Maurice Strong a billionaire oilman. One of the key propagators of the theory that ‘man made CO2 emissions from transportation, vehicles, coal plants and agriculture caused a dramatic & accelerating global temperature rise that threatens the Planet- the so called Global Warming (Climate Con)

As chairman of the 1972 Earth Day UN Stockholm Conference, Strong promoted an agenda of population reduction and lowering of living standards around the world to “save the environment.” Strong stated his radical ecologist agenda:- “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”

Strong was a curious choice to head a major UN initiative to mobilize action on the environment, as his career and his considerable fortune had been built on exploitation of oil, like an unusual number of the new advocates of ‘ecological purity,’ such as David Rockefeller or Robert O. Anderson of Aspen Institute or Shell’s John Loudon.

Strong had met David Rockefeller in 1947 as a young Canadian eighteen and from that point, his career became tied to the network of the Rockefeller family. Through his new friendship with David Rockefeller, Strong, at age 18, was given a key UN position under UN Treasurer, Noah Monod. The UN’s funds were conveniently enough handled by Rockefeller’s Chase Bank. This was typical of the model of “public-private partnership” to be deployed by Strong—private gain from public government.

In the 1960s Strong had become president of the huge Montreal energy conglomerate and oil company known as Power Corporation, then owned by the influential Paul Desmarais. Power Corporation was reportedly also used as a political slush fund to finance campaigns of select Canadian politicians such as Pierre Trudeau, father of Davos protégé Justin Trudeau, according to Canadian investigative researcher, Elaine Dewar. [ix]

Strong organized was a key player in the UN Earth Summit 1. And the UN Rio Summit, by b1971 Maurice Strong was named the Under-Secretary of the UN in New York and Secretary General of the upcoming Earth Day Conference (UN Conference on the Human Environment- Earth Summit) in Stockholm Sweden

Strong was also the Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation which financed the launching of the UN Stockholm Earth Day project. It was the Stockholm Earth Day Project that created the UN Environment Program (UNEP). Maurice Strong was the Head of this UNEP

1989 Maurice Strong was named by the UN Secretary General to head the 1992 UN Conference on Environment & Develop,emt or UNCED (Rio Earth Summit 11) Strong oversaw the drafting of the UN Sustainable Environmental Goals- UN Agenda 21 for Global Sustainable Development. Which is the basis of Klaus Schwabs ‘Great Reset’. And also the blueprint of UN AGENDA 2030 ‘Transforming Our World’ Core Principle being ‘Leave No-one Behind’

Sustainable Development forms the basis of the WEF Klaus Schwabs Great Reset, as well as the creation of the Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change (IPCC (UN). Strong also arranged for Klaus Schwab to serve as a key advisor to the Rio Earth Summit

Maurice Strong also commissioned a report for the Club Of Rome. The First Global Revolution which was authored by Alexander King which actually admitted that the CO2 Global Warming claim was merely an invested ruse to force change “The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up
with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill.. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through
changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.”

Tim Wirth was President Clintons delegate to the UN Rio Summit – he stated  “We have got to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, we will be doing the right thing in terms of economic policy and environmental policy.”

Strong at the Rio Summit first introduced the manipulative idea  of “Sustainable Society’ and defined it in his goal in eliminating CO2 and other so called Greenhouse Gases. Agenda 21 then became Agenda 2030 in September 2015 in Rome, with the Popes blessing of the 17 sustainable global Development goals- Transforming Our World- Leaving No-one Behind’

Also declaring that “Land, because of its unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlement, cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market …Private land ownership also is a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice… Social justice, urban renewal, and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only ‘be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole.”

In short private land ownership must become socialized for “society as a whole,” an idea well-known in Soviet Union days, and a key part of the Davos Great Reset. At Rio in 1992 where he was chairman and General Secretary, Strong declared:-                 “It is clear that current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class— involving high meat intake, consumption of large amounts frozen and convenience foods, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work place air-conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable.”

Again we are about to drown in Orwellian 1984 a society of Mass Surveillance and the collection of personal data. Police having new expanded powers to record personal data and to use body cams on whoever they feel is justified to use them on, even if its not justifiable under the NZ Bill Of Rights. They call this ‘ restoring police powers’

Eeem over the last 8 years we have experience this restoring, the huge expansion of State Policing powers over many  people of New Zealand – the advancing of authoritarian police  Mid 2018 The Govts UN Global Compact Of Migration (Police visiting those that opposed this). Now its more expanded Police Powers to stop anyone anytime  across the entire country of NZ- and to detain  individuals for roadside drug testing . This is not about Drug Impairment. This is absolutely against the NZ Bill Of Rights.

