A DIRE WARNING FOR ALL NEW ZEALANDER’S ‘CAN WE STOP THIS BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE’?

THE ‘BEEHIVE’  MASS MIGRATION BILL THESE ARE VALID REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD BE CONCERNED

UNEMPLOYMENT: 4th July 2024  ANZ reported that Job seeker numbers jump 40,000 more people are expected to be out of work by 2025 (Stuff NZ) Unemployment is rising, the number of people on Job seeker has risen by 14,000 compared to June last year. 40,000 plus people could be without a job by the end of this year. For many this is mentally challenging. Ministry Of Social Development data shows week ending June 30th 2024 there were 113,415 people work ready on job seeker support, receiving a weekly payment that supports people until they can find work. This has jumped up by 14,709 from the week ending 30th June 2023.   June 14 to June 21, 2024, recipients had jumped by 702. People on the Jobseeker Support- Health Condition or Disability also increased from 73,836 to 82,482 in the same period.

MASSIVE SHORTAGE OF JOBS: 18th April 2018 The Beehive  replayed Jacinda Ardern’s speech she made at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Foundation in Berlin, as she shared the platform with Chanceller Angela Merkel. The topic was Progressive and Inclusive Growth, she introduced her speech embracing the fact that she had in previous years been the President of the International Union of Socialist Youth and had attended the UN during that time.. where she said she discussed the emerging financial crisis with other Socialist members, saying she sensed a global uncertainty at the time. Is universal basic income on the way?

GOVERNMENT CHOOSES MESSAGES OF FEAR OR HOPE: Then Ardern changed course with her speech to that of Globalization, saying “of course its not new, in NZ we have grappled with this issue and its impact for decades, the sense of insecurity has strengthened over the years. Globalization has been distributed disproportionately to the few, there’s a growing sense that ordinary people  are working harder and harder just to stay in the same place”, she said. Ardern then added “rapid technological change is happening in every country, even in New Zealand where the workforce faces the prospect of ‘that more than 45% of jobs will no longer exist or be completely replaced  within just 2 decades. We can offer a message of hope, or one of fear” As politicians we have a choice as to how we respond to this growing, but justifiable dissatisfaction. “We either offer a message of hope, or a message of fear” she said.. The whole of NZ Government knew about the risk of 45% unemployment within 2 decades in 2018.  Reuters News August 7th 2024  (Asia/Pacific) Refers to  NZ’s Rising Jobless Rate.  Rising unemployment in NZ, annual wage growth at 2 year low.

HOUSING: Housing Crisis in New Zealand has persists after 4 decades. 24th August 2023. Over a hundred thousand people in New Zealand are experiencing homelessness.. Increasing property costs are an economic burden, affecting the living standards and mental wellbeing of  families.  40 percent living in overcrowded homes. 14th March 2024 NZ Herlad ‘NZs Housing Crisis Has Not Eased And It’s Going To Get Worse. ANZ It’s a Case of Back To The Future says ANZ Economists as they refer to NZ’s widening Housing Deficit (30/5/2023) Surging migration and falling residential construction has seen the return of the housing deficit.

HOUSE RENTALS: Auckland’s Housing Crisis, severe shortage of housing. Rent value continues to climb, standing at $690 per week, a 6% increase from the same period last year. . Demographics reveals that renters under the age of 30 constitute the largest segment, comprising 34.3% of those actively searching for properties. Closely behind are those aged 30-39, representing 32.9% of the market. However, it’s important to note that the housing crisis extends beyond generation gaps, with significant percentages of renters in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s and above grappling with the challenges of finding suitable accommodation.

AFFORDABLE HOMES: The shortage of affordable housing in Auckland has far-reaching consequences, impacting individuals, families, and the broader community. High rental prices strain household budgets, leaving many families struggling to make ends meet. For younger generations, soaring rents pose a significant barrier to saving for homeownership, perpetuating a cycle of renting and financial instability. Furthermore, inadequate housing options contribute to overcrowding and homelessness, exacerbating social inequalities and compromising public health.

