THE GLOBAL REDESIGN ‘SOCIALIST’/COMMUNIST’ TRANSFORMATION OF EVERYTHING WORLD-WIDE

To leave no-one behind, everyone, everywhere at every age.

To create a one world system socialist blueprint, this is being implemented across government by all members of parliament in Central and Local Government. This is now appears to look like a socialist/ communist top down state of cultism a global socialist distribution of wealth and global governance being forced upon all populations across the world from every direction possible. Todays NZ Herald full page spread authored by the Consulate General of the Peoples Republic Party of China in Auckland (The CCP) titled in very large font heading ‘China’s Reforms Creates Opportunities For The World in changing the turbulent International Environment. Diversified Development opportunities proposing a Chinese Solution’ for the path to modernization.

Chinese characteristics based on its own Chinese characteristics for all peoples, inclusive global governance system all countries building a more open inclusive world. Embraced by the World Bank, Goldman Sachs, implementing China’ Socialist strategy through science and education. China (The CCP) will be working with NZ and other countries to inject impetus into the world economy.  hinese businessman courted mayors across NZ (Stuff NZ 16 June 2024) Foreign interference by China in New Zealand. Zhang Yikuns interests in befriending politicians went far beyond large donations to Labour and National Parties. He formed close relationships with Mayors across NZ, cultivating relationship on behalf of Chinese officials.

Phil Goff a former Labour Minister and Auckland Mayor was about to become NZ’s High Commissioner to the UK  and Eric Roy ex National MP, both signed Zhangs nomination for a Royal Honour, and formers Southland Mayor Gary Tong went on two trips to China with the businessman. Iwi/Maori Activist Tame Iti went on a trip with Tong and so did John Tamihere when Zhang was sentenced on a charge of obtaining by deception, in relation to $100,000 donation to the National Party made in June 2018. Of course the conviction was squashed by a Court of Appeal in November 2023.  Zhang cultivated relationships with influential leaders whom held prominent roles with organizations tasked to carry a united front, decades long strategy of the Chinese Communist Party to build influence and promotes its self interested ambitions. Thus the united front to promote the CCPs influence in NZ has been years in the making

NZ HERALD 8th August 2024 brings to the public’s attention  that China’s modern day reform working with NZ and other UN Nation State leaders to implement the accelerated Socialist Blueprint for a One World Global Governance.. westernized world with CCP characteristics. China’s strategy for governing countries over half of China’s population live in cities compared to 1/5th before China’s reform process. Luxon speaking at the podium of a joint news conference 13th June 2024 standing alongside him was visiting Chinese Premier Li Qiang  “China is a very important citizen in the global community plays a huge role in global issues as well as with Ukraine and Russia. Issues where I think China can actually play a significant role and needs to is as a significant major power in the world today”  says Luxon.

Luxon hoped to connect with President Xi Jinping in November at APEC and looked to go to China early next year. Luxon raised China’s joint Digital Economy Partnership Agreement.(Called the Auckland Principles). Revisiting NZ Parliamentary history. 14th June 2022 David Seymour as Speaker of the House (Beehive) “Moved that the House be gravely concerned about the severe Human Rights abuses taking place against Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minorities in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region, as David Seymour  sought serious debate in the House about this.

All political parties in the House agreed to participate in this serious debate. Saying we were elected by the people of NZ to debate freely and fearlessly, just so long as we do not offend the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It was said that “this is not a criticism of the country of China or of the Chinese People or our Kiwi Chinese neighbours. It is about the Chinese Regime, the Chinese Communist Party. A voice of conscience echoing out “Mr Speaker, our conscience requires that we support this motion. We know that a genocide is taking place. The evidence is voluminous, from multiple sources, and credible. Genocide does not require a war. It does not need to be sudden, it can be slow and deliberate, and that is what is happening here.

New Zealand and China both signed the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in 1949. It gives an internationally agreed definition of genocide. Any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole, in part, ethnical, racial or religious group such as

(1) Killing members of that group  (2) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group  (3) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part. (4) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group. (5) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group… Not one but all of these occurring in Xinjian this is evidential according to multiple resources.

Also there has been a history of mass imposition of contraceptive devices upon Uyghur women, forced sterilization. The Parliaments of Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands have all passed motions condemning the Chinese Communist Party for genocide. Act Party stated “We may face the threat of losses for speaking our mind, but we face much greater danger if we do not”. However the Labour party watered down ACT Party’s China Genocidal parliamentary motion (4/3/2021 Stuff News)

The wording of genocidal was replaced by a motion with MPs confirming the description of the CCP committing genocide to ‘Possible Human Rights Abuses’ are occurring.  It was ACT Party  Brooke Van Velden who submitted the motion to Parliament for MPS to debate, which became extremely watered down and very blurry. All other parties supported the watered down version.