There can be many reason the test will come up positive and the individual will not be drug impaired. It can be prescription medication, some foods, mouth washes etc etc.  As a consequence the Police can immediately stop you from driving for 12 hrs. They do not have to have a reason to stop you. If you refuse then you face a heavy fine and a loss of Demerit Points.

As if we haven’t has enough of this. Again we are looking at higher inflation- fuel shortages- means higher prices not only at the pump but everywhere. More crime at this escalates. We have has 8 years of some sort of  authoritarian Policing or other. And still we have Islamophobia thrown at us. And discrimination if you have an opinion that doesn’t fit the one source of truth.

NZ’s Digital Road User Charges (RUC) system for ALL light vehicles  End of 2026 beginning 2027. Abolishing Petrol Excise Duty. The RUC new system is based on ‘Distance’ and ‘Vehicle Weight’ requiring 1,000 km units, replacing Physical paper stickers with Digitalization- Electronic  System/ Legislative changes are already on their way. (RUC Light  vehicles under 3.5 tonnes)  This includes Electric (EVs) * Hybrid * Petrol * Diesel vehicles. Payment methods will be digital. With 3^rd Party Electronic Providers whom will offer RUC (Road User Charges) Monitoring services. Drivers will have to pre-purchase distance (units of 1,000 kms) and must ensure their licence is current

Future State (Approx. 2027): Petrol tax is abolished. All vehicles pay RUC, with rates to be determined closer to the 2027 launch. With RUC bought online in the NZTA app or via Agents. Penalties driving with an expired licence can lead to assessments for unpaid RUC. The current and future transition involves a transition in stages. Early this year Diesel & Heavy Vehicles already pay RUC based on distance and weight. 1^st April 2024 EVs and Plug in Hybrids began paying RUC.

The 2027 Transition (Universal RUC) All 3.5 million light vehicles included petrol driven cars will move to the RUC System. Once fully implemented, the fuel Excise Duty will be removed from the Petrol price. At this present half the price of petrol at the pump includes Govt Charges and Tax upon Tax. Including ETS – Carbon Emissions (The cost of Cardon on the International market depends on what that cost is at the pumps. At present approx. 17 cents per litre.

Third Party Provider- NZTA Waka Kotahi will shift being both regulator and retailer allowing for Private Third Party companies such as Argus Tracking or EROAD to participate in the automated RUC System. Also the Land Transport (Revenue) Amendment Bill addressing Traffic congestion via the Land Transport Management (Time of Use Charging) Amendment Act 2025. With reforms that also leverage Digitalization to integrate distance based charging and congestion management into a single digital platform. (Congestion Charges have been renamed as ‘Time Of Use ‘ (TOU)charging for certain roads during peak periods. The legislation comes into force 18^th November 2026. Auckland is expected to be the first city to implement this scheme

Estimated costs for Auckland TOU suggests peak time charges ranging from $3.50 to $5.oo per entry. TOU charges, tolls and RUC being bundled in together with one digital invoice. The Govt has reported that the Road User Charges Act 2012 already contains protection that limit the RUC collectors access to location data. All RUC Provider must prove their electronic systems are secure and reliable to the NZTA to gain approval.

RUC and TOU charges mean that travel data will be stored by 3^rd Party Provider, often using AWS (Amazon)  or Microsoft Azure these are subject to the US CLOUD Act. Therefore there is conflict as US Federal Law Enforcement  can compel US based technology companies to provide data stored on their servers regardless if the data is located in the US or NZ. For example>- If an RUC Provider is owned by a US company (Eg Microsoft or Amazon) the US Govt can request access without going through  NZ Courts (This is a bone of contention with the NZ Privacy Act).For the average commuter the primary risk is Metadata.  The aggregate of mass personal data stored in the US Cloud technically falls under their investigative reach. For light vehicles  Road

User Charges (RUC) per 1,000 Km will be $912 per year based on $76 per 1,000 km.  *TOU (Congestion Charge: Potentially $1,400 plus per year for a daily peak hour commuter. A driver entering a zone twice daily (to/from work) could pay $7–$10 per day, totaling roughly  1,600–$2,300 annually for a 230-day work year. Beyond these Road User Fee’s, motorist must meet ‘Transaction Costs’.  This will be approximately $13. 75 per person for RUC purchase. Or if you buy RUC in 1,000 units this adds roughly $150 per year in fees.