HEALTH:  Funding for Health fails to keep up with Inflation or demand- (Doctors Union) 13th May 2024 . Taxpayers money that is earmarked for Health every year is failing to keep pace with inflation or demand,               1 in 3 NZrs are missing out on Healthcare of some kind (Said Doctors Union Report) Patients are being caught in the revolving doors of the Health System. “If you don’t get preventative care, then you end up in the emergency system. If you end up in the emergency system, you end up in the hospital. Then the Hospital cannot deliver the planned care, therefore people who need planned care deteriorate, need more support in Primary Care. Then Primary Care gets busier, can’t support people so they end up in emergency care, this is the cycle that’s happening where people cannot get their health needs met, this is just terrible

PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: Prof Robin Gauld University of Otago Centre for Health Systems said that “health funding is not sufficient to meet current demand, never has been and does now, let alone in the future, it’s a national scandal”  13th August 2024 ‘The Post’ News..A Health System On The Brink of Failure’. . Access to Primary Healthcare is a crucial yet a ¼ million Kiwi’s cannot even register with a local GP. This is a daily reality for thousands of families. Parents unable to get timely care for their sick children. Elderly patients struggling to manage chronic health conditions without regular checkups, working adults delay treatment for health issues that are left unchecked which could become serious and life threatening

G P SHORTAGE: Ripple through communities, Longer waiting times, overcrowded emergency depts dealing with issues that should be handled in Primary Care. Increased stress on Health Workforce. In Rural areas the situation is often more dire, with some communities being left with no GP services at all.

NZ MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM FAILUIRE:  This is a real threat to NZ’s public Health System. Solving the GP Crisis is not just about healthcare.. Youth Mental Health is experiencing a rolling crisis with increased waiting times (10/4/2024. NZ Mental Health Service is broken in NZ states World Mental Health Foundation. NZ Doctors say this is ‘soul destroying to see NZ Mental Health System no longer fit for purpose (Study 500 Physicians 19/9/2023)

INFRASTRUCTURE: ‘ TRANSPORT’ The $200 Billion Problem. How broken is NZ Infrastructure?  (27/3/2024 Stuff. NZ) Refers to years and years of under-investment in the current infrastructure. NZ Herald 25th June 2024 NZs Infrastructure woes. How do we fix a $1 trillion problem? The Government is being warned that it must invest in New Zealand’s ageing infrastructure – or face the prospect of a major disaster. It comes after a week of infrastructure woes, with the Defence Force plane breaking down, a track fault cancelling all trains in Auckland, widespread power cuts in Northland, and an Interisland ferry running aground. On Friday, the Aratere Inter-islander ferry was on its way to Wellington when it experienced steering failure just outside Picton. The same ferry that lost power in 2023 when 538 people were on board.

A TRILLION DOLLARS TO FIX: Investment ‘infrastructure” “The Government’s worst nightmare would be something more like last year’s Kaitaki incident if that ferry had not narrowly avoided disaster. There were 864 people on board, the ship lost power in Cook Strait and started drifting towards Wellington’s rocky south coast and issued a Mayday call. New Zealand has under-invested in core infrastructure for years, well below the average OECD spend. ASB estimates it is going to cost about $1 trillion to fix our infrastructure and bring it up to standard.

LOCAL GOVT ACT 2002 ‘ THE ADDED COST TO NZ RATE PAYERS: 24th June 2024 NZ Herald ‘NZs Infrastructure  caused by a lack of long term thinking..refers to decaying infrastructure. However 2002 The Local Govt Bill, before it was passed as legislation the government knew that there was a major loophole in the Act, where businesses could not be fined, brought before the courts for dumping contaminate waste water, which could have been fixed within a month but 2 decades later and still not fixed.  27th January 2021 RNZ reported that a drafting error was stopping contamination fines, which could have been fixed within a month referring to the Local Govt Act 2002

NEGLECTFUL ‘IGNORANCE OF GOVERNMENT’ :Never mind ‘Just Blame the Farmers’ rather than admit blame themselves. An RNZ investigation found at least 270 companies had breached trade waste water consents in one year, none faced prosecution Council pleas fell on death ears for almost 20 years. In 2021 it was said that Nanaia Mahuta Local  Govt Minister needs to get her A into G and set some penalties, amend the legislation. Stuart Crosby President of Local Government NZ lobbied for 18 years for change, for the government to close the loophole. Brand name companies across NZ were breaching waste water consents several times a year. Ammonia, toxins and other hazardous wastes were being leached into drains. Ammonia eating away pipes under the ground, where vehicles and people have fallen into this broken infrastructure. 2024 and still not fixed.  The Govt preferring an Educational point of view to deal with the breaching of waste water consents rather than fining companies. A huge expense for Rates Payers to fork out.