It is undeniable genocide has and is taking place in China by the CCP, and there is much suffering from horrific inhumane practices, more than a million people are estimated to be detained in camps (detention camps named re-education centres). Its not rocket science, can’t damage trade relations with China after all what is a million or so’s peoples human life of premature death, massive torture and million or so imprisoned. Again watering it down the UN Human Rights Council report in 2022 “the Chinese State MAY BE responsible for committing crimes against humanity”. After-all the CCP’s overall plans of building socialism with Chinese characterizes across the western world. Sustainable Development Knowledge Platform (UN) China’s remarkable achievements in implementing the 2030 Agenda are attributed to the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China. With the CCP realizing the Socialist modernization from 2020 through to 2035, a grand socialist blueprint of international global development

China’s global development initiative provides a blueprint that accelerates the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development worldwide. (The NZ across Government participation with CCP modernization westernized  blueprint of global socialist dictatorship with Chinese characteristics. NZ Govt and other UN Nation States builds China’s Socialism into leading the world to accelerate Ahenda 2030. A  Socialist Blueprint.

New Zealand Herald  8th August 2024 full page spread placed by the Consulate General of the Peoples Republic of China (The CCP Communist Party) titled  CHINA’S REFORM CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE WORLD. Chen Shijie, Consul General of the Peoples Republic Of China in Auckland located in Ellerslie Auckland. China’s vision for a New World Order. Agenda 2030 for global sustainable development for all nationalities to create a Socialist/communist world.

Its obvious that across all political parties there is no moral conscience, a wealth before health approach to globalization – UN Agenda 2030 official partnership between WEF/UN with the leading driver is the CCP a global Socialist/Communist One World Governance, with NZ MPs across the House puppets of implementing participating in this global strategy of massive surveillance of citizens and a westernized Chinese Socialist Social Credit System

How the United Nations is quietly being turned into a public-private partnership

A new agreement with the World Economic Forum gives multinational corporations influence over matters of global governance.

Harris Gleckman

Anew corporate and government marriage quietly took place last week when the leadership of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations (UN) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to partner with each other. While this MOU is proudly displayed on the WEF website, it is nowhere to be found on the UN website. The only indication on the UN website of this important new development is a picture of the pen used to sign the agreement, and two pictures of the signing ceremony.

One reason for this difference is that the UN’s corporate-centered Global Compact has received a good deal of bad press. Now the new WEF-UN agreement creates a second special place for multinational corporations inside the UN. There is no similar institutional homes in the UN system for civil society, for academics, for religious leaders, or for youth. It is hard to imagine a national government signing a similar formal partnership with one of its business organizations.

At the same time, the UN is under pressure from Donald Trump who wants to deconstruct the whole multilateral system. For Trump, dismantling the international system built after World War II is a companion piece to his domestic effort at deconstructing the administrative state. For the Secretary-General of the UN, the pact with the WEF may well be his effort to find new power actors who can support the current system, which is now celebrating its 75th anniversary, in the face of Trump’s onslaught.

On the other side, the WEF recently received significant public criticism after giving Hungarian Prime Minister Orban and Brazilian President Bolsonaro a warm welcome at its 2019 Davos gathering. This marriage may be seen as a way for the WEF to re-establish itself as part of the global governance center.

The timing and managing of public perceptions are not the only interesting aspect of this arrangement. In 2009, the WEF published a 600 page report entitled the Global Redesign Initiative, which called for a new system of global governing, one in which the decisions of governments could be made secondary to multistakeholder led initiatives in which corporations would play a defining role. In a sense this WEF study recommended a sort of public-private United “Nations” – something that has now been formalized in this MOU. The agreement announces new multistakeholder partnerships to deliver public goods in the fields of education, women, financing, climate change, and health.

The rather detailed MOU includes forms of cross organizational engagement up and down the UN structure. The MOU contains commitments that the Secretary-General himself will be invited to deliver a keynote address at the WEF annual Davos gatherings. His senior staff and the heads of the UN programmes, funds, and agencies will also be invited to participate in regional level meetings hosted by the WEF. It also contains a promise that the UN’s individual country representatives will explore ways to work with WEF’s national Forum Hubs. Aware of the mutual importance of public legitimacy each institution can provide for the other, the MOU also contains an agreement to cross-publicize their joint activities.

Besides the institutional blessing of the United Nations, what does the WEF get from the MOU? The scope of each of the five fields for joint attention is narrowed down from the intergovernmentally negotiated and agreed set of goals to one with more in line with the business interests of WEF members. So under financing, the MOU calls only for ‘build[ing] a shared understanding of sustainable investing’ but not for reducing banking induced instabilities and tax avoidance.

Under climate change, it calls for ‘ …public commitments from the private sector to reach carbon neutrality by 2050’, not actions that result in carbon neutrality by 2030 . Under education, it re-defines the Sustainable Development education goal to ‘ensure inclusive and equitable quality education’ into one that focuses on education to meet the ‘rapidly changing world of work.’ The MOU explicitly restricts the WEF from making financial contributions to the UN, which might have ameliorated the economic impact of some of Trump’s threat to the budgets of the UN system. At the same time, it avoids any commitment to reduce global inequality, to make energy affordable, to hold multinational corporations accountable for human rights violations, or even to rein in the behavior of the WEF’s firms that act inconsistently to the re-defined goals set out in the agreement.