Older vehicles without built in tracking ‘smart tags’ or electronic distance recorders (eRUC) may be required to purchase this also. Annual Licensing (Rego) fees will be approx.., $172- to $350 per year depending on vehicle type. But what are the risks involved when third party provider collect Metadata about your data- this poses several risks. They are Pattern Recognition & Life Maps * Function Creep * Third Party Vulnerability  * Insurance & Commercial Misuse.

Pattern Recognition & Life Maps. Aggregated Metadata can reveal a drivers daily habits, workplace, home location, social association * Function Creep is where data collected for revenue purpose could be accessed by Law enforcement (Eg Police- Spy Agencies for Mass Surveillance.   *Third Party Vulnerability is where Data is stored by Private RUC provider susceptible to cyberattacks. If these companies are US owned the US CLOUD Act can grant foreign agencies access to NZ Driver metadata stored on their servers  * Insurance & Commercial Misuse is where Metadata such as ‘heavy braking ‘ or ‘high speed cornering’ could eventually be shared with or sold to insurance companies to adjust premiums without the drivers explicit consent.

Also Privacy Creep concerns where modern automated number plate recognition (ANRP0 and TOU camera’s are no longer just reading flat text, the hardware in these systems has evolved into high definition surveillance. They do not just see the number plate they can catch high resolution images of the driver and passengers in the vehicle. AI can be trained to identify faces, whether the driver is wearing a seatbelt, or is using a phone

Whilst NZ Govt states the primary goals is revenue and compliance, the raw data contains biometric features that facial recognition software can process instantly to other databases. The real danger is not just a photo, it’s the linking of data. Your number plate links to your registration which links to your name & address which via the RUC/ToU Provider links to your credit card and GPS/Time Logs.

Thus passive surveillance. Its like being digitally frisked everytime you pass a camera creating a permanent searchable record of who you were with, where you are going, where you have been and where you have visited linking this to workmates, family, friends etc.,  Yet NZ Privacy Act 2020 and the NZTA’s internal rules are suppose to limit this, however under the Search & Surveillance Act, NZ Police can (and do) request access to ANPR data from councils or NZTA for investigative purposes.

If this imagery is stored in the Cloud, it falls back into US CLOUD Act trap, where a foreign agency could potentially access high resolution images of NZrs inside their private vehicles without a local warrant . This is the cost that NZrs pay the surveillance – monitoring of motorists. A portion of the RUS/ToU fees goes towards maintain 1,000s of camera’s and the AI Software used to monitor you * Compliance odometer check. There will be higher admin fess to nudge nudge  you towards digital surveillance. Once this digitalized system is up and running it will be too difficult to get out of… (Eeem Lost in the Cloud, so to speak)

Should we distrust these Digital Systems? (Absolutely) There has been past data incidents  – revisiting COVID 19 Response that revealed multiple agencies including Health NZ and Stats NS that could not fully guarantee third party provider as to meeting agreed privacy protections. The Transport Sector reinforcing concerns about the transition to a Universal Digital Road User Charges (RUC) and (TOU). Privacy  Breaches in Transport despite assurance  NZ Transport databased have experienced significant unauthorized access.

May 2024 Portal Breach (NZTA) confirmed that roughly 1500 motorists had their driver licence or motor reg details illegally accessed via a third party portal  * 2025 Motorcheck incident. Where names and addresses of approx. 951 people were improperly accessed over 12 months. This led to at least 13 vehicles being targeted for theft after their owners home details were exposed

18^th November 2026 TOU charging has been criticized for ‘loose’ privacy protections. * Police & Spy Agencies being able to access ANPR footage recorded for Road Charging effectively turning a Revenue Tool into a Mass Surveillance Instrument. (Warning by the Council for Civil Liberties)  *Biometric Data expose- where high resolution camera’s required for TOU enforcement can inadvertently capture  biometric information of drivers & passengers, which may be stored for months or shared by agencies

Database Linking- where the Privacy Commissioner has warned that linking location data with the Motor Vehicle Registry can reveal sensitive ‘Life Maps’ of a persons habits. (Office of the Privacy Commissioner). When the Government tells the consumer their personal data and that of their families, friends, work colleagues is safe- Eeem Do you Really Trust Them.??