THE STATE OF NZ ROADS: RNZ 9th January 2024 ‘They are a Laughing Stock’. Anger Over State Highway One’ ‘POTHOLES’. Several sections of NZs state highways are described as in ‘shocking condition’. The Automobile Association (AA) saying that State Highway 1 is the ‘poor shop window’ of a network riddled with potholes and road surface issues. There are reports of roads being in horrendous condition, just patches on patches. Transport Minister Simeon Brown said in the Morning Report that the State Of NZ Roads are in the 100day plan. National promised in the election $500 million dollar ‘Pothole Repair Fund’. This is merely a band-aid approach. Remember Marsden Point produced 70% of the bitumen used on NZ Roads, and the Labour led govt closed Marsden. Leaving NZrs with a boat without a paddle- sink or swim. No quick fix.. Buying international bitumen does not have the same quality as the Bitumen produced at Marsden Point.

EDUCATION: Christopher Luxon Education achievement has declined over the last 30 years, 2/3rds of students are failing to pass minimum literacy and numeracy standards for NCEA, 98% of Decile One Year 10 students failed a basic writing test, jeopardizing children’s futures.  The Education Dept  Government is failing our young, they are being dumbed down. Start teaching them their ABCs instead of their LGBTQ1+++ and stop teaching race based ideologies.

DEFICIT IN CLASSROOMS: RNZ reports 4th July 2024 ‘New Schools and Classrooms Urgently Needed In High Growth Areas, Ministry Warns. Reference was made to a Briefing Pape  April 2024 ‘ “ A roll bulge (increase) moving through secondary schools, referring to migration bringing an extra 20,800 school children. 10,400 of them to Auckland.  A briefing warned “postposing new schools could create overcrowding at existing schools in high growth areas”. Reference was made to infrastructure where school buildings are designed to fill a capacity of 1200 students and now there are 1400 students in those schools (where the water pressure drops because of the amount of flushing going on and the amount of water used.

MIGRATION ‘MASS MIGRATION’ INSANITY : The Beehive speaker Erica Stanford Minister for Immigration. ‘Unsustainable Migration’ Year 2023 – 2024 migration was 173,000 non-New Zealand citizens. Rember we have 400,000 people without jobs on the jobseeker until they can find jobs, under the Traffic Lights System, Jacinda Ardern’s words in 2018 45% unemployment in NZ within 2 decades. Homeless is still a huge problem and Rents increasing significantly. School infrastructure not coping, infrastructure needs major maintenance, waiting times for doctors, emergency depts dealing with cases that could be seen by a doctor, but several weeks waiting to see some GPs.

IMMIGRATION NZ IS CORRUPT TO THE CORE:  As Immigration staff tell of behind the scenes dysfunction to RNZ News 3rd September 2023.  Immigration officers told to ignore criminal conviction, ignore investigations, ignore warns, ignored attached documents, grant applications for work, student, visitor and residence visa’s. Take all on face value. Pass as quickly as possible. Those that pass the most get a ‘shout out” those whom are too slow get a ‘warning’ Do not query, use a streamline approach on visitors visa’s. If migration staff declined an application senior managers over-ruled it. Immigration staff were deeply unhappy about this, with some leaving their jobs. It was those that left their jobs that reported this to RNZ . Immigration NZ corrupt to the core. Surely this is a National Security Risk.

THE MASS MIGRATIONS BILL May 2024 Beehive. Amending provisions of the 2009 Immigration Act. Preparing for mass migration arrival in NZ, preserving Human Rights for Migrants. Note like other countries, where there is mass migration in Britain they have further increased their Hate Speech, censoring and monitoring laws. NZ Police website rfer to ‘Perceived Hate Speech that is likely to hurt a persons feelings, to be reported, and record on Police Data Records.

BEEHIVE’ MASS MIGRATION BILL’ READING: Sitting date 1/5/2024 Minister of Immigration Erica Stanford National Party. P[resented the Bill in Parliament saying Mass Migration Arrivals into NZ are likely. Refers to NZ Border settings. Mass Migration to NZ is very real, NZ must be prepared for mass arrivals. Irregular (means Unlawful) maritime mass migrant arrivals will have their rights ensured, upheld as if they were Regular Migrants (Legal)

