Maori official reference will be made to Tene Mahuta when it comes to the future of money in NZ. Describing ‘Te Toto’ as the sap of the tree that represents the Reserve Bank of NZ future banking system.

RBNZ states that Tane Huta represents the ecosystems in NZ from a financial structure of RBNZ (Central Bank Of NZ). Referring to high level policy making RBNZ state it would be useful to establish CBDC  in NZ. Stating the RBNZ is the ‘Kaitiaki o te toto’ the steward of money in NZ, a dynamic monetary financial system, a stable anchor for convertibility, an opportunity to broaden central bank money which will be available for All individuals, communities, businesses

As they refer to high policy opportunities, referring to CBDC as  to  improving technological forms, thus a  CBDC future for NZ. CBDC Pay and Save a gateway to the formal financial sector, supporting wider inclusions by prioritizing government programs

CBDC and Ecosystems as a distribution model as acting as a catalyst in the payments of ecosystems enabling NZ to take part in global initiatives that use CBDC payments innovation system and to crowd out other innovations. 2021 RBNZ was looking for feedback on their Tane Mahuta narrative, the design to incorporate CBDC, advertising themselves and their stewardship of money as holistic, this underpinning their CBDC role in NZ

A Reserve Bank Of NZ (RBNZ) with strategic elements represented in Taner Mahuta (the objective is CBDC). Tane Mahuta the money tree that is controlled by the State. Crisis events, a series of crisis events to change, transform the banking structural system.  Freedoms and CBDC in competition as Governments protect those in privileged positions to extend control over peoples money, hence also peoples lives.

This is the digital revolution, transformation of transforming currencies and finance. The professor of Trade Policy and Economics of Cornell University gave a very blunt assessment of CBDC’s saying “Central Banks will take money out of peoples accounts to conduct monetary policy. There is no free society. Your money is NOT really your money, your property rights are subservient to the ‘Public Good’, this is the necessity of managing the nations economy”

CBDC protects governments that have given themselves a privileged position to exert control over peoples money, hence control over people themselves. Central Banks are an agent for the government in terms of implementing fiscal policy. CBDC is the fiscal agent of the government.

RBNZ stating it is critical to regulate Cryptocurrency because it poses a risk to CBDC. CBDC leaves your information at risk of cyber attacks, devaluation and increasing  censorship, eroding purchasing power, it is a great risk to our freedoms. The RBNZ has been wholly owned by the government since 1936 when it was established by an Act in Parliament and constituted under the Reserve Bank Act 2021.

The RBNZ Tane Mahuta CBDC NARRATIVE, NZ’S Central Bank Future Money CBDC, government controlled that is incompatible with economic, political freedoms. RBNZ Tane Mahuta Climate Change Strategy through crisis transforming the banking system in NZ.

TANE MAHUTA THE MONEY TREE OF NEW ZEALAND ‘SAPPING YOUR MONEY’ A prolonged crisis or a recession is required for a transformational structural change to the banking system. The Central Bank of NZ (RBNZ) has it’s very own ‘money tree’ namely Tane Mahuta.

WE CAN NEVER EVER TRUST THOSE POLITICAL CRONIES IN THE CESS PIT OF WELLINGTON ‘HE PUAPUA ‘

The secrets that lay behind those doors of Parliament keep being exposed. Co-Governance needs to be discussed and all the evidence exposed. I have been researching this now since it was exposed through an OIA request. The Secret was exposed:   Democracy Action reported in their May 2022 Newsletter that ‘Others were not consulted on Declaration Plan. They showed a photo of Andrew Little, Nanaia Mahuta, Jacinda Ardern, Kelvin David and David Parker at the 2018 National Iwi Chairs Forum. Iwi/Maori leaders expressed ambitious initial discussions with the Government about the highly controversial UNDRIP. Willie Jackson Minister Of Maori Affairs in these discussions said these discussions will shape the Governments Declaration Plan, saying that Co-governance is not enough they want more to satisfy the UNDRIP.

Willie Jackson spoke about the drafting of the Iwi/Maori Declaration plan that was set to commence this year, he said finalising the document in 2023. The Government has appointed the National Iwi Chairs Forum is working with Claire Charters Human Rights Commission. Claire Charters visited the UN this year to see if the UNDRIP could be accelerated. Human Rights Commission is also working and collaborating with Te Puni Kokiri to draft the plan. The National Iwi Chairs Forum has a driving ambition to co-govern New Zealand, to end constitutional arrangements and to install a system of power sharing between Iwi/Maori and the Government.. The Iwi Chairs Forum has been campaigning for constitutional transformation since 2009

NCIF was also involved in the establishment of the Independent Monitoring Mechanism, led by Margaret Mutu, in order “to promote and monitor the implementation of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples”.

In 2019 the Labour Government appointed a technical advisory group, the Declaration Working Group (DWG), “to support the provision of advice on the form and content of a Declaration plan.” This news was roundly supported by the National Iwi Chairs Forum spokesperson and lead author of Matike Mai, Professor Margaret Mutu, who said: It was reported “Iwi are pleased that Government has decided to work in partnership with us to develop a plan to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.”