NZ Defence Force’s Authorized Authority ‘Shoot on Sight’ – Shoot To Kill Christians with Traditional Values’. This is not Fake News – It’s a Truth Bomb that could explode in the governments face.  This very concerning information originated from a group of  Ex NZ Defence Force Personnel whom were mandated under duress during COVID19.

They established a group called ‘United We Stand NZ’. They  produced a short video into the public arena and documented evidence of a late 2025 NZDF Burham Simulated Training Program that’s entirely different from any previous NZDF Training Programs. The video revealed scenarios where the fictional opposing force  (The Adversary Enemy) are  described as a Christian Community with Traditional Values

The Christian Community were given a fictious name (DSM).  The  fictional Pacific country where they lived was called Belisia. Scenarios  document troops managed periods of Civil Unrest in Belisia.. The Christians with Traditional Values were given the fictitious name (VPF) Visayan Peoples Front. The country they lived in closely resembled the South Island of NZ.

Scenarios include NZDF authorized to use ‘Lethal Force’ – ‘Shoot to Kill On Sight’  *The Christian Community with Traditional Values- whom are described as Violent Extremists. The community of Christians with Traditional Values  opposed in Islamization (Defended their Faith).  . For the NZDF this being a ‘High-Readiness Inter-operability Training Exercise. These Training Exercises were used for Junior Non-Commissioned Officer Courses (JNCO) within the (3^rd Combat Service Support Battalion – 3RCW.

Penny-Marie & Michelle Scott (Independent Investigate Media Reporters produced a video , that’s out in the public arena. Due to their concerns as to the Burham Military Camp Video . They describe the Simulated NZDF Scenarios “Like a Cut & Paste Culture War”. Their You Tube Video is titled ‘Why Are NZ Army Training To Kill Christians’? In their video is included the short United We Stand NZ Video con Christians with Traditional Values as ‘The Enemy On The  Map’.

Penny-Marie & Michelle Scott have now sent a letter of concern to the Leaders of the Three Party Coalition & their MPs. Which includes a number of questions that require a response. Also an OIA (Official Information Request) by S E Shaw has been sent to the NZDF. This also has a number of concerning questions waiting to be responded to. With similar serious concerns as to ‘Painting/Framing  Christians with Traditional Values as Extreme Violent Adversary Enemy’.

Questions includes:- When, How and Whom developed –(Approved) this Training Program where Christians with Traditional Values are the Enemy. And why is this Training Program entirely different from previous Training Programs? And how widely does the NZDF use this Training Program. In 2023 the US produced an Army Training Program called DATE ‘P’. Simulated scenarios are Countries/Regions with fictious names. NZDF started using this in 2023 shortly after it was produced by the US

RNZ Article in June 2025 confirmed that  NZDF at Burnham Military Camp were using the US DATE Army Standard Training Program. Therefore this entire difference in who the Adversary enemy being  a Christian Community described as Violent Extremists ‘Shoot to Kill On Sight’ is a relevantly new Training Program. Such as- what other groups would treat Christians with Traditional Beliefs as their Enemy in NZ. And what do they have in common with NZ Defence Force?…                              The NZDF are LGBTQ1 + Inclusive. Majority did not wear masks. Ignored Physical Distancing. ..Police stayed back away from the protests opting for a tolerant approach. Black Lives Matter intersectionality emphasize that Black Liberation must Include Black Queer * Trans * And Gender-Non-conforming people (Ideological Conflict with the Christians that hold Traditional Values)- (Spin Off & RNZ Reported Articles)Police took a tolerant approach and stood back) Police did not take a tolerant approach with Destiny-Brain Tamaki

The New Conservative Party majority Christians included Elliot Ikilei Deputy Leaders of New Conservative gave a Freedom Speech in Aotea Sq Auckland as did Jesse Anderson whom began his speech announcing he is a Christian – as is Elliot Ikilei. There was a big Police presence. I also gave a speech that day as I had  submitted a petition objecting to the UN Global Compact Of Migration to Parliament. (I too am a Christian). Jesse Anderson was a wonderful father of a little boy whom he had in his care.