UN LAUNCHES RECOMMENDATIONS FOR URGENT MISINFORMATION, DISINFORMATION:- HATE SPEECH 24TH June 2024 . Global Principles for Information Integrity address risks posed by advances in AI. Misinformation, disinformation, hate speech and other risks to the information ecosystem are fueling conflict, threatening democracy and human rights, and undermining public health and climate action. “The United Nations Global Principles for Information Integrity aim to empower people to demand their rights,” said the Secretary-General. “At a time when billions of people are exposed to false narratives, distortions and lies, these principles lay out a clear path forward, firmly rooted in human rights, including the rights to freedom of expression and opinion.”  The UN chief issued an urgent appeal to government, tech companies, advertisers and the PR industry to step up and take responsibility for the spread and monetization of content that results in harm. Building a future with Migrants (UN Expert) Geneva 18th December 2023

UN AGENDA 2030’GLOBAL  MIGRATION GOVERNANCE’ Legal frameworks must be people-centred, human rights-based and gender-responsive to ensure social inclusion of all groups in line with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This process must include migrants. Efforts should be made to improve the ability, opportunity and dignity of migrants to be fully integrated into societies. eliminate all forms of discriminatory narratives and hate speech against migrants. Must have access to information, adequate housing, health, development, family life, freedom of religion or belief, cultural rights, and education.

NZ GOVERNMENT STRONGLY SUPPORTS INTERNATIONAL RULES BASED ORDER: Migration is at the core of UN Agenda 2030 , global development goals for the 21st century and beyond. Mass migration does not promise to deliver  economic benefits. It puts enormous pressure on housing (the rental market) and affects home ownership, , public health services,  education, transport, infrastructure and the Health System

UN AGENDA 2030: The COVID plandemic did not quite cut the cloth so to speak. Mass Migration is quick and effective  and highly responsive, transformative in social and behavioral engineering. Not forgetting Corporate Capture (WEF feet under the table of the UN). UN documents that the Mayors Migration Council and the Mayors Mitigation Council  have been a very influencing factor in mass migration in westernized countries. Local Government such as Auckland Council are being referred to as City Governments) C40 Cities are partner in arms as to the global agenda for mass migration (noted by the UN) Auckland is a C40 City. (Noted on their website WEF Fourth Industrial Revolution.

MASS MIGRATION IS ALREADY HAPPENING IN NZ AND ITS GOING TO GET MUCH WORSE…LOOK WHATS HAPPENING IN THE US, ACROSS EUROPE, UK..THEY LEFT IT TOO LATE.. WILL WE, NEW ZEALAND ALSO DO THE SAME?  OBVIOUSLY MIGRATION IS IMPLEMENTED GLOBALLY ADOPTED LOCALLY- NATIONALLY

BULLSHITE AND ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DAM MONEY ‘ACT PARTY’ TREATY CONCERNS

Climate change: Mike Smith wins right to sue seven polluters including Fonterra, Z, Genesis Energy. Smith is an influential member of the Iwi National Leaders Forum, whom have back door entry to the Te Pati Maori Party in Parliament. Smith refers to the role of tikanga Maori and Smiths relationship to coastal waters. This appears to be the case of building up more renewable energies. Smith had already had his case thrown out of Court but the Supreme Court has now decided that he does has a case to be answered, so he gets his day in court once again

Smith states the government is failing its duties under the Treaty of Waitangi to protect Maori, whom he said are much more vulnerable to so called catastrophic climate change than any other peoples. Saying that agriculture sector contribute to approx. ½ of NZ’s Greenhouse emissions. Smith says the government was failing unless it reduced total greenhouse gases by half by 2020 and zero by 2050.

2017 Government  stock take on adapting to Climate Change identified Maori as a most vulnerable group because of their significant reliance on the environment as a cultural, social economic resource. With Climate Change Minister James Shaw saying that Maori are disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change. Surely this case of Smiths now permitted by the Supreme Court will open the flood gates to claims by those whom have much self interested gain. Follow the money

Researching a book authored by David Seymour titled ‘Own Your Own Future’ A Liberal Vision For New Zealand in 2017..Page 22 ‘MMP allows small parties to have a large influence. The Maori Party have proven this by being prepared to threaten John Key with a walk out, which would leave the balance of power to Peter Dunne. They have managed to negotiate million after millions of taxpayer funding for various Maori centric projects and separatists legislation this being a gradual shift in the entire way in which government operates

Fast forward to page 162 on Environment in Seymour’s book. Green MPs are the biggest users of free parliamentary air travel, they spent more on air travel than NZ First MPs. This is a Party that flew three MPs to Paris to talk about Climate. Green Party only having one scientifically trained MP. The political right have two doctors, a geneticist, a zoologist and a neurological scientist and a few agricultural scientist

Page 163 The Free market economy make better environmental custodians. Seymour calls the free market economy as 4v P’s, Property Rights, Pricing, Prosperity and Private Initiatives. Saying the problem with the Green Party and their doing  environmentalism by posture of principle.