All this joint work might have some practical good if it were not for three crucial elements: firstly, the agreement circumvents the intergovernmental review process; secondly, the agreement elevates multistakeholderism as the solution to the problems with the current multilateral system; and thirdly the proposed multistakeholder partnerships are not governed by any formal democratic system. Were the Secretary-General convinced of the wisdom of a UN marriage with the WEF, he could have submitted the draft MOU for approval by the member states. Instead, the Secretary-General joined the WEF in declaring in effect that multistakeholder groups without any formal intergovernmental oversight are a better governance system than a one-country-one-vote system.

All multistakeholder governance groups are largely composed of a self-selected group of multinational corporations and those organizations and individuals that they want to work with. They work without any common internal rule book to protect the views of all who might be impacted by the group. Participation in multistakeholder group is a voluntary undertaking. The drop-in-drop-out arrangements are antithetical to the UN’s efforts for 75 years to build a stable secure global governance system with a clear understanding of obligations, responsibilities and liabilities.

What is surprising is that by accepting this marriage arrangement with the WEF, the Secretary-General of the UN is marginalizing the intergovernmental system in order to ‘save’ it.

THE OFFICIAL UNDEMOCRATIC MARRAIGE OF THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM ‘ GLOBAL CORPORATE CAPTURE’

Corporate capture is achieving dominance in global affairs from Health, Food, Agriculture, Education, to Advance AI , Societal, Political and Environmental.  The official memorandum partnership signed between the World Economic Forum and the UN 13th June 2019 that gives corporations access to the UN. Hundreds of organizations from around the world endorsed a collective letter to the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, asking the UN to terminate the strategic partnership between the UN and WEF. Which is said to undermine the mandate of the UN’s impartiality and effectiveness as a multilateral body, particularly when it comes to protecting human right, the partnership is seen to be undemocratic

The UN/WEF partnership is reported to formalize a disturbing corporate capture of the UN, this moving the world dangerously towards a global privatized undemocratic global governance. With corporate leaders being whisper advisors to heads of UN Agencies, systems. The UN/WEF official partnership is namely a global corporate marriage, but the worlds citizens are not invited to have any opinion as to how dangerously undemocratic this is. NZ Government have kept NZ Citizens in the dark over such a huge event that does effect every UN Nation State, including NZ. The WEF is a non- elected global organization, not elected to govern the sovereign (people) of NZ.

The WEF/UN Partnership establishes an institutional home for multinational corporations within the UN. The proviso of the partnership included the power and money the WEF would bring to the UN to accelerate the global agenda 2030. To partner the UN to achieve the insane socialist global utopia, solutions for climate change global health, education. No-one talks about how these corporations, the global elite have caused much of the global crisis that they aspire to address. The WEF reported the pandemic crisis as a narrow window of opportunity, the WEF new normal, the Great Reset.

The UN agency heads and the Secretary general himself participates in the World Economic Forum regional level meeting, where UN Nation States individually support and embrace the corporate takeover of the UN. The implementation plan of the WEF first started to develop in 2009 in the wake of the financial crisis, hence calling for a new system of global governance, where corporations would be granted equal status to UN Member Nation States. A multistakeholder system that drew on the WEF’s “blending, balancing many organizations from both private and public sectors, international organization and academic institutions would turn the UN into a global governing Public-Private Institution. Thus turning the UN into a Multistakeholder body. The WEF represent billionaire stakeholders, there was no approval sought for this marriage between the UN/WEF by member states that I can find in my research. The UN’s present day and future involves giving corporate executives crucial say in universal decision making. Influence and global power to corporate actors, the UN/WEF Multistakeholder governance a role in the global governance worldwide.

The question is, is there a huge risk of “UN Nation State Governments being  diluted, instead will  the worlds biggest tech companies and profit driven Big Pharma involved in legislating global rules

What is an example of stakeholders you may ask? At the multistakeholder UN Food System Summit organized by the Secretary General UN, the stakeholders were large agri-businesses, data management companies and commodity leaders. Much of what has happened stems from the Klaus Schwab Global Redesign Initiative report WEF proposing a shift in global governance. This is a 600 plus page pdf that can be found online. Accompanying the mass of WEF corporations are the philanthropist financing mechanism, that finance the corporate world and international decision making of the 2030 Global Redesign Initiative, the so called ‘New Normal’. As the UN Secretary General said as to the post pandemic crisis “We must never go back to the old normal”. The old normal of course is the innovative free-market economy, the freedom of choice, old values, beliefs the worlds populations are to accept the demands of the WEF/UN Global Stakeholder Corporate Global Governance of stakeholderism, corporate capture. (The UN Nation States become the backseat passengers in a global vehicle driven by corporate CEO’s, such as BlackRock the largest  asset manager in the world

Hearing Christopher Luxon press interview today I cannot but help pick up on this embracing of the International Global Order, which actually is driven by stakeholder corporate communism. He uses the language of the UN/WEF, and speaks of his worldly experience which includes UNILEVER member of WEF Corporatization.