The He Puapua Report is largely based on the claim that the Treaty of Waitangi created a 50:50 “partnership” between Māori and the Crown.  This is common with the constitutional changes set out in Matika Mai Aotearoa. He Puapua relies heavily on a distorted interpretation of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and that of the 1835 Declaration of Independence.

Judge Temms in 1993 found that the 1835 Declaration of Independence was only worthy of a research document for historians not a document for lawyers. That the Te Tiriti o Waitangi nulls the 1835 Declaration. In 1999 Doug Graham Minister of Treaty Claims stated in Parliament spoke about the Maori Council seeking Maori Sovereignty by seeking to ask APEC countries to support them in this. Doug Grham said they would not be interested, its none of their business either. That the Maori Council cannot have the Treaty and the Maori Sovereign Nation as well. And would Iwi/Maori be happy to rescind their Treaty Claims.

He Puapua is reliant on the 1835 Declaration of Independence. Reliant on the Tiriti that did not create partnership or Principles, these were created by state legislations in the late 70’s and 80’s. This peaceful founding document Tiriti o Waitangi has become extremely corrupted to appease a few self serving Iwi/Elite Maori whom collaborate with NZ’s state regime.

‘‘OUR COUNTRY-NEW ZEALAND IS NOT UP FOR SALE’ GET OFF OUR DAM LAND

The RBNZ Reshaping of finance in N Z using a worldview climate change strategy. A speech was given to the ‘Raising Maori Investment Capability Conference 2020 in Tauranga by Christine Hawkesby 13/12/2020 Assistant Governor of the RBNZ. Her introduction to the meeting started in Maori and then she translated to English- this is the English translation

“To all authorities, to all voices of many chiefs gathered here ‘behold the breath of life’” My name is Christine Hawkesby my hometown is Rangiora, may river is Waimakariri, my mountain is Mt Cook. I reside in Wellington. I work for the Reserve Bank of NZ. She gave special thanks to the tribes whom had called her to the gathering to talk about Maori investment, which she said is a topic close to her heart. She said she had in prior years worked with a range of Iwi clients. “This is how the Reserve Bank is building its own capability to the Maori world in our, the Reserve Banks Te Ao Maori approach. A policy protection, participation, engagement in a cultural p[partnership with Maori values. Maori customary practices, behaviors. Embedding Maori culture in developing art and story telling.  (Be aware the Reserve bank is going to be re-story telling.) Saying they have borrowed the legend of Tane Mahuta to connect with their stakeholders and the story of the RBNZ.

Christine Hawkesby went on to say:- Matauranga Maori, the earth mother, and the sky father embraced so tightly that life was shrouded in darkness. Tane Mahuta came to separate them to let sunlight into the world. Hence in the same vein as the Reserve Bank came into existence so our unique economy could flourish. In the same way that Tane Mahuta is part of the forest and guardian of the forest, the Reserve Bank is the guard of the financial ecosystem. Ensuring Tane Mahuta will not wilt and lose Mana. You will see changes in our Wellington and Auckland offices

Reserve Bank of NZ mandating, aligning with Maori values acting as guardian by taking sustainable views of wealth and wellbeing (The Parent/guardian of Money) RBNZ Monetary policy. Part of the network for greening the financial system. Reserve Bank NZ meets regularly with Iwi Maori businesses, organizations to leverage a Iwi/Maori Ecosystem with a range of stakeholders and partners. Includes Iwi Trusts, Iwi/ Maori Incorporations. Iwi/Maori controlled companies and pays tribute to the National Iwi Chairs Forum

Recently BlackRock has Green plans. BlackRock  Asset Management a valuable investment opportunity. BlackRock profiting off the so called Climate Crisis. BlackRock have positioned themselves to make wealth no matter how, or whether government address climate change or not. The Climate Doom and Gloom Crisis a win- win situation for corporations, the worlds largest asset manager – BlackRock.

BlackRock that invests in Oil, Gas and Coal. That are under investigation in the US for Asset Managing of companies that are involved in manufacturing weaponry for the CCP. BlackRock influences governments and NGO’s. They capitalize trillions of dollars in public investments in green industries, but the taxpayers of NZ are the ones up front who are risk. BlackRock is a financial giant that cannot lose. The RBNZ Tane Mahuta Narrative is just a small smidgen in the huge realm of BlackRock and its immense wealth and power. Larry Fink is on Klaus Schwab’s special WEF committee.

Whilst governments demand their coal mines close BlackRock remains the single largest institutional investor in coal, with nearly $109 billion invested in the industry. BlackRock is the worldly cash cow. BlackRock manages nearly 60% of all global assets invested in ESG themed ETFs

Climate Change or no climate change BlackRock wins on all accounts as they play on both sides of the coin. But of course Megan Wood said she is not concerned where BlackRock gets its money from. BlackRock remains the single largest institutional investor in coal, with nearly $109 billion invested in the industry. NZ coal mines shut down. NZ imports more than a million tonnes of dirty dusty coal from Indonesia. So for the RBNZ Tane Mahuta Money Tree narrative.

A message for all the political cronies in the toilet bowl of Wellington ‘OUR COUNTRY-NEW ZEALAND IS NOT UP FOR SALE’

The ‘Tane Mahuta’ Reserve Bank of NZ story telling narrative is not even a speck of dust when it comes to the corporate capture of the world’s largest asset manager.