On page 170 ‘Chapter titled ‘In ACT We Tend to be Optimistic’ “ The reason the doomsters get the future wrong is that they under estimate or even ignore technological change. If you predict the future on the basis of current technology you will be wrong. Not just a little wrong but wildly wrong. There are a few  pessimists gone wrong over the years eg Malthus on population 1798, Ehrlich in 1968 (The Population Bomb) The Club Of Rome in 1972 (Limits to Growth) to Al Gore claiming in 2006 that we had only 10 years left to save the planet.  Al Gore has been very influential, as to Obama and now the WEF as made a fortune from his inconvenient truth.

“That in the last 30 years we have witnessed the greatest reduction in global poverty in the history of the planet. Tragically the Labour Party, Greens, NZ First still don’t get it that free-markets and globalization thing

Saying on page 171 “Forecasts of global fossil fuel use is based on current technologies will be wildly overstated. I think we should all be skeptical of the intense politicization of climate science debates. It is always suspicious when science issues seem to line up with political positions. The left/Right divide tends to correlate with alarmist sketic positions, and that’s weird whatever side you come from. Seymour stating he is a Luke  warmist as outlined by Matt Ridley when it comes to man made climate change. Is skeptical about the degree as to how dangerous man made climate change is, he just has a moderately informed opinion

What does Matt Ridley say:- Climate Change is doing more good than harm. The message he gives is “carry on warming” in an article in the Spectator as he challenged the widespread belief that climate change has a negative effect on the world.  Saying that current scientific consensus is largely ignored by mainstream media. Matt identifies economic benefits of climate change

Fewer winter deaths, a better chance of life benefits lower energy costs, cut heating bills. An increase in global plant growth High CO2 level is actually good news, has a positive effect on plant growth, on food supply and agricultural yields, in the Sahel region of Africa where levels of famine have declined. There’s no evidence that climate change has caused higher rates of death in extreme weather. This is a predicted conclusion by IPCC, An independent study by Indur Goklany that shows that the death rate from droughts, floods and storms has dropped 98% since the 1920’s. People have better protection and have got much richer.

The trouble is that the mainstream media, and even the IPCC, cherry-pick the bad news whilst ignoring the good. This leads to damaging anti-climate change policies: Negative economic and environmental impact. Matt contends that these policies have “driven people into fuel poverty, made industries uncompetitive, driven up food prices, accelerated the destruction of forests, killed rare birds of prey, and divided communities”.

Large input – negligible returns..Britain will spend around £1.8 trillion over the course of this century on climate policies, in the hope of lowering the air temperature by just 0.005°C.                    For Matt, the key question is: is it worth trying to impede a change in the future at the expense of causing a great deal of harm in the present.

Seymour says he is a luke warmist as outlined by Matt Ridley and here you have it. Hence its all down to NZrs contributing to being good global citizens and all this renewable energy will do nothing to change the climate.

Seymour’s says there is a strong case for us New Zealand’s to contribute to being good global citizens on page 172 of his book. We effectively have Zero impact on global warming outcomes. But of course, always follow the money… The World Bank directs grants to Indigenous Peoples, works closer with Indigenous Peoples, the financing, transitioning to carbon markets. Indigenous Peoples Rights to mitigate climate change, wind and solar farms. Climate Investment Te Pati Māori Climate Policy Plan for unique Indigenous Biodiversity

Te Pati Maori ‘whanau, hapu, iwi must remain at the forefront of climate action and solutions, they must be our own, Crown supports Iwi/Maori led clean energy projects, start up funding, partnerships, financing. Ensuring that Crown works with Iwi to establish climate change adaption. Iwi/Maori lead transition to Zero emissions economy, producing industries in the Maori economy, economic, social opportunity for Iwi businesses to be the cutting edge of green technology, as Maori economy continues to grow

Maori Party established a  $1 Billion scheme responsible for supporting Iwi/Maori owned community energy projects, solar energy and insulation, funding projects to create Maori jobs, bring down energy costs for whanau.