The child was removed from his care. He was targeted by Police. He broke his heart when his little boy was taken out of his care, sadly this led him to take his own life. I am Christian I was also targeted by the Police. A visit from 2 police officers warning me not to speak out or organize any protests. At one stage a line of police officers in Aotea Square shouted at me to Go Home….as I had CCTV Camera’s in my face ( Yes- Christians were the Adversary Enemy)

Yes I personally believe we should be highly concerned. What are the potential Risks? Afterall, in NZ many Christians still gather in prayer at Easter (Jesus crucifixion). And at Christmas celebrating the Birth Of Jesus. Many Christians still attend Church on Sundays

There are still Prayer gathering for the ANZACs – all those soldiers that courageously fought for us &  died for us – for our Freedom & Our Liberty. Described as Christian Heroism. ANAC Commemorations (Biblical verses). The Remebrance Day Words that echo throughout NZ & Australia

The writing imprinted into Remembrance Stones from the book of Sirach ( Chapter 44) “Let us now praise those famous men and our fathers in their generation” We Shall Never Forget Them”.- (May they liveth for ever-more ) Yet, the NZDF in their Burnham Military Training Exercise Program choose the ‘Adversary enemy to be Christians with Traditional Values). Why not Islamist Terrorists whom have murdered – tortured- kidnapped – unjustly imprisoned Christians ?

After Researching the Psychology of Combat Training (Simulation Training Exercises & Religion)  Included the  potential risks of psychologically influencing  soldiers mindsets. The impact on Society. Trust issues as to whom and whom not to trust. Biases towards Christians (where Christian are the opposing enemy) And the potential risks/harms caused by ‘Moral Injury’ and ‘Cognitive Dissonance’

Particularly when Soldiers belong to a Christian Faith Group. This conflicting with their Moral/ethical/religious conviction. Being a form of Psychological Harm. With Simulation Training Exercises often using Dehumanizing Tactics. Making the Enemy nameless (Fictitious Names) or employing specific stereotypes to create a sense of ‘Otherness– You Vs Them scenario.

Psycholical harm may occur when an individual violates their own deeply held moral beliefs (Called -Definition Crisis). Where a Christian Soldier fights the Adversary enemy who is also a Christian (The Enemy)  Causing the soldier to question the justification of the conflict. Thus causing a potential for increased distress. Studies indicate whilst Religious (Christian Beliefs) can provide Resilience.

This can also cause a conflict thus contradicting those beliefs (Eg Such as fighting a fellow believer of the Christian Faith). Which may cause a negative ability to cope which can lead to PTSD Symptoms (Post Traumatic Disorder) Thus disrupting Cognitive-Moral -Spiritual mindset, potentially causing ‘emotional-Mental-Ethical Distress thus  ‘Ineffective Training’ Often manifesting in Cognitive Dissonance/ Moral Injury

May also conflict with Morals * Beliefs (Self Identity- The Lost and the Found)The Human Spirit is a motivating force directed towards realizing Higher Orders ‘Goals’- ‘Aspirations; that grow out of the ‘Essential Self’. Perceptions of Reality can be shattered and the Spirit broken when struggling with Moral Injury/ Cognitive Dissonance. This may also impact on Psychological Wellbeing/Health causing distress & increased Mental Health Symptoms & a Great Risk of Mortality

The Disconnection from others thus impacting on Society – Public Distrust. The use of Army Training Programs where Christians with Traditional Values described as Violent Extremists ‘Use authorized Lethal Force against them’ – Shoor to Kill On Sight’. Framing /Painting Christian Faith Identity as the Enemy influences cultural narratives & potentially causes Societal Conflict-Disunity – Fragmentation- -Disharmony -Distrust -therefore has a very real potential to negatively impact on Society

Burnham Miliary Camp NZ Defence Force Training Program -…Yes- ‘A Cut * Paste  Culture Ideological Psychological Warfare’ – Using authorized Lethal Force against Christians with Traditional Beliefs ‘Calling them Violent Extremists’ and ‘Shoot To Kill On Sight’. We must demand answers as to Who developed  and Approved this NZDF Training Program at Burnham Military Camp & The reasons behind it.