The Crown reviewing renewable energy, meaningful action in terms of involving Iwi/Maori. The Maori Party establishing a national Maori strategy for renewable energy, partnership agreement between Crown (Govt) and specific Iwi/Hapu that are keen to lead renewable energy with significant investment in large scale projects. With partnership finance. Maori Party ban coal mines phase out coal burning by 2030. Fund Iwi/Maori as to adaption of managed retreat policies. Economic social opportunities for Iwi/Maori businesses to be the cutting edge of renewable green technology, growing asset bases.

Back to Mike Smith, Influential member of the National Iwi Leader Forum that has a revolving door into Parliament through the Te Pati Maori Party. That has been in many talks with Christopher Luxon. Of course Christopher Luxon does not want Seymour’s Treaty Principle Bill to go to national referendum. NZ has no democracy. There is no democratic state of New Zealand.

Hence this is why I personally believe the supreme Court has now allowed Smith to take 7 large companies to Court as to Man Made Climate causing himself and idegous peoples harm. Just follow the dam money.

AUCKLAND’ CLIMATE PLAN (179 Pages) December 2020

To take action, we need to act now. How do we plan to take action. This is a human centered approach, by dramatically changing how we move around the region and how we work. Our economy is based less on consumption. We must make radical urgent changes to what we do as individuals, communities and businesses. We must embed mataurangi Maori and Te Ao Maori principles to ensure no-one is left behind.. We will make major shift

The narrative speaks to the struggles of Tāwhirimātea, the primal ancestor associated with weather. Tied to the Māori creation narratives of the universe and the world, Tāwhiri-mātea is seen to be influencing our climate and accelerating the change in our climate in response to human induced climate change.

the climate, as part of a wider whakapapa / intergenerational symbiotic system of relationships, is always moving and changing. We are responding specifically to the impacts of human induced change as a result of western-centred values, behaviours and systems. • our tupuna Atua / primal ancestors are reciprocating those behaviours, which we refer to Te Tāruke-a-Tāwhiri – the struggles of Tāwhiri

The global response to climate change must be underpinned by the best knowledge available. Indigenous knowledge systems

To guide Auckland’s approach to climate action, mana whenua, through the Mana Whenua Kaitiaki Forum has partnered with the council to provide a Te Ao Māori perspective throughout the development of the plan. Early in the process, this forum set up a climate change working group to work with council representatives and subject matter experts on their response to climate change. Climate Change included in all Global Development Goal UN Agenda 2030. Includes Mass Migration ‘Environmental Migration globally)

Leading the response The Mana Whenua Kaitiaki Forum has taken the lead role in anchoring and guiding a Māori response to climate change within Tāmaki Makaurau and working closely with Māori community organisations. The approach has been underpinned by the following principles: • whakapapa centred approach to understanding and responding to climate change (Te Tāruke-ā-Tāwhiri) • mātauranga Māori forming the foundation to restoring balance with our tupuna Atua • mana whenua-led conversation, focused on a practical expression of our obligations of kaitiakitanga of Tāmaki Makaurau and the manaakitanga of its people and, in particular, our Māori communities..Auckland Council  in Phil Goff signed Auckland City up to the C40 Cities Global Green Deal. This includes support, promoting a Plant based diet. The Auckland Council climate plan reinforces C40 city initiatives. 2018 the Mayors Migration Council introduced the Mayors Migration Declaration through a Global Mayors Mitigation Group.  Planning of future mass migration is to be established by Mayors of C40 cities worldwide. (Climate Refuges namely ‘Environmental Migration)

The C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group is a group of 100 global cities  committed to taking bold climate action.

Auckland has been recognised as an Innovator City within the C40 network since 2015 and has endorsed a range of C40 commitments, including: • the Green and Healthy Streets Declaration (formerly the Fossil Fuel Free Streets Declaration) Auckland Council will endorse and enable to put Iwi/Maori framework into action. :

The Auckland Council references the following :- The development of an indigenous measurement tool to support management, prioritization, and measurement of the state of progress against the indigenous framework.

Actively  partnering with Iwi and recognized organizations to co-design and implement reconnection programmes for rangatahi and their whānau. To endorse support resource food sovereignty in accordance with Indigenous measurement tools

Auckland Council is a delegate of the Crown exercising powers of local government in Auckland and has  statutory obligations to Iwi/Māori to recognise, respect the Crown’s responsibility to take appropriate account of the principles of the Treaty.

The Council reports that the Treaty is articulated in law through an evolving set of principles. Treaty principles have been expressed and recognised through a range of courts and the Waitangi Tribunal. They are not exhaustive, and it is recognised that other principles may be developed with time. (NZ’s Founding document ‘Te Tiriti o Waitangi’ did not create Principles nor did it create Partnerships).

The Waitangi Act and the Crown Enterprises Act created these Partnerships and Principles that continue to be entered into our domestic policies and regulation. Not one political crony in the Cesspit of Wellington will stand up and tell the truth about this whole corruption. Instead they keep the corruption going through entering Principles and Partnership time and time again in Bills, Legislations and Regulations.

Whiria Te Muka Tangata is Auckland Council’s Māori Responsiveness Framework. It brings together the council’s commitments and obligations to Māori. This enables Auckland Council to ensure that it considers how its policies and actions recognise and protect Māori rights and interests, and contribute to Māori needs and aspirations.

Auckland Climate Plan has a Independent Iwi/Maori Statutury Board. They are Non-Elected bodies with specific powers given to them by local and central government to promote cultural, economic, environmental and social issues of significance to Maori. (They mean certain Iwi Elite). This the Auckland Council states is a partnership approach as a Te Titiri partner.  An economic force at Iwi/Maori levels. (There is NO Partnership in Te Tiriti o Waitangi) .  FOLLOW THE MONEY….

ACTIONS: • mātauranga Māori plays an equal role in decisionmaking • establish a Māori Sustainability Office / Think Tank for the Mana Whenua Kaitiaki Forum • establish Mana Whenua supported rangatahi group (intergenerational) • establish an online Māori knowledge and information portal • preparing and educating Māori communities, businesses and landowners for change • promote new ways of collective action

Māori have had to bear the negative impacts of colonisation, westernisation and urbanisation for over 160 years within Tāmaki Makaurau. Any response to climate change needs to consider the impacts on Māori and, in particular, mana whenua. Our collective response to climate change needs to enable sustainable circular Māori economic development and growth and encourage innovation across Māori business ecosystems. A key outcome is to focus on lifting whānau Māori from poverty and transform the conditions of wellbeing with whānau. Mātauranga Māori Mātauranga Māori – Māori knowledge systems and practices hold a key to climate change response. Mātauranga Māori is community-based and collective knowledge that offers valuable insights that complement western scientific data with chronological and landscape specific precision and detail. This is critical to verifying climate models and evaluating change scenarios. Māori knowledge systems and practice provide a strong foundation for community-based adaption and mitigation actions. Mana whenua have been able to observe and interpret change through the environment within Tāmaki Makaurau over many generations.

There will be times when our leaders need to decide and act to protect and enhance mauri before everybody is ready

Climate emergency We are seeing millions of people around the world strike, led by youth calling for a safe climate future. People across Aotearoa have called for decisions and action to protect our regions and our planet from the impacts of climate change. In June 2019, Auckland Council responded to this call and the irrefutable evidence of climate change by declaring that our region is facing climate emergency. By declaring a climate emergency, the council commits to: • incorporate climate change considerations into work programmes and decisions • provide local government leadership in the face of climate change, including collaborating with local and central government partners advocate for greater central government leadership and action on climate change • increase the visibility of our climate change work • lead by example in monitoring and reducing its greenhouse gas emissions • include climate change impact statements on all council committee reports. Responding to the climate emergency will require rapid and transformational change in how we live, work and travel. Our eight priorities identify the actions we need to take in our emergency response

WE ARE LIVING IN COLD TIMES ACCORDING TO GREENLAND ICE CORES REVEALING CLIMATE HISTORY.

We live in cold times: “We live in the coldest period of the last 10.000 years” , says Danish glaciologist, Jørgen Peder Steffensen who take us back in time to the Grenland ice cores and reveals the secrets from the past.” Today’s warming is not unprecedented and thus no way to tell if human industry has made any difference. Jørgen Peder Steffensen is a professor in ice core related research at the centre for ice and climate at the Niels Bohr Institute the University of Copenhagen.\RNZ reported

THE ROSS ICE SHELF IS FREEZIBNG, NOT MELTING.. Feb 23rd 2018. Scientists were surprised by their study. In November, scientists from New Zealand used a hot water drill to go deep into Antarctica’s Ross Ice Shelf. The shelf, which can be up to 10,000 feet thick, is the largest of several that hold back West Antarctica’s massive amounts of ice. If these were to collapse, global sea level would rise by ten feet.

Drilling a hole and lowering a camera and thermometer inside is a way for researchers to understand the history of the shelf, and what is happening to it now. In measuring the temperature and currents below the shelf, they expected to find that the ice was melting.

Instead, the water appeared to be crystalizing and freezing. In the video from National Geographic below, you can see the white dots of ice crystals as the camera is lowered towards the dark sea below. If the shelf was melting, the hole at that level would have smooth sides. “It blew our minds,” Christina Hulbe, the glaciologist from the University of Otago in New Zealand, who co-led the project, told National Geographic. It’s a decent sign that catastrophic melting of the Ross Ice Shelf won’t occur in the near future.

THE OFFICIAL UNDEMOCRATIC MARRAIGE OF THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM ‘ GLOBAL CORPORATE CAPTURE’

Corporate capture is achieving dominance in global affairs from Health, Food, Agriculture, Education, to Advance AI , Societal, Political and Environmental.  The official memorandum partnership signed between the World Economic Forum and the UN 13th June 2019 that gives corporations access to the UN. Hundreds of organizations from around the world endorsed a collective letter to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, asking the UN to terminate the strategic partnership between the UN and WEF. Which is said to undermine the mandate of the UN’s impartiality and effectiveness as a multilateral body, particularly when it comes to protecting human right, the partnership is seen to be undemocratic

The UN/WEF partnership is reported to formalize a disturbing corporate capture of the UN, this moving the world dangerously towards a global privatized undemocratic global governance. With corporate leaders being whisper advisors to heads of UN Agencies, systems. The UN/WEF official partnership is namely a global corporate marriage, but the worlds citizens are not invited to have any opinion as to how dangerously undemocratic this is. NZ Government have kept NZ Citizens in the dark over such a huge event that does effect every UN Nation State, including NZ. The WEF is a non- elected global organization, not elected to govern the sovereign (people) of NZ.

The WEF/UN Partnership establishes an institutional home for multinational corporations within the UN. The proviso of the partnership included the power and money the WEF would bring to the UN to accelerate the global agenda 2030. To partner the UN to achieve the insane socialist global utopia, solutions for climate change global health, education. No-one talks about how these corporations, the global elite have caused much of the global crisis that they aspire to address. The WEF reported the pandemic crisis as a narrow window of opportunity, the WEF new normal, the Great Reset.

The UN agency heads and the Secretary general himself participates in the World Economic Forum regional level meeting, where UN Nation States individually support and embrace the corporate takeover of the UN. The implementation plan of the WEF first started to develop in 2009 in the wake of the financial crisis, hence calling for a new system of global governance, where corporations would be granted equal status to UN Member Nation States. A multistakeholder system that drew on the WEF’s “blending, balancing many organizations from both private and public sectors, international organization and academic institutions would turn the UN into a global governing Public-Private Institution. Thus turning the UN into a Multistakeholder body. The WEF represent billionaire stakeholders, there was no approval sought for this marriage between the UN/WEF by member states that I can find in my research. The UN’s present day and future involves giving corporate executives crucial say in universal decision making. Influence and global power to corporate actors, the UN/WEF Multistakeholder governance a role in the global governance worldwide.

The question is, is there a huge risk of “UN Nation State Governments being  diluted, instead will  the worlds biggest tech companies and profit driven Big Pharma involved in legislating global rules

What is an example of stakeholders you may ask? At the multistakeholder UN Food System Summit organized by the Secretary General UN, the stakeholders were large agri-businesses, data management companies and commodity leaders. Much of what has happened stems from the Klaus Schwab Global Redesign Initiative report WEF proposing a shift in global governance. This is a 600 plus page pdf that can be found online. Accompanying the mass of WEF corporations are the philanthropist financing mechanism, that finance the corporate world and international decision making of the 2030 Global Redesign Initiative, the so called ‘New Normal’. As the UN Secretary General said as to the post pandemic crisis “We must never go back to the old normal”. The old normal of course is the innovative free-market economy, the freedom of choice, old values, beliefs the worlds populations are to accept the demands of the WEF/UN Global Stakeholder Corporate Global Governance of stakeholderism, corporate capture. (The UN Nation States become the backseat passengers in a global vehicle driven by corporate CEO’s, such as BlackRock the largest  asset manager in the world

Hearing Christopher Luxon press interview today I cannot but help pick up on this embracing of the International Global Order, which actually is driven by stakeholder corporate communism. He uses the language of the UN/WEF, and speaks of his worldly experience which includes UNILEVER member of WEF Corporatization.
